Londot Design Build

We used Londot Design Build for an addition on the side of the house. Everything went smooth and quickly. They show up when they say they are going to show up and were very understanding of some minor changes during the process.

Working with Reneau was extremely easy and informative. Reneau and his team recently completed an addition and renovation of our home to make it more functional and wheelchair accessible. Reneau was able to take what we needed and create a home that is not only beautiful, but one that we will be able to live in through retirement. We had to do these renovations while living in another city, which could have been a challenge. Reneau kept us well-informed throughout the process and was always responsive. He was such a great problem solver when challenges came up. We are thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend Londot Design Build.

We called Reneau with ceiling damage from a hurricane. We couldn’t get people to show up. He was responsive and timely, had the ceiling repaired in no time. It’s hard to find people these days that show up, do good work, and more importantly, follow through til the work is complete, but that’s exactly what he did for us.

Reneau and his team are the best. We have had them work on multiple projects at our house. Everything from tile work, flooring, crown molding, lighting, interior paint, whole house exterior paint and a new roof. We couldn't be happier!
