I had a new roof and gutters put on in 2024. Lozano roofing did an all-around great job.

The estimate process was very convenient. I was sent an itemized list of parts and costs. I appreciate the transparency. The price was reasonable for quality materials (Certainteed Landmark Pro architectural shingles).

The workmanship seems to be very good, which is important with the amount of rain we get! The woven valleys look good. Underlayment was modern synthetic with reinforcement at valleys.

We ended up having more wood damage than expected. We also decided at the last minute to put in square vents for bathroom fans. The foreman took me around to inspect everything before proceeding. Again, they kept things very transparent. The crew was able to adapt to the expanding scope of the job.

I feel it's a very sturdy roof at a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company.

Lozano Roofing did an excellent job on our barn. Not only did the roof need to be replaced but repair work and a new overhang as well. Lozano crew did both for us. Definitely recommend!!!

Just have to sing the praise of Jose and Lozano roofing. Had my house built 9 years ago and my builder used Lozano for the roofing. I noticed 3 shingles where the asphalt layer had pealed off and only the fiberglass remained. Called Jose on Thursday, he was polite and understanding. He said no problem he would get a team over there and make the repairs. The next they came made the repair. These days you don't see service like that !

Lozano Roofing, Inc. did a beautiful job on my roof. I called them about 4 years ago because my roof was leaking. They fixed it and didn’t try to sell me a new roof. This time, in the midst of a bunch of big storms, I really did need a new roof. Their estimate came in lower than 3 others. They use top rated shingles, too. The work was stalled because of weather, but they sent someone over to patch the leaks until they could get to it. The roof decking also needed to be replaced, so they did that, too, in a timely manner. They also could handle the extra carpentry and masonry work needed. They cleaned up my yard nicely after the job. My 50 year old house looks a whole lot newer. And my neighbors keep stopping to tell me how great the roof looks. The Lozano team did a beautiful job. Josecruz Lozano was responsive and easy to work with. Furthermore, all the guys who worked on the roof were professional, polite, hardworking, considerate, and easy to have around. Really good people. I hope not to need a new roof for a long time, but I’d hire this company again in a heartbeat. Overall a really positive experience! I highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing work. Repaired issues caused by a roofing company that was much larger and had all the fancy websites and logos. But- the big form didn’t know how to properly do the work! Lozano does. Use them if you want peace of mind. We spent two years with issues from a “new roof” by a larger company. The larger companies warranty work was so poor it caused more issues than it was worth. Just pay to have Lozano do it and get their warranty - buy the work is so good you probably won’t need it!

Jose and his team did an excellent job replacing our roof, which included replacing several rotted boards, siding, and fascia boards. We got several estimates and Lozano's was one of the best. We were referred to Lozano's by several friends, but what sold us, was Jose's confidence that they could not only handle the roof, but could also handle all of the carpentry issues around the roof area. Highly recommend!

I had a client that needed a roof before her loan could be approved for closing. We had one week to get a roof installed. Lozano and his crew had us a metal roof completed in two days and almost half of the competitor! Great work!!! Highly recommend
