We needed RV repair parts while we were traveling across Kansas. Great people, they had the parts that we needed to fix our water leak in our RV.

We were traveling across Kansas with our truck and travel trailer when we decided to stop at a rest stop. When we started the truck back up we got a warning that there was a problem with the connection to the trailer. We disconnected the trailer, cleaned the contacts and still had the warning. All the lights still worked and as far as we could tell the trailer brakes were working . We looked up in the trucks owner’s manual and it just said to see a dealer.

So after spending 2+ hours at the dealer and not finding anything wrong with the truck, they referred us to Lorenson Industries. It was after 5 o’clock but they answered their phone. Told us that they could get us in three days later. We were only planning to spend one night in Salina, KS. After some more discussion they said we could come in first thing in the morning and they would look for any obvious problem but they wouldn’t have time for anything more than that.

So we arrived at 8:10 am the next morning and they got us in right away. In less than 20 minutes they found 2 broken wires leading to the rear drivers side brake on our trailer. All was fixed and we were back on the road in less than an hour! Thank you Kent Lorenson for squeezing us into your busy day. We truly appreciate it!!

Lorentsen just put a new awning on my motorhome. They did a beautiful job with the main automatic awning and also replaced an awning over my small slide out. I also asked if they had a way to lock the kitchen drawers so they would stay closed while driving. All was done perfectly. I have always been very satisfied with all services they have performed on my motorhome.

If you have trouble with your RV, this is the only place to take it. Very knowledgeable with parts in stock.

My water heater in my camper didn’t work. They had everything but one piece in stock. They were very kind and easy to work with. And I have no problem waiting for the cover they had to order for me. 100% would recommend to anyone! Even another guy helped me in the past. I couldn’t get the rv to ignite on propane for the fridge. Instead of selling me parts I didn’t need he told me he bets it just needs cleaned on the igniter and the pipe. I did as he said and it works! Would trust them anytime anywhere!

I am traveling, one day in on a long trek. The repairman instructed me on how to reset my slideout that needed an adjustment...mine auto syncs and he was kind and patient as well. Please consider these guys if you ever need service in their area.

On our Summer Vacation & we’re from Texas. We went from Corpus Christi Texas to Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, N Dakota, S Dakota & we started having trouble with our slides not wanting to close. We come to Salina Kansas & get recommended to Lorenson RV Services. We needed a small pieces called a Love Joint. They didn’t have it but he had an old motor we bought as salvage for A few bucks & IT WORKED!!!!!!!! We Can’t say Thank You enough. If your having trouble in Salina Kansas go to Lorenson’s

While traveling through Kansas we had the side of our 5th wheel rip off while fighting strong headwinds. It exposed about 10 feet of wall studs from the front of the trailer. It even sucked most of the clothes out of my closet! Found this place searching on Google and thought to take it by and see what they thought.

I was expecting that it’d take multiple days to fix and thus have to cancel our trip. They were gracious enough to stop what they were doing and start work right away! On top of that they were able to get me down the road after a few hours! Super friendly and great service... I can’t thank them enough. Our trip is back on and we’re very pleased with the work! I don’t normally write reviews but this was so good that I had to. Thank you!

l had gone to Lowes, Menards and Wal-Mart in search of a particular electrical connection, and was finally able to find it here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and knew exactly what l was looking for once l explained what I needed.

This company was truly amazing we were in a bind with our 40-foot Newmar motorhome and a 20-foot trailer a Indian motorcycle and a side-by-side the trailer did not have more than 600 miles on it the Newmar RV was supposed to able to handle the trailer so we were squealing the breaks we phone this company and they told us exactly what needed to be done after they research everything on Newmar RV and trailer they were so kind to get us in and take care of us it was unbelievable of the quality of work we understood everything and it had to be done no matter what if it took 3 hours or if it took a day they did finish .Bill and I came back from our walk and they had it finished. We were so happy.they walked out to us and said the wheels on the trailer are not turning they got underneath that trailer before it was time to quit and looked and tried, and the one man said something else, we understood then they unhooked the trailer and we had to leave our trailer there at their facility 4 the evening and we will get our trailer back tomorrow we drove our RV until tomorrow.This company is very well loved by us Rose and Bill Jasperson I'll leave another review tomorrow

We were sent here by a neighboring KOA after driving under an unmarked low clearance entrance. (Husband missed his turn.). We knew we needed an AC shroud and refrigerator vent cover. But when Dave got up there he found a hole in our skylight, another vent cover and both pieces of the refrigerator vent needed to be replaced. He stopped what he was doing and fixed our rig in less than 90 minutes, sealant and all! When we went to check out, we were more than pleasantly surprised with our bill. There is no way "Our guy" at home would have done that so cheap! We mentioned that and they said they hear that all the time. We really appreciate how thorough, quick and cheap they were. Thank you Dave for saving our trip that we have planned for the last two years!!

I'm in love with this place LOL. They are so helpful to get the part that you need for your RV. They are also very informational if you have a question they actually take the time and explain it to you and listen to your questions and answer them with great knowledge I really appreciated that I would get them 10 stars that there were 10 to give and I don't do that LOL but they're a great place

Extreme helpful and very knowledge. Will bend over ba backwards for you. If it's related to a RV or or camper, they can fix it. Have taken my fifth wheel in to other places, no comparison.

Kent took care of everything as usual. Mechanic knew his job and I was back on the road in less than an hour.

We were traveling through Salina and the wind was really blowing. It pulled the awning out on our motorhome and we couldn't get it back into place. The service man Kent had his technician Dave come out and he fixed it in no time. He put on two new brackets, got up on the roof of the motorhome and helped guide the awning back in. Tremendous service, very fast, very friendly, and we appreciated it very much!

We just bought a used motor home and was traveling from Dallas, TX to North Dakota when we stopped in Salina KS to eat. We lost all power and needed help. We called several places that were unable to help us when we found Lorenson Industries. The service, even though they were booked, was out standing. Family operated and owned. Great people and very friendly. Camper parts and services. I also believe they will fix just about anything you have.

Called them from the road with a leak in our roof air conditioner unit. They got us in and repaired quickly. Back on the road the same afternoon. The tech and the office staff were friendly and professional.

Hands down this is the best RV mechanic we've used in the country. Randomly we wound up here twice while driving across the country. The first time it was the only place we could find, but the second time we drove straight there knowing they would take care of us. They are old school in the best way. True mechanics willing to fix things rather than replace them. Both times they fixed a problem that was quoted by other mechanics (hmmhmmm... camping world and Best RV in Denver) to either take many hours or to require full replacement. Lorenson saved us 1000s of dollars and hours of valuable road time. Go here! They know what's up.

Our trailer was damaged in the wind traveling-the bottom plastic ripped in half, and several wires were ripped loose. They took us in the same day, and worked through their lunch hours to make sure we were roadworthy. They fixed the trailer BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE!!! I would recommend this company to ANYBODY. They were FANTASTIC. Thank you sooo much for helping us on our trip.

I recently had a tire blow out on my 5th wheel on 135 and was refereed to Lorenson RV. I called Kent and asked if i could bring my unit by to make sure that there were no issues and it would be road worthy. Kent was very responsive and said to bring it on by, i told him i would be there in an hour...unfortunately it took me FOUR hours to get there. I made it right before closing and Kent assured me he would take a look and repair any issues. During the inspection and repair I had asked Kent if he could assist me with a few other repair related items. He was so kind to not only give me information about the repairs but went digging through his shop to find parts that i needed. His customer service from the first phone call to the final bill was outstanding and appreciated! If i find my self in Salina KS again i would not hesitate to call on Kent and Lorenson RV.
