Cody did an outstanding job replacing the trim and siding on my house. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and clearly skilled at what he does. He paid close attention to detail and made sure everything looked clean and well-finished. The new siding has completely transformed the look of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am fortunate to have Cody Ochoa from Lotus Roofing living right next door to me! He did an excellent job of inspecting the roof of my house as well as the I does and siding after a major hail storm, and fortunately determined there was no damage. He provided a detailed video presentation explaining everything he checks for which was very informative.
He also provided services for adding on some insulation and gutters to my house, and installing flashing to keep birds from nesting in the roof. Upon seeing all the positive reviews, I was fairly sure that Lotus Roofing was the best choice. Then after meeting Cody, I was certain. He is straightforward, no sales double-talk, and will answer questions and explain everything thoroughly. Cody answered texts and calls promptly and tried his best to move things forward while dealing with daily rainstorms. When he and his crew were able to begin, they arrived at 6:30 a.m. and worked all day, stopping for rain, then going right back to work. They were basically done in one day, but were back early the next morning for final touches and clean up. A very professional job from start to finish. I have peace of mind that the materials and workmanship on my roof are the best. The price was reasonable as well. Very happy with Lotus Roofing and will highly recommend to my family and friends.

Jaime came to the house for a leak after the first hard rain on our new roof by a different contractor. Jaime was very professional and fixed the leak in a matter of minutes, even using the hose to douse the area with water to make sure he took care it. I would highly recommend Jaime and his crew.

Lotus Roofing was top notch! I researched different roofing companies, and Lotus Roofing had the best reviews. When I met Cody & Matt, their Professionalism and experience were evident, which made me feel comfortable. They changed out my entire roof in less than 3 days. I was absolutely thrilled with the work Lotus Roofing did on my roof. Their crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took great care to ensure the roof was sealed properly and that any potential issues were addressed. Matt and Mark were very responsive in sending over a quote and scheduling the work. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and with a high quality.

We have used this roof company twice and had really good experience with them both times. Cody is easy to talk to, very responsive, and goes to check the roof very quickly. He is professional, really thinks for the customers, and suggests what is the best to do.

Two years ago, we were selling one rental house. The buyer asked us to change the roof. I contacted Cody because he has very good reputation with several people I know. He went to the house the next day, examined the roof, and found that the roof was still quite new (7-8 years old) and had very little amount of hail damage (sent us a lot of pictures). He talked to the buyer and convinced them that there was no need to change the roof. He didn't charge us anything for the work he did!

Recently, I contacted Cody for roof damage (from wind) for another rental house that was built in June 2020. He told me to contact the builder first to see if it is still under warranty, and called him back if it is not under warranty and he will take care of it. Unfortunately, the builder only provided one year warranty. He went to the rental house and did the roof repair the next day I called him (also sent us several pictures after completing the project.

First, let me say that Cody was my representative and go to guy. This young man went above and beyond to get our roof approved by working with our insurance company. He even arranged to have our 49 solar panels removed and replaced after the roof was replaced. We had water spots on our ceilings and he had a company replaster and paint the ceilings. The roof was replaced in one day and we have a 5,000 sqft house. We also have an inground pool which they covered so no debris would get into it from removing the old roof. This company and the materials they use are top notch, and easy to work with and they have many choices to choose from. If you need a roof replacement, Lotus Roofing is the company to go with.

Lotus Roofing is an exceptionally well run and hard working company. Some people stand out even among the best, like Cody, Claims Specialist and some others. After hail storms in late May, we were contacted by Lotus Roofing that a roof inspection might be wise. (We've hired them before having lived in this home for over 28 years). Cody came to inspect the roof, mark the damage, capture the evidence, etc. and, with exceptional detail, provided a report to me which was given to our insurance co. to file a claim. DENIED. Cody was convinced the conclusion was wrong. He persevered and suggested a second inspection by the insurance company which he attended as well. DENIED. Having a long standing a trusting relationship with our insurance agent, at my request, Cody courteously communicated and collaborated with him about his findings and convictions. My agent was convinced and went to bat for us. APPROVED! (He's honorable, too). Mark Witzke, Production manger was also very helpful in the process. The new roof was installed in one day, start to finish! The workers and Juan, (the on site supervisor) were professional, very available and communicated with us and followed up throughout.
