Have been updating switches and outlets throughout our entire home and a few switches were not behaving as expected.

Shane came out and was able to troubleshoot and straighten things out on short notice. Will definitely have them out again for any larger electrical projects.

Only issue was the leak that the van left in the driveway! Was able to hose things off, but might need to get that looked at ☹️

Of course the ac has issues on the hot days but Kevin and loud brothers were awesome and had me fixed quick and same day. They got my whole family's business going forward..

It has taken me a while to post my review because life just happens at times. But needless to say, Loud Brothers for the win! My AC stopped working on a 99°+ day ( my furboy had cancer and the heat was unbearable for him) I called Loud Brothers, and they had someone come right out and fixed the problem. My A/C went out on a 99-degree day! I called them after hours in the evening and they had someone here at 8:00 am to have it fixed!! They had all the parts needed on hand so I didn't need to wait for them or order anything. The repair man was very friendly, respectful of my home and yard, and finished the job very quickly! We were back in a nice cool house!!!

I have used Loud Brothers many times through the years for both small and large jobs. Wonderful business and a wonderful family!

Paid to have them install a very expensive part for our boiler system, it never worked right, and they refuse to even come out to look at it. giving me the run around for weeks basically saying they don't know what's wrong with it, though I would think they might figure it out if they actually took the time to come look.

These guys were recommended on another site and their name so intrigued me I had to check them out. First off, I appreciated that their website makes the reader feel like a friend with such tidbits as telling you changing your own filter is easy enough to diy, but also gave information to help you gauge if your ac needed to be looked at.
Scheduling was easy and they were out within a day, I believe. For reference, my ac seemed to be cycling a lot and is 27 years old! This would have been an easy sell for any big company looking to make a few bucks. But Loud Brothers truly seems to be all about the customer and preserving the unit.
After a thorough cleaning and inspection it was announced to be in fine shape. Yes, it's loud and cycles due to its age, but it puts out cold air and we're usually in the efficient range of our comed comparison charts. If our only concern was money saving, it would take decades to save the cost of a new unit.
I so appreciated their honesty and hard work. When my ac finally dies or should I need any heating or electrical work in the meantime, I know who I'll be calling

We have used this company multiple times now and have been happy with each visit to repair, inspect, or clean our HVAC system. Their latest visit was to install recessed lighting in our living room and kitchen. Shane came out and did an awesome job. What impressed us was his ability to complete the work without any extra cuts into the ceiling to feed the wires. As a result, no patching or painting was required after the fact.

We have been using the Loud Brothers HVAC-R for at least the last five years. I can say that I am confident in the work they do. We have our A/C checked every April before the warm weather, and our heat checked in October before the cold weather. They come out on time, and work quickly, efficiently, and with high quality of work. I am confident that our A/C and Heat will work when we need them most. And if for some reason something goes wrong, they have 24/7 on-call service. If there is ever a family member or friend looking for a good Heating/Air servicing company, I am confident in referring them to the Loud Brother's.
