Ryan listened to us, answered his phone, and responded promptly, which we’ve learned are somewhat rare qualities with contractors in this area. Plus, their pricing was fair, and we didn’t feel taken advantage of as we have many times while handling our own remodel. When it came to the installation of our skylights, the team was kind, tidy, and efficient. We highly recommend them for your home projects!

I came home to a collapsed ceiling on a Sunday and wondered if it was due to a leak in my roof. Called Ryan and he came to Watertown from Sioux Falls that night to check it out. Problem was not due to a leaky roof but a broken furnace pipe that was venting condensation and carbon monoxide into my attic. Ryan and Noah helped me clean up the mess and take photos of the problem for my insurance. Then he came back the following Saturday to walk through with my insurance inspector and share his pictures and detailed information about the damage I would not have been able to explain well.
Since then, Ryan and Noah have been helping me resolve the problems that came about after the ceiling collapsed with great advice and no pressure to use them to fix everything. Overall, the project has taken 2 months to finish and they have been helping every step of the way.
If you ever need help, Ryan and Noah are the best there is!

I would definitely recommend using Ryan Kolb and Armour Roofing and Construction for all your roofing needs. Finding considerable hail damage on his friend's house across the street Ryan suggested looking at mine and my neighbor's roofs. Finding similar damage on each thought it might be a good idea to file an insurance claim and would be willing to return and meet with the insurance adjuster and explain the process.
