They spent nearly an hour double checking on any nails that may have gotten away. That shows they truly care about the details- even the small ones (like the tires on my vehicles). We have nothing but great things to say about Loudoun Roofing & Home Improvement. After noticing ceiling damage and water leaking on the top floor of our townhouse in late December, we reached out to a number of companies as we needed a fix asap. Thankfully, Keylah from Loudoun Roofing & Home Improvement responded almost immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day to have the situation inspected.

Esteban came out and not only got up on the roof to inspect things, but also went up into the attic. He provided numerous pictures of all the damage and a couple of options for repairs.

In the end, we decided it would be best to have the entire roof replaced. Being around the holidays, we thought it might be a stretch to get it done quickly, but within a couple of days we met with Keylah and Esteban in-person to go over everything and within 10 days from the initial call we had a new roof on our house.

The process was as seamless as could be and they were transparent about everything, providing before and after pictures to clearly show the work that was done. It has been a few weeks since the replacement and we have had no issues whatsoever. Not only did we get a new roof, we got peace of mind as well. Going forward, Loudoun Roofing & Home Improvement will definitely be our go-to company for anything home related.

I cannot speak high enough of this company. Every individual worked nonstop, dedicated, no screwing around. They cleaned up after themselves and you would have never known there was a whole roof replaced after they left. Each day even though it was over 90+ degrees every day they were here for a minimum of 10 to 12 hours a day - excellent workers who definitely take pride in their work.

This company came out to my house and gave me a free quote. They were friendly, punctual, and quoted me a reasonable price. Their completed work looks great.

We called Loudoun Roofing & Home Improvement because the ridge vents on our roof were damaged from the wind and potentially leaking. Other companies wanted to send a crew out to just "repair" the cheap aluminum ridge vents that the builder installed, but Esteban recommended a longer lasting solution. He went on the roof, took pictures and showed me the condition of all the vents. He then recommended replacing just the ridge vents with a better quality vent that would last longer and not be susceptible to wind and other damage. When he gave me the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised that the cost was very reasonable.

Esteban and his crew came out 2 days later and completed the job it one afternoon. They exactly matched the roofing material we already had, and when they were done the roof looked like new. Not only did they fix the vents, they went around and re-sealed any exposed nails in other parts of the roof AND cleaned out my rain gutters (all just because they were already on the roof).

Our roof sustained minor damage from a storm and we were very happy with Loudoun Roofing's repairs and customer service. Esteban was able to quickly come and assess the damage (providing thorough explanation and photos) and we received a reasonable quote the same day. The fix was completed a few days after that and we now have a safe, dry roof! I definitely recommend reaching out to them if you need a fix.

We used Loudoun Roofing & Home Improvement after discovering a leak in our ceiling. They were able to come inspect our roof the next day. They were prompt, courteous and found the source of the leak. They also went above and beyond by inspecting our entire roof, and also our attic (on a very hot day) to see if any additional leaks were occurring. We had a roof leak and I contacted Loudoun Roofing and they had Esteban come look it the next day. He identified the issue and provided a competitive quote. He wasn't able to complete the work that day but came back several days later and completed the job. He also did some extra caulking and also removed an old Dish Network dish which had been put on our house by a previous owner. He provided before and after photos and explained what he did, even going so far to show the leak staining under the shingles so that he was able to confirm that the leak was where we thought it was. Esteban and crew installed a new roof for us with beautiful 3D architectural shingles on a large and steep hip roof. We have had many compliments from neighbors who had theirs done at the same time but by different roofing companies. As we noticed other roofing crews dumping debris from the roofs onto neighbors lawns that left dead spots on the lawns, Estaban's crew immediately picked up the debris as soon as it hit the ground and we had no dead grass as a result. We have used Loudoun Roofing for several jobs with the main one being replacing our old roof and installing a new one. They were meticulous in removing the old shingles and being sure to keep our landscaping and lawn completely clean. (many roofers leave the debris on the plants and lawns and if it's hot it will will kill them).
The overall job was done perfectly, on time and Esteban followed up and made sure we were completely happy.
I needed some repair work done recently on a front door portico railing and Esteban came by the same day and took care of things.

Both Keylah and Esteban provide tremendous service and we will use them again for a variety of home updates. I can't recommend Loudoun Roofing enough.

I had three roofers evaluate the leaking roof and make estimates. Loudoun roofing and home improvement did a very thorough inspection spending about an hour on the roof and identifying all the problems. Another roofer didn't go on the roof but used a drone, the third only spent 5 min on the roof and only a cursory look at the attic. Although Loudoun Roofing and Home Improvement was not the low bidder I felt they new what the problem was and could fix it for the quoted price. The others had all sorts of contingency language in their quotes which would increase the cost almost without limits. Loud Roofing was also the most responsive to my questions before contract signing and during the work itself. All of my concerns were quickly quickly resolved even when the involved additional effort. I dealt directly with the owner of the company vice a salesman or an estimator. He also was on site working and supervising the roof replacement. I was very pleased with the entire process.

"We used Loudoun Roofing & Home Improvement because they did a fantastic job on our daughter’s house in finishing their basement and came highly recommended. For our house, we had several jobs done, including replacing the first floor carpet with a simulated hardwood floor, fixing drywall imperfections and painting the inside of most of our house, replacing the countertops and sink in our kitchen, replacing internal double doors with glass-paned doors, remodeling our fireplace, replacing a dressing room vanity/countertop, replacing a shower threshold, installing a countertop with a sink in the basement, and installing a large mirror in the basement.

Our experience with them was very good. Many things impressed us about this company, making it the BEST contractor that we have ever dealt with. The owners are a married couple that are heavily involved in the work itself and personally make sure the customer is happy. They communicate with the homeowner to understand decisions and help advise as necessary. They have a very high degree of integrity and are upfront with you. Another amazing fact was that I only had to say something once. Any other contractor would have required reminding. In fact, Keylah kept better notes than me and reminded me of past decisions, which avoided inconsistent direction. There are many other things that impressed me about them, but the bottom line is that they were a great pleasure to work with, and we would absolutely consider using them again. It is extremely rare for me to write a review, but this experience deserved to be an exception."

Contacted Loudoun Roofing to remove a satellite dish. They fit me in quickly, showed up on time, walked me through the process and most importantly did a great job. They took pictures along the way to ensure I knew the work was being completed properly. Would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for services from a roofing company.

I contacted Loudoun Roofing at approximately 3:11PM and spoke to Keylah concerning my roof ridge which had a 2 to 3 foot section blown up about 20 degrees off the roof. Keylah said that she would have someone come out in about an hour and a half to two hours. Esteban arrived and completed repairs by 5:45PM. Both Keylah and Esteban were very knowledgeable and professional. The estimate was accurate and the response time was incredible. Loudoun Roofing is now my go to roofing company. Estevan took lots of time and photos to come up with an improved design for the gutters. An increase in size/capacity as well as repositioning solved the overflow problem in several areas. He and his crew reworked a downspout with underground drain pipe that extended across the yard. I expected to have to reseed the area but the way they dug and replaced the turf, it's impossible to tell where the trench is. The materials are high quality and very sturdy. Their work area was meticulously cleaned up at the end of the project. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with.

Yesterday staff from Loudon Roofing repaired and cleaned the gutters on my house. This is the second time I've had them do work. The first time they replaced sections of the roof that had been improperly installed and had taken on so much water that the rafters were so moldy they looked as though the had been burned. The Loudon staff took care of that and the roof is now in excellent condition.

I highly recommend this company.

Excellent work. Kept us informed. Showed photos of rotted wood that they were replacing along with installing new roof. It was a large and complex roof with many gables and valleys. It looks great. They cleaned up everything, used magnets to get every nail.

Excellent work, punctual, and good communications. Definitely on the expensive side so they probably won’t be the lowest bid but quality work and professionalism are excellent.

The Loudoun Roofing team is awesome. We’ve used them to install an attic fan, install ceiling fans and lights, update wiring. Loudoun Roofing fixed a leaking skylight above a basement alcove that several other contractors would not touch because it was an usual and difficult job. They fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Their workmanship was neat and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I hired this company after having a horrible experience with another company that installed my roof horribly 3 years ago. The owner was great and helped me deal with the other company. Loudoun Home Improvement removed my old roof and installed a new one and I couldn’t be happier!

I received four assessments for my roof and gutter repairs and Loudoun Roofing priovided with me with the most thorough assessment of what needed to be repaired at a very reasonable cost. The same professionalism exibited during the assessment carried through when the work was performed. Estaban and his colleague Herbert were prompt, courteous, and professional and went the extra yard to ensure I was happy with the work. Like the inital assessment, Estaban showed me photos of all the places work was performed and left the work site immaculate. Nice to deal with folks who are professional and conscious of their work. We worked with this company for a few months to try and get our roof and master bedroom drywall damage repaired. The insurance company estimated a little over $1200 to fix the damage. We initially got an estimate from Keylah at Loudoun Roofing for $1900 which included repair to the hallway and vent replacement that the insurance company did not cover. I spoke with her and asked her to separate the estimates into 2 repairs. One estimate for the repairs that the insurance company was going to cover, and the other estimate for the hallway and vent replacement.

We expected the estimates to be close to the insurance company's estimate of $1248.59. The updated estimates that we received increased to $2500 total. I asked Keylah why it was more expensive than the original, and she said that the original one did not include the hallway damage.

This does not make sense because we asked her to update the original estimate and separate the hallway from the master bedroom. On the new estimate, the master bedroom cost was $1700, and the hallway repairs were $800.

If her claim that the original estimate was only for the master bedroom, then how come it went from $1900 on the original to $1700 on the new estimate?

I would not trust this company. How can their estimate be $700 over what the insurance company estimated? They are misleading and not honest about their pricing. Make sure to get a few quotes from different companies.

*** Update*** The response from the company is incorrect. They deleted the original estimate of $1900 so that I can't see it, and they replaced it with the $2700 repair. I will post my estimate from a different company to prove that Loudoun Roofing is over charging.***

Loudoun Roofing was so professional. Not only did they take pictures before of any damages but during their work and after completion. It was a true pleasure working with them. It's great to see a small business owned company work with such pride and professionalism. Also, they cleaned up so much after themselves, you never knew they were here. You can tell when the owner says he's done this for 20 years that he has. I would gladly refer them to all my friends and family.

Our chimney flue fell off of our roof during a storm and caused a lot of damage inside our house. It was a mess and very stressful. I called Loudoun Roofing and they came out right away to fix the issue. Their prices are very reasonable, they are very efficient and take the time to explain everything to you. Loudoun Roofing and Home Improvement repaired and replaced my leaking roof recently, and I could not be happier with this company. I spoke to three companies, one did not even inspect the attic (which is important with a leaking roof). Loudoun Roofing not only spent 30 minutes in the attic but provided photos of the damage from the attic and on top of the roof. That is when I knew that this was the company I wanted to work with. They gave me a start date, and completed the job in a timely manner, and sent me photos of the rotting wood under the shingles and the completed roof, which looked great. They are coming back to repair the inside drywall damage from the leak. I plan on working with them on other home improvement project in the next few months. Keylah and Stevan were wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or home improvement projects.
