Loveland Roofing just replaced the roof for my 85 year old mother. Logan was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Even a minor problem with the gutter replacement was handled immediately and resolved the same day. The owner came to handle the final paperwork, and helped with the last detail, painting some flashing. Thank you so much for making this a positive experience. Great customer service

Loveland Roofing recently did a large roof for my family. Logan and his crew of roofers are extremely knowledgeable and talented in what they do. They assisted me from start to finish with a hail claim on our property, and I didn’t have to do much more than answer a few calls and pick a color. When the roof was finished the crew cleaned everything perfectly, left the property looking much nicer than they found it, even cleaning our gutters and picking up debris they didn’t create. Huge thank you to Loveland Roofing, I would highly recommend to anyone for any roofing needs.

Being a small business owner is tough. In today’s environment, many small businesses have to rely on ‘good-will’, to keep their small business operating.
I recently requested Loveland Roofing to review a problem I was having. The technician sent to us was a true ‘ambassador of good-will’. He was at my home at the scheduled time and tried several things to determine and correct the problem. After trying to solve my issue on a hot day, he gave me the final report that the motor for my attic fan was dead. After all of that work, he wished me a good day, and said that he’d be glad to replace the motor or attic fan when I was ready.

Loveland Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof replacement! They added additional ventilation of some sort in the process to help keep the upstairs of the house from getting so hot this summer. They also replaced my terribly outdated sunlight as well as verified everything was sealed well around my newly installed solar tube. Logan and his crew were professional and efficient. To top it off, at the end of the work day, they cleaned up so well after themselves I think the yard was cleaner when they left than it was when they started. Great company to work with - highly recommend.

Been trying to have Loveland roofing come out and fix my roof. It's been leaking the last 5 years and Logan Ryan O'Neill will show up with a caulking gun. With that being sad after the fifth time of him showing up and the roof not being repaired I asked if it could be repaired correctly. After this request I got completely ghosted. The leak is getting potentially worse and is causing damage to the interior of my house. My roof is under warranty and should have been covered. But I just got brushed off and pushed aside with half fast fixes.

I have tried all forms of social media to connect with them as well as showing up and leaving my business card at their office. Since then I have been blocked on all social media accounts trying to get a hold of them to rectify this issue. I am just being ghosted and left to repair this myself or hire somebody else to do it before mold and the damage becomes progressively worse. Whenever I try to contact somebody else like an actual owner all numbers just lead to Logan. He doesn't seem to care and just pockets the money I assume. I see a bunch of five-star reviews on here one of which is actually his... That shows you the quality of the company right there with them needing to go and boost their own Google review.

Avoid Loveland roofing at all costs. It'll end up costing you way more in the long run. Whenever they come to your house and do a hack job you will regret entrusting them with your home. My roof is less than 5 years old and has had more leaks than it has had life on it. I do not believe the owners of Loveland Roofing know this is happening as Logan is the main contact.
Hopefully they will see this review and be able to get this issue remedied.

I will keep everybody updated if anything else comes of this.

Avoid this guy at all costs. He is dishonest and has piss poor morals and piss poor work ethic!

It was time to replace the roof after 25 years and I called around to get a few quotes. Loveland Roofing was priced right in line with their competitors. I chose them because they had replaced a roof on my rental property a few years earlier and had done an excellent job. Karrla and Logan were super responsive to questions I had about the install. The install team was super fast and friendly. They were here right on time and finished the job in 1.25 days by working hard and kicking aash. Great local company to work with.

Dave was honest and fair with the estimate. He completed the job weeks before schedule to ensure our closing was not impacted. He was in constant contact with me throughout the process and has been in touch a couple of times afterwards too. He was always able to respond quickly to emails and any missed calls. I highly recommend him and his team for quality work that is integrity based!

Shout out to Scott and the guys at Loveland Roofing. Thanks so much for checking my roof today and making sure that it was ready for winter. Really appreciate your professionalism. I highly recommend Loveland Roofing. Used them for a new roof in 2015, and will continue using them for all my roofing needs.

Dave was very responsive and friendly, from fielding my initial call to checking up on his original quote and providing an adjusted quote for different services. Roof techs were quick and did a great job. I highly recommend Loveland Roofing.

Scott has done a great job giving back to the northern Colorado community. He wants to see it grow and cares for it very intimately. He recently gave back to the program that I’m involved in and can’t thank him enough.

Did an amazing job on our roof. Extremely fast and great customer service. Had my roof done in one day. Highly recommend this company to everyone!!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!!!

Very poor customer service. Would not agree to a written quote and told me I didn’t say certain things which I have on video. Argued with me after showing proof on the quote. Didn’t show up on first scheduled repair day and didn’t even start work on second scheduled repair day. Now I still have a damaged roof.
