We interviewed multiple roofing companies to replace our aging roof and skylights. We selected Louisville Roofing as they had the best product and pricing. We have now completed our replacement and must say it looks great and we feel much more secure with our new roof. There were some glitches, but true to their word they corrected anything that was not perfect. They inspect the roof multiple times during replacement to insure things are properly done. They do what they say and say what they mean. That means a lot to me knowing I can call Eddie, our salesman and he is prompt about returning calls and fixing or answering any questions we had. I whole heartedly and unreservedly recommend Louisville Roofing and Eddie if you are looking to replace your roof.
I also got a nice discount from my insurance company with the new roof.

I had a great experience with Eddie in reference to a minor external leak in our house. Just looking at a video of the leak, he was able to quickly reach a conclusion that the leak is due to a potential installation issue and not due to any wind damage. And to support this, he had several photos clicked and asked me to share with the builder to see if they can get it fixed as part of warranty as against himself pushing for the repair to be done by his company. It's very rare to see this kind of genuineness.

All in all, a great professional experience dealing with the Louisville Roofing company & would highly recommend them.

Great, professional, and quick work!! Called Louisville Roofing for a leak after a big rain. They found the source of the leak that other roofers were unable to find. Did a quick repair during the estimate so didn't even have to make a follow up appointment!! Very responsive and great to work with!

I had an appointment for 10 AM on Wednesday July 3rd to assess damage to my roof from a falling limb that left the inside of my upstairs crawl space exposed. I received a phone call around that time from E, who told me he got a flat tire and was running late. No big deal. Come 12:30 he tells me that he’s still waiting on roadside assistance and that he’ll be here as soon as possible. Then at 2:30, he tells me that he has to cancel and will send someone out on Friday the 5th. We were expecting storms for the next three days, and I told him this. I asked him how he could leave me exposed for the ensuing storms without at least having someone come to tarp off the roof, and never received any communication back from him at this point. I was frantic for the next several hours trying to find someone to come out in such short notice, and finally did, then I received a phone call back from the company hours later trying to address the situation. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism exhibited by Louisville Roofing. There was absolutely no empathy for my situation, and quite frankly I felt completely disrespected by the lack of response. I have to assume that the person I had an appointment with was eager to get their holiday weekend started and my appointment was interfering with their plans. This has single-handedly been the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company in my life. From what I can tell, the construction team does good work, but the salesman they assigned me has left such a bad taste in my mouth that I felt not only compelled, but obligated to leave a review. Shame on you Louisville Roofing.

I called Louisville Roofing after getting a quote from another company. They were trying to get me to replace the whole roof when all I needed was a repair. Eddie took care of us like we were family. He didn't try to sell me a whole roof and was very clear on what needed to be done. He didn't try to get any extra money out of us. Our roof is repaired, and I couldn't be happier. WOW!! Had an insurance replace for our roof. Suffered through shopping around to local roofers who were terrible to deal with.

Literally perfect. Sales, installation and cleanup was incredible. Roof took 3 days total to install and installation crew took extreme measures to clean up each day but when the job was done they left without a trace of debris or nails.

Had a little issue when trying to research in the beginning because there are several companies whose name are very close. It is hard to believe when you see a company with all 5 stars, like my self most reviews are because of bad service. I had a roof put-on my house earlier this year by another company. Within 2 weeks shingles started coming off. We went through the patching 4 or 5 times. The last time huge sections were missing shingles all over the house not one or two. They had stated earlier it needed to be redone but when the time came they refused. And that is how it sat till I went out and researched for another roofer to fix the disaster that cost over 30K. After a couple of conversations with the staff at Louisville Roofing I felt like they actually cared about their work and not just wanting to sign and go to the next one after all of the storms we have experienced. They showed up in mass, started removing the roof and as they did, myself not a roofer could see problems, rotten wood that was to be replaced, different types of underlayment, underlayment not secure to the edge of the roof as so on. As Louisville roofing worked they explain all of the steps they take to ensure a long lasting roof, unlike the one that was installed so bad the shingle warranty probably would not have been honored. When Louisville roofing finished it was what you want to see, a very clean, nicely done job. They did great at clean up. It is pretty rare when you get the opportunity to compare two significant projects and see the final results in such a short timeline. Even thought I am out another 30+ thousand (still cheaper than the first company), Just the look of the roof looks so much better and the pride that the installers took, I don't expect to have issues down the road. Word of advice, do the homework and not just rely on the morning TV commercials

I loved the experience I had with Louisville Roofing. It was really fast and easy, no long phone calls or headaches with scheduling. The first company I tried to use didn’t get back with me multiple times but Christian and the office staff were always very responsive in comparison . I’d recommend these guys to anyone!
