Contacted them for an estimate. They said they'd have someone call to schedule. Never heard back from them. Called again today around 5:30pm because their website says they're open to 9. FALSE! "We'll have someone call you you" the night operator says

Again? I've had enough of this uncaring group of lazy, false front group. I'll go with one of my other options...someone who actually provided an itemized estimate!

Don't know about their quality of workmanship but if it's anything like their business ethic, I wouldn't trust them a far as I could launch them in a rocket!!!

Brandon Neal was amazing from start to finish he communicated every step of the way. I had some issues with my insurance company paying them. Brandon and Chris the owner got with me helped me get the situation worked out in they never held it against me or treated me unfairly due to the matter. The whole team was nothing but welcoming, understand, friendly, and respectful. Also the work was phenomenally done they upgraded my roof and home value.

After collecting a few quotes, we decided to go with them for our siding replacement. The entire experience was wonderful, they not only did what they promised but also went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. Any needed changes were run by us first for approval. I would give more than 5 stars for the professionalism and adherence to the quoted timeline.

I had a roofing emergency. William came out at the end of his workday to fix my roofing issue. He did a great job. I will be using this company again.

I had a wood panel home that they resided with Hardie Board. They were both knowledgeable and professional. The work was started on time and completed quickly. I could not be more pleased with the results and would not hesitate to hire them again if needed.

Blown away by the great service and responsiveness. The locksmith, Chris, arrived within 20 minutes of my emergency call and was extremely professional. He went the extra mile to fix my complicated lock issue and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the pricing. He made what was a very stressful situation for me much easier. Did a great job reframing our garage door entrance and reinforced parts of our garage that were unstable. His expertise saved us a lot of money and heartache down the road. I highly recommend.

Louisville roofing and siding did an amazing job replacing the siding on my house. We had stone siding and part of it had fallen off so we wanted it all gone and replaced with vinyl siding to match the rest of our house. They did exaxtly that for us. They were very personable and great with communication. I will refer them to anyone and be using them for future house projects. We already have a few in mind. I called for a siding repair that was close to my roof, and I hadn’t had any luck with other siding companies as it was in a very high up and hard to reach area. In fact, another siding company had come out to see the problem and told me they couldn’t help me. These guys showed up and fixed it with no problem and didn’t even charge me!

My siding needed done that blew off the back side of my house. They matched my siding perfectly. Very quick work and they done an amazing job. Thank you

The owner, Chris, is fantastic. He is by far the contractor we trust the most to both do good, solid work and give us fair pricing. We've called him back to do multiple jobs and have recommended him to others. Plus, unlike some other contractors, his workers are paid fairly and treated well. If there were more than five stars, I'd give them.

Chris was very nice when he came out to look at our house however he was to return with one of his roofers to give us an estimate and never came out. He finally stopped responding to my calls/text to set up a time to come out. Very disappointing.

Edit: So sorry to hear about his mom's passing. Of course I would of understood if I was told.

Working with Chris, the owner of Louisville Roofing and Siding, has been a blessing. He is professional and personable and has been able to take care of two jobs for us (the first being repair and replacement of siding and gutter where a possum was taking up residence and the second being repair of a hand rail and damaged ceiling in a stairwell). In both instances the work was done in a reasonable time for a reasonable price. He will continue to be our choice for repairs in the future and I highly recommend his company to anyone who has gotten the run-around or had a bad experience with other handy/repair companies in our area.

This company is bound to be one of the Best in Louisville, if not THE Best. The owner, Chris, stays pretty busy, though; so it might take him a half a day or a day to return your call when you first call. But once he sets up his initial appointment and estimates your job, he is good about follow-up and responding to your calls or texts. In my case, his bid was very competitive and affordable and his siding crew did an excellent job. They are also able to do repair work if things need repairing or upgrading prior to installing the siding. They also did some gutter work for me, and I was very pleased with all of their work. They were also very efficient and worked quickly. I Definitely recommend this company.

Very prompt service! Came out for an estimate 2 hours after calling, worked around my schdule for the siding repairs, which were prompt and very well done! They took the time to explain everything that needed to be done without being a pushy salesman! Will be calling them again for the rest of the house and highly recommend Chris and his team to anyone in need of siding!

Extremely prompt and courteous service! Very fairly priced. Hand nailed shingles was a bonus because everyone else that estimated my roof used a pneumatic fastener gun.

Very prompt, they were at my house in less than 24 hours of the initial phone call. They found the problem and fixed it on the spot. Very honest and reasonably priced. They back up their work. I had a patch of siding that had been damaged and was putting off getting it repaired. If I had know it would be so quick, easy, and affordable I would have done it immediately.

They were very responsive and accommodating in every aspect of the process. The subcontractor that was hired did an awesome job. They allowed us to have time to ensure that the color of the siding was what we wanted even after they put an entire side of the house. Furthermore, they fixed a lot of problems that were pre-existing (we bought a foreclosed home).

Extremely professional and stands by their work. I needed some roofing repairs done in a short turn around time. Christian came out at a time convenient to my schedule and provided a reasonable and competitive quote. Of 4 quotes gathered Louisville Roofing and Siding was the only one which offered a warranty on the work, which shows me they are more concerned about building a client base instead of a quick buck like the others around town. Come to think of it it's pretty scary that the big name companies around town wouldn't warranty their work. I would highly recommend this team as I am confident they are some of the select few out there which truly ensures client satisfaction. I will be hiring them again for my next house.

They showed up on time, the price was considerably less than other companies I received an estimate from, and the roof was replaced in one day.
