I enthusiastically recommend Efficient Building, LLC for any carpentry/contracting work. Nick, the owner, is very knowledgeable and a highly skilled worker. He was kind, listened to what I wanted with my renovations and answered all of my questions. His work was efficient and his quotes were accurate and well priced. His co-worker Mike, was also very skilled and friendly. Nick and Mike installed a Pergo floor three years ago and it looks fabulous. Recently, they did an excellent job installing a new back door, new door casing, painted the door and trim, created a new wooden step, and fixed a deck railing that was off kilter.
