The owner also has rental properties around town and does an absolutely terrible job fixing anything. They’re over priced, have ridiculous “rules” such as not being able to park your vehicle in the garage, can’t have Christmas lights on your home and even throw a fit if you have family over for a few days. Never and I mean never rent from this man. He is about as worthless as they get.
