Eaton Roofing & Exteriors - Salina, KS

I have had 2 experiences with Eaton Roofing and Exteriors, namely Alex Vague and Chris Primm. Dealing with these 2 men I never once got the feeling they were treating me like an old man that had no idea what was what. I was treated with respect and as a customer that had a need. People my age are often treated as if we are dumb but not with Eaton employees. The word satisfaction is insufficient to show how I feel about the work that was done for me. Would I use Eaton services again? IN A HEARTBEAT....Thank You and God Bless You One and All.

Needed our roof and gutters replaced after the last hail storm. They were very professional. We figured at least 4-5 weeks to wait for the job to be done, however, they called in just a few days to say they would be there on that following Monday. Then a few days later the team was here to replace the gutters. Workers left yard trash free and were done in no time. Would recommend Eaton roofing.

Curt was great to work with. The crew did the work in two days and cleaned up really well after. My roof and gutters are look so good.

No issues with any part of this experience. Our contractor worked with our insurance to make sure we got everything we needed done covered. We didn't have to do a thing after we requested our initial claim from the insurance company! These guys are quick, efficient, and they clearly know what they are doing when it comes to roofing. They also made sure that everything was cleaned up before they left-definitely appreciated. Very satisfied with our service!

Work with Jack Burks on my house I could not have been more satisfied shingles look great job was really good. Cleanup was excellent. Would highly advise anyone to use them.

I am an insurance agent in Abilene, our agency writes insurance policies for roofing contractors throughout the great State of Kansas. We try to be loyal to the businesses we insure, however we cannot control what business cards our clients take from our rack. With the storms in the area the past few month there has been a lot of property damage. We have had two long time Abilene residents make a point to report back to us their interaction with Eaton Roofing and Kevin Ukens. 100% positive and profession! One roof only had a hole punched through, Kevin helped him patch it, saved him from having to file an insurance claim. We have a non-standard size skylight on our house that several companies gave up on trying to replace for us. When we called Eaton I felt like all of a sudden we had all the resources of the window and roofing world pulling for us. In no time they found a elegant solution for us and got a new skylight ordered and installed. Lesson learned – next time I need roofing help I’ll start with Eaton.

We needed verification of inspection for potential buyers. Kevin was timely in calling me back and incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure not only we were taken care of but more importantly any buyers of our home. Curt Bowmaker was very responsive and courtesy when I contacted him about our roofing damage. He fit me into his schedule and provided me with a quote that day. There had been a major storm in our area with many homes and businesses damaged. My home was not as severe as some but Eaton fit me into there schedule and fixed my damage before any further damage or issues was done. The crew that came out and did the roof was very professional, fast and left my home looking great! I would use Eaton again based no my experience!

Eaton Roofing & Exteriors is a preferred contractor with my insurance company, and deservedly so. The roof and gutter installations were completed well before anticipated and the two crews were very professional. Connor Lamm was my adjuster and was very patient in answering my many questions. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

From the time I called to have someone come out and inspect our roof the service was outstanding. The lady that took my call was very professional and polite. After Kevin came out he spent alot of time inspecting, measuring and showing us samples of shingles. Every aspect of our roof was done very professionally. Good team that done the roof. Good team that done the gutters and downspouts. Total time was about 3 weeks from talking to Kevin and then the roofers getting here. I would rate them 5 star for sure and recommend their work to other people. Very happy with all of it.

We were extremely happy with Eaton Roofing. We had to contest an insurance claim, and Connor Lamm made our life very easy the way he handled everything. The job they did on our new roof was great too. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Eaton Roofing for an inspection for suspected hail damage. There were a few homes in my neighborhood getting their roofs replaced. Last time I cleaned the gutters I had noticed some loose shingles in a spot on my roof. Kevin Ukens went ABOVE and BEYOND during my inspection. He informed me that my roof was actually in very good shape and did not need replaced at this time (saved me from filing a claim against my insurance at this time). During the inspection he found the loose shingles that I had pointed out and said that was the only spot he could find with loose shingles. He got back up on the roof and glued them back down for me during his visit and also unclogged a gutter he noticed that was plugged up. That is definitely going above and beyond. He was very friendly and professional. I may not need a new roof just yet, but Eaton Roofing definitely earned my business in the future. Thanks Kevin!

I can't say enough about the great experience I had with Eaton Construction. I called to first get an estimate and to see if roof had hail damage and Kevin Ukens called back quickly then came to house to inspect. He was amazing from the beginning of the project to the end, went above and beyond. The roof looks great and am extremely happy with the installation. Rarely have I had a claim but a hats off to Nationwide and Eaton Construction for an awesome experience all the way around!!!!

If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy company Eaton Roofing and Exteriors is the one for you! I just had all the windows in my house replaced with new vinyl windows and they have made a huge difference! My old windows were horrid; the look, draftiness, and noise that came through were driving my utility bills up and me crazy. The first night with the new windows was amazing! No noise from neighbors, my house stayed warm with no drafts, and they look really good! I want to say thanks to Travis, Jerry, and Chris for their amazing work!!!

Professional, courteous, and efficient. Kept every promise they made. Excellent communication and showed up when they said they would. A rare occurrence these days. Will use them every time I need roofing expertise.

Great Company this is the second time they have installed a roof on our house. Jack really care about his customers. I had a water leak about 8 years after they had installed my previous roof. He came to my home and found where the leak occurred and fixed it at no cost to me, I would recommend this company to everyone that needs there roof replace.
