We are so impressed with Loyalty Exterior Solutions!! We really wanted to use them for our roof and even paid a deposit, but then found that our solar company backed us into a corner. (The solar company admitted that they had improperly installed the solar panels on our roof causing multiple leaks. But in order to get a decent warranty on a roof replacement and reinstall of the solar panels, we can only go through the company that messed our roof up in the first place.) Ro gave us his very honest advice about what to do in our situation even though he knew it would mean losing our business. Loyalty was very communicative, honest, and prompt throughout this entire process. We would highly recommend them!!

I had a small section of roof that I needed replaced. Ro was very quick with an estimate that was accurate, and they completed the job just two weeks later, in one day. The team that did the work was very professional, efficient, and courteous. While Ro wasn’t present the whole time, he did visit the site and I was able to talk with him which I greatly appreciate. His communication and customer service is beyond excellent. Every concern I had was addressed and I learned a lot more information as a bonus!

I will be calling Ro and Loyalty Solutions again for my next exterior project, and I highly recommend them!
