I have used Lonergan Construction for work done at my mother's house and my own in the last decade. The jobs have ranged from fairly small tasks to larger work like replacing siding and replacing doors with custom measurements.

I appreciate the friendly communication with George, Karen, and Rodrigo. More to the point, I have appreciated their solid understanding of construction principles when they have needed to troubleshoot a problem and offer a solution.

They take their professionalism seriously and always respond to your calls and messages, even when they're in their peak busy periods. In a time when people readily blow you off, practicing basic courtesy speaks to their character and integrity.

Lonergan Construction has been our go-to contractor since we moved into our home 15 years ago. They are professional, clean and deliver high-quality every time. They have done major renovations (2 bathrooms, front door replacement, new deck) and general maintenance and repair (roof replacement, interior wall repair, a number of other smaller jobs). In the rare cases where there are issues, they own them completely.

After our first major project, we stopped looking for alternative contractors for bids and just went straight to Lonergan. The security of knowing their quality and accountability made other options irrelevant.

I've recommended them to multiple friends and neighbors over the years and they've thanked me for similar experiences.

We have worked with Lonergan Construction for over 10 years on many different project on two houses and I can't imagine working with anyone else! Very responsive and always professional, we can always count on the team to give us reasonable and fair pricing for jobs without skimping on regulations or quality materials and work. We have always been happy with the quality of the final product as well as the process to get there. They do not overextend themselves, so once the team starts a job, they are here consistently from start to finish. We never have to worry that we will stuck in the middle of construction because workers are off on another job. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Did a kitchen revamp for my house, quoted 5-6 weeks, took over four months. workmanship was poor. I had to show them how to tile a 135 degree corner, they had to redo it over and over. Mostly young and inexperienced workers. Had to tell them to stop smoking weed in my garage (I had 3 kids under 16 at the time)
