Fair price. Good work. Very knowledgeable and responsive. It seems like it's harder and harder to find family run companies these days but this is one of them. I highly recommend.

After getting quotes from three reputable contractors, Loudoun Deck Repair was the only one to correctly identify the reason why my deck railing was leaning outward. Ann followed up on every detail of the project to make sure the end result would be what I wanted, and steered me away from railing products which were more costly and less durable. The project price was reasonable, the work was completed in a professional manor, and the leaning railing problem was fixed. I highly recommend Loudoun Deck Repair.

We had our 18 year old deck completely replaced by Loudoun Deck Repair. Ann and Keith were amazing. They provided us options to either partially replace or completely replace our deck. They did an awesome job while dealing with winter weather and holidays. Our deck looks amazing. Cant wait to start enjoying it.

Very disappointing experience. After taking our deposit, we were told they could not do the repairs and suggested we proceed with constructing a brand new deck. They were unable to perform the tasks we wanted for a new construction and then refused to return our deposit. No work completed. Total deposit lost. We attempted resolution and they refused to work with us. We never got the materials we supposedly bought with the deposit. Just beware if you proceed with Loudoun Deck Repair.

The service was great from the estimate phase(Ann) thorough the supervision(Keith) of the project. I knew there would be beam and post issues which they identified and replaced only what was needed once flooring was removed. Mario and his crew was professional, prompt and meticulous. I highly recommend the company!

This review is overdue. After having a horrendous experience with another decking contractor and finally getting my labor costs refunded, i hired Loudoun Deck Repair to finish the deck resurface. Ann and Keith treated me with respect, and they did what they said they would do. This company is all about integrity and professionalism. After they finished their work, I could see and feel the difference in my deck. They are simply outstanding in their work. They do not use subs or day labor - their workers are their people so the experience and quality delivered to the customer is consistent and first rate. I will hire Loudoun Deck in the future to maintain my deck and to enhance my deck. Pls take my advice....all these five star ratings are for a reason - they are top notch.. I wish I had know about them before i hired another contractor and had to take legal action to get my money refunded. Learn from my mistake.....save yourself grief and hassle. Loudoun Deck Repair replaced two of our porch support beams. The process was quite simple from start to finish. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with them and set up the service. Keith was expeditious and did a great job. We'll keep them in mind as we need future deck/patio repairs.

Three of the columns on my old deck were rotting, apparently (my opinion) from a recent change in roof drainage runoff path. As I requested, Loudoun Deck Repair replaced those three posts for what I considered a reasonable price. They did an excellent job, replicating the original style and fit, while adding quick-set concrete to reinforce the original below ground slate footers discovered. Careful manual digging around the old columns had created little disturbance to the original landscape. The work area was then cleared, leaving it near its original appearance. The work was done with only a couple of day’s rain delay from the originally expected date; and for the originally proposed price. I was kept updated on the anticipated delays.

If you’re looking for the BEST experience with a new deck, you’re in the right place. After narrowing down our estimates to 3 different companies, Keith and Ann went the extra mile. Safety, practicality, design, and knowledge of the process were what made us sign with them. Great Company - When I had a home inspection done, the inspector recommended that I have a deck repair company come and bring my deck up to code. Ann was very quick in getting back to me about setting up the estimate and the for the actual appointment to repair my deck. Keith was very knowledgeable and did not recommend anything we did not need since our only goal was to make our deck safer. The whole process went a lot faster than I expected (initial contact to completed project was all done in under a week) and I'm very happy with his work.

Keith and Ann were such a pleasure to work with. We needed to have our deck support beams replaced, a new deck floorinstalled, and our gazebo screened in. Loudoun Deck Repair is a good deck builder with strong experience in the industry and reasonable charge, I guess the size of the company made it pretty competitive. I had compared quite a few companies/estimates before I decided to hire them, which turned out to be the right decision.

Keith and Ann work hard to get the job done and done well. It's very cold when they built my desk, but they completely it in just 3-4 days without complaining or delay also they are patient during the discusse all the details in weeks prior to building, thanks Keith and Ann for the great work.

We used Loudoun Deck Repair to replace/repair a 25 year old deck. Our deck was falling apart and we needed a quick repair. Of 3 vendors called Keith was the most responsive; quick to come out, consult and provide an estimate. They were also quick to get started on the project once the work was approved. Both Ann and Keith communicated during the entire process. They are very attention to detail, genuine, and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the end result.Kudos to Keith and Ann.

We used Loudoun Deck Repair for what was largely a rebuild of our 25 year old deck, which in addition to wear was also constructed poorly with some challenging foundational issues to work around.

We selected Keith after talking to several vendors, as he displayed the most knowledge and made several suggestions on approaches that allowed us to save on what we were trying to do while improving the aesthetics of the deck.

As the project progressed and we removed some of the legacy supports (and outdoor roof), we discovered some serious issues with the siding adjacent to the deck. Keith was able to redo the siding, with a new gutter/runoff system for a very small additional fee.

The end result looks fantastic, and the separate contractor we hired to do the stain remarked at the quality of the wood and worksmanship, noting that the wood itself looked hand-selected for quality and much better than what he is used to seeing. I called several deck builders and deck repair companies, including Loudoun Deck Repair, to get some ideas and estimates to repair and possibly expand the deck. After speaking with those companies, I decided to call Loudoun Deck Repair. Keith Bohlayer, the owner of the company. listened to my requirements and was able to stop by later that evening for a visual inspection and consultation.

Keith had some great ideas that provided me with a lot more information to consider for the project. He followed up with a detailed estimate later that evening. After a thorough review of his proposal, I decided to work with Loudoun Deck Repair...and I am very happy I did. As the project progressed, I expanded the scope based on Keith's recommendations. I am very impressed by the work Keith performed, and so are walkers and joggers in the neighborhood as they pass by my house every day. I have received countless comments about the beautiful wood work, and the uniqueness of Keith's repair and design work. It has been a big hit! My wife and I are absolutely delighted with our renovated deck.

What was equally impressive is how easy it was to work with Keith and Ann through all phases of the project...scheduling the consultation, receiving their proposal, signing the contract, and performing the work. We also appreciated how neat and clean the work area was throughout the entire construction process.
