So far the sales and information process for our bathroom renovation has gone very well. Daniel, our salesperson, explained every detail thoroughly. The pricing also was extremely competitive.

Had a sales rep come out to quote a price for tub to shower transfer in a bathroom. On time, personable and professional. Walked us through the process, was able to answer all our questions and set up a suitable change to our bathroom. Was very good informing us of next steps. Looking forward to installation work.

The gentlemen were thoughtful respectful calm meticulous continuously asking my wishes offering suggestions .The young gentleman checking his work two and three times. They also cleaned up nicely around the end of the day.All is much appreciated.Thanks so much. Marianne

The two gentlemen were here on time. They worked very fast, 6 hours had the old shower out and new one installed. They were very courteous and made sure everything was the way we wanted it. They then did a very good job to clean up after they were done.

Wolfgang came to give me an estimate for a tub to shower conversion today. He was pleasant, not pushy like other salespeople I have met recently, and was able to beat every estimate I had received. I signed the contract, and look forward to working with the company on the install.

Great customer service, no pressure, Got exactly what we asked, for our need. Love my new plain, easy to clean shower. The 2 young men who did the install were very knowledgeable, friendly and finished in less than 8 hours. Thank you all at Long Home.

Shower install. Poor attention to detail. Just got the install yesterday. Doors out of alignment. They came back today to complete install and made the doors worse. Then they had an attitude bc we are not completing payment until they fix the issue. One door is now already off the rail, water on floor, and a piece flew off when I opened the door. The doors are junk.

We have not yet had the bathroom renovations done, but we have gone through the selection and cost estimate process. Ricky and Nate have been terrific. They are knowledgeable and professional. The sample materials and tablet application and images that Ricky brought to our home were extremely helpful in visualizing the renovations, materials, and fixtures. We were so impressed with Long Home and Ricky that we cancelled three other contractor appointments and made a deposit with Long Home on the spot.

I wish I could give a better review after such a great initial consultation with Chris, Jordan, and my rep Shacoya — they were all fantastic. Unfortunately, the actual roofing service left a lot to be desired, and I can only give it two stars (and the second star is only because of how good the above employees are).

The problems started with my project manager, Jason, and his crew. They were scheduled to begin on a Thursday, and although the weather was foggy, it had cleared up quickly that morning. From the start the crew seemed disinterested and annoyed having to be there, and left after about an hour, citing rain — despite there being none. The lack of communication and effort was frustrating, especially since we had rearranged our schedules and cancel appointments for them to come Friday instead.

The weather for Friday showed heavy winds (Which is why we felt they should have worked Thursday) so we were worried about the crew not being able to work and no one showed up, and we got a call an hour after the scheduled time. Jason did stop by, but rather than listening to our concerns, he dismissed them and implied we were exaggerating/lying about the nice weather the day prior. At that point, we considered requesting a new PM.

Then on Saturday, we were woken up by unexpected banging — the crew had shown up without any notice. Jason wasn’t even aware they were coming. During work that day, a crew member accidentally fell through our ceiling. Accidents happen, and I don’t blame the worker, but the lack of oversight and the Project manger not showing up until almost 4 hours into the day was deeply concerning. Jason showed up after the incident which is when I showed him the damage to my ceiling where the guy fell through and a bunch of damage caused by the work going on on the roof from how they were just slamming everything down without a care (nail pops). And again dismissed my concerns, claiming pre-existing damage despite it being his first time inside our home.

Though the roof was eventually finished and a contractor did a great job fixing the ceiling, communication remained poor. For nearly two weeks, Jason kept pushing me to sign the completion form based on inaccurate info about the ceiling being done.

In the end, while the roof looks good, the process was stressful, disorganized, and poorly managed. We were promised good communication, accountability, and care — and unfortunately, we received the opposite. I tried resolving this with the company directly but never heard back, so I felt compelled to share my experience here. I don’t believe this is a bad company overall — but I do believe I had a very bad team.

Had a great experience. Daniel the salesman was super, very helpful with picking out what I wanted. David was a pro installing the shower! The shower works great! I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process!

Just received an estimate from Ricky and Zack from Long Homes for a shower stall in our existing home. These two gentleman were very knowledgeable and helped us understand what was best for the application in our home. They provided great detail about the product and workmanship we could expect along with an amazing warranty! Highly recommend this company!

I can’t say enough great things about Ricky. Ricky came out for a home visit and after sitting down with us, we were able to look at all the samples and picked stone (which we thought was out of our price range). Ricky made it work! We are so appreciative!!

We hired Long Home to remove old existing tub and shower and replace it with new walk in shower enclosure. The crew arrived as scheduled. They were polite, professional and extremely efficient. Our new shower was installed in about 8 hours. We are very pleased and are happy to provide staff and crew with an excellent reference.

Eddie came to our home and presented multiple options to choose from. Greatly appreciated the time to discuss privately before making a decision. Rare these days. Answered all of our questions and made sure we had contact information prior to leaving.

Installation of new windows happened in February this year. No one followed up to inspect the install.

We started to see how poorly the install was and the materials began to fail quickly. Moisture build up in the windows and cold drafts. Paid a lot of money for nothing but the same problem we were investing to get rid of.

Really stay on top of this company. Poor follow through of their promised install inspection and customer service is nearly non-existent.

Nick and Eddie came to our home to present us with options for our tub to shower renovation. They were pleasant and informative, and answered all our questions. We are anxious for the reno!

The salesman and installation process were pretty good. We waited months for the sliding glass door to come in. My problem now is that when you need them post install they ghost you. We have now called them twice with issues that they need to address and they keep telling us that someone will get back to us in 12 to 24 hours. That has never happened. We have a slider with moisture between the glass panes and no one will help us.

Long Home representatives Ricky and Chris presented a professional and informative description of a tub to walk-in shower conversion. They answered all our questions, showd us various materials and colors, and explained how it will be accomplished from tear-down to plumbing and and removal of debris. We are excited to have a company with a long history of doing business creating a beautiful, functional bathroom.

Nick and Brandon were very professional informative and explained thoroughly every step! Great personalities!! Good Team.Long should be proud to have these gentlemen on their team. Here is the before and after photos. The installers did a fantastic job. They didn't even take a lunch break which I felt bad for that. They worked hard and got it done in 10 hours.

This company is easy to work with and very flexible. We had Chris and Ricky come to our mobile home and help my father who is a disabled veteran figure out how much it would cost to replace our bathtub with one that is slightly bigger. They walked him through the process of how they would do it. They also gave us a lifetime warranty no questions asked if anything did happen.

Had Ricky stop by today for a quote on tub removal and shower installation. Describe the products well and how the project was gonna go from start to finish.

Ricky spent 3 hours with us today. He never tried to sell us anything. He told us all we need to know and answered all questions. He did a great job and is a great representative of his company.

Our roof was done by Long Roofing. The roof is great, would have given them 5 stars for the install. What is not so great is now we have water coming under our gutters. Between the gutter and the roof. That didn't happen before. Funny, we paid $50K for a roof and can't get a phone call back regrading the fact they need to fix our gutters. They are real big on selling. The follow through when you have a problem after you've paid, is non-existent. I'm to the point that I'm going to ask my contractor to fix it and sue them for the cost. It really is unbelievable.

Eddie came out to the house and did a great job explaining process and materials. He was thorough, friendly and was low pressure. We haven’t had it installed yet so this review is for Eddie. Will provide an update after new shower is installed.
