Initial purchase and treatment while at the dealership was very good but after purchasing a new 24 jeep wrangler they only gave us 1 key and said they would mail us the 2nd key with in a week being we live 3 hours away. I've called and talked to 3 different people who all said they would check and call me back. It has been over a month and not 1 person has called me back. I have now talked with the owner and am still waiting.

If you are looking for a dealership that is honest, fulfills commitments and provides an ounce of customer service - you won't find it here, keep driving past this place, Do Not Stop Here!!!! Very long story but here are the high lights. After a test drive, it was pointed out an indicator on the dash had come on and a message displayed regarding tire sensor problem. We were told if we purchased the car these items would be taken care of so we did not negotiate a further reduction in price to cover the expense of fixing these ourselves. Paid and picked up the car. Yep you guessed it - they disconnected the battery to remove indicators on dashboard (after around 50 miles, they come back on fyi). They even did this after we jokingly said to them make sure you don't just disconnect the battery!! We trusted them that they had done the right thing when we saw the code and message gone when starting the car at pickup and confirming with the sales rep that the issues had been resolved. Before we even made it home, the indicators were back on dash. Called the next morning and immediately starting getting the run around. Brought the car back the following day for them to correctly resolve the issues and we have gotten nothing but frustration, empty promises and now the silent treatment from the owner, sales rep and service rep. We retrieved the car and are getting the issues resolved ourselves. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

Update: I did receive a request to provide additional information to Bridget, who is the actually owner, although we were told Gordon was the owner and that was who was supposed to be dealing with our issues. I provided all the details I had in a very timely manner, was asked to reach out for a phone call. Was provied a # to call. So far nothing - the # is not set up for voice mail and the call goes directly to this attempt to leave a vm, tried texting the #, sent follow up emails, still nothing.

Want let you give 0 stars. Brought my van in said I need a thermostat on a new motor but to hot so can't do it. Bought thermostat. Took to another dodge pouring antifreeze. Have called and talked to General Mgr several time for not a proper diagnosis. Hose clamps not on leaking into intake several problems. Thermostat not one of them!! I asked him if clamps not on hose how can you do a pressure test air gets in and pushed out. said he would ask mechanic and call me back 2.5 weeks ago, I have called several times but seems to not be able to take my call. I guess can't admit was misdiagnosis.Could have damaged my motor that 1st dodge in texas done a terrible job at doing. Was diagnosed WRONG I have the receipt from dodge that done everything and checked to make sure all was correct in very detailed record. I should receive a refund since they didn't look at anything, hose was visible if they looked at it. Would absolutely not recommend this place, go on down the road!!!!!

Gordon is a liar. He promised a tank of gas to me for bringing the title from my Jeep trade-in back to the dealership a week after I purchased a brand new ram 2500 Laramie for Nearly $80,000.
I rushed up there immediately and handed him the title and he said he’ll take care of me. Come back later.
After the fourth or fifth time that I came back for my tank of gas, he Said he did not have his fuel card with him and to (call) Before coming next time and told me I already got a tank of gas with my new truck, which I did not so evidently I got screwed out of two tanks of gas.
So I would not recommend anybody buying from this dealership.

Took my renegade in summer 2024 AC is blowing warm, the refrigerant is full & hearing a hissing sound from the dash when blower is on. They tested for leaks twice and found nothing. Wanted to charge me $180 to tell me i need an oil change and “there’s definitely something wrong with the AC we just don’t know what”

Not fun at all.Our only vehicle gave up the ghost and we needed a ride quickly.Saw a 2015 Jeep Patriot for $5,000.We were Attended by Grant and decided to purchase the Jeep with my excellent credit.My husband made Grant aware of the brake pedal touching the floorboard when applied.They haggled a bit,my husband wanting the brakes fixed immediately and Grant all for my husband performing the work and a check for $784.50 for the parts.We received a We Owe You paper,with the promise of the check when they were paid by the loan company.We receive our temporary title but no check.So begins the uncountable phonecalls,promises of Tuesday or Wednesday, more phone calls and finally visit.This time it is the owner,who tries to buy our loan and sell us a new GMC truck.Wewant our check,inevitably it will arrive by Friday.Friday mail come and no check.Now there is a clause on that we owe you paper that states you have thirty days to collect your check.We insisted we wanted the check today and were forced to drive forty five minutes away to collect it.Let us see if it clears.Reputation is everything,obviously not to this establishment.

Worst customer service (service department )I have ever dealt with. I had my car in twice in the last 2 months and both took roughly 2 weeks with zero communication from the service manager. Every time I called the service manager knew nothing and had to transfer me to the sales manager who was rude in every conversation.

The service department and the parts department were very efficient with locating the parts and fixing my vehicle. I will be coming back here in the future for this level of customer service that is hard to find.

Stopped at the service department because my service shifter light came on going down the road. Friday afternoon at almost 5 and they didn’t hesitate to fit me in and get me taken care of. Service and shop manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Okay…… I was not even intending to purchase a truck but the owner hooked me up with a solid deal. The only thing I would watch out for when purchasing a truck from this dealership or any dealership ,is making sure you’re getting all the features that the sale tag shows. For instance, mine showed that it had keyless entry on the tag, but turns out the door handle doesn’t offer the feature which I wish I knew prior to making the truck purchase so I could’ve had them fix that issue or add it before taking the truck home. I’m giving this dealership 5 stars for actual working out a deal for me and cause they actually were able to sell me. I’m hoping with good faith they will resolve my keyless entry issue I’m having. But other than that I haven’t had issues so far. It’s new owners they are still transitioning so I’m very understanding that things won’t be 100% in beginning. Hoping to hear from them soon on my keyless entry issue.
Love the truck though !

We were traveling from Indiana to the Easternshore of Maryland. We stopped to get fuel and within an hour, we had an engine light come on. We had the code checked and it indicated fuel filter. Thankfully, London CDJR was right next to the parts store. Meredith greeted my husband. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.They had an opening and took our truck right in and checked it out. Discussed it thoroughly w us. We were very confident that B would be able to repair what we needed. We were there less than 3 hours for the service we needed, confidence we needed to know we would get home, what to do immediately once we got there. Everyone we encountered were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were treated as if we were part of their community and not just folks passing through! Thank you for making a very stressful situation so smooth! 5 stars are not enough! B and Meredith....you are the best!!!!

AVOID this place. Unresponsive & very slow! They kept my vehicle 2 Full weeks and Didn’t fix ANY of the problems my Renegade was even brought in for. I just Donated $1824 to them for nothing. Not even sure if an oil change was completed as there is no service sticker. Supposedly they installed 4 shocks/struts but my vehicle is still making the Exact same clanking noises. They Said they fixed front fog light but it still doesn’t work. Didn’t fix my AC like I requested. Because it was going to be $800 additional. So without even asking me they Decided not to fix it. Service Manager LIES and NEVER calls to communicate. Very Expensive and does not honor their work. Would never use this Dealership again. Springfield, Columbus, or Xenia Jeep Dealership will be well worth the short Drive. This is a very Amateur Dealership. It reeks of inexperience. Save yourself a headache and Avoid London CDJR at all cost. WASTE of Money. Reaching out to small claims

Went in to get an oil change...( I had some previous problems that I needed checked out ) the service team was amazing!! ... the new service manager, Meredith was so helpful and so kind .... I absolutely will return for all my Jeep issues.... giving a shout out to Meredith and her team she is running ✋️ ❤️!!!! I was very happy with the work they did ❤️

I first started going to London CDJR to service my car and the service team was amazing. They all are so friendly, knowledgeable, and Meredith was amazing in helping me when I needed a new car. When I went to purchase a new car the whole sales team, finance team, the lady at the front desk were amazing. The smoothest purchase we have never experienced. My wife and I recently went to cdjr London to check out a 2017 gray Honda Accord that we saw posted online we figured it would be a good time because we received a raffle ticket in the mail stating that we won $5,000 so we decided to go check it out. Once we arrived we were met with the pushiest salespeople we had ever met. We Told our salesman Rico which car we would like to take a look at and he took down some information from us was allegedly for the raffle but really what he did was run my husband's credit. He came back telling us that the car we were there to look at was no longer available they had to get rid of it because it had transmission problems but that they had another Honda on the lot that was one year newer. We checked out the other car it was more money than we wanted to spend and had more miles but we like to keep our business local so we wound up purchasing the 2018 Honda only to drive by the dealership a couple days later to see the gray Honda that we had our hearts truly set on setting out front for sale we could not believe our eyes. We went back to the dealership to confront the salesman but we're told that he was only there for the raffle and he would not be returning so we then contacted the owner and we were given the runaround for over a week about setting up a meeting to try to make things right. To make things worse we have not even had the car two weeks and already the supplemental restraint light is on and has to be serviced. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership when it was owned by Ken ganley and thought that we would get good customer service being that we are returning customers but boy were we wrong we were basically extorted, we were not even given the chance to look at the car we truly wanted. Apparently the new owners of cdjr London are okay with ripping off and being completely dishonest to loyal customers I would hate to see how they treat other people just a warning I would not trust this dealership!!

5 stars really doesn’t seem enough. I bought a new Jeep here yesterday and Brian Conn and the manager Mitch were amazing! They made the process so smooth and fair. I was in and out signing paperwork. Before them, I was everywhere from Dublin, Dayton and Cincinnati looking. These individuals are top notch and the ladies there are also very nice. Thank you so much for everything!

Bought a used car and the entire process was fast and they worked with us without any issues, I also needed some tires put on my truck and an alignment which they were fast to get me in and get everything completed, would definitely recommend the sales department and the service department to anyone looking for a straight forward place to get a vehicle from or serviced.

My husband and I recently took our Jeep to London CDJR for an assessment and probable repairs. The first time we received our vehicle back, the skid plate was zip tied to the bottom of the vehicle and there was a leak. That was Strike #1!!
We ended up taking our vehicle back, then when we received it back the second time there were more leaks and several diagnostic errors.
We've been in contact with customer relations and management. we've received minimal messages or phone calls. We ended up taking our Jeep to Toyota West to be properly serviced.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with London CDJR, I expected more from this shop. They should take a few notes and management training from Toyota West.
We give 1 star only because their service associate, Abby, was pleasant to work with. Otherwise zero stars.

Try to make this short. We recently took our jeep into London cdjr for oil pressure sensor on Oct 24th went a couple days didn't hear anything so I reached out at that time they said they was working on a quote for the oil filter housing. A day later finally call with a quote tell them to go ahead also they recommend coolant flush I said ok get a call back saying it needs a radiator ok the work. Do the work dont hear anything so I call said they would call back and don't so decided to stop out there since wife had drill that weekend and needed her uniform. End up talking to them saying the was sorry dealership was going through changes and we understood and went on our way. This I'd now Friday November 1st. Get the car home notice the skid plate was zip tied up not in the right location and leaking coolant. Call and take it back the next morning.
Pick it up Tuesday November 5th wife drives it one day and on Friday November 8th it acts like it wants to die on its self. So I run the codes multiple misfire then narrow it down to cyclinder 2 also still leaking coolant. Call them tell them what's going on tell me to bring it in I said ok. Before I leave the house they call back to tell me there is going to be a diagnostic fee said I feel this is something that may have been caused by original repair can you wave the fee girl talks to her manager she calls back and they won't wave the fee. So because I have no trust now. I take it to another dealer with people I can trust.
Take it to Toyota west for them to look at it. They call me to tell me the radiator hose was short, and the upper and lower intake manifolds are cracked. Service adviser tryst to reach out to london someone finally calls him back he explains what it going on they said they would look into it a call back. Well they don't ever call back I tell Toyota to fix it so it is right they start working on it and they broke the lower intake manifold didn't clean any areas for new oil filter housing or on the block also coolant was setting where the oil filter housing sets.
We have reached out to multiple people and no one will contact us back or contacted Toyota back. So that was longer then expected but do not take your vehicle to #londoncdjr if you want quality workmanship and communication. It this is how they treat customers specially a customer in my wife that is a veteran. Pictures of there work and what they messed up

Worst service I ever had in my life. We got a flyer in the mail stating we were a winner of a contest. My wife called down to verify so we didn't waste our time and we were clearly told on the phone that we were the winner of $500... We got there and found out it was not a cash prize like they stated. They just tried to sell us a car. What we really won was one $5 scratch off ticket which sadly was a loser... I told the car salesman clearly do not run my credit. He had us sign a piece of paper and told us meaning my wife and I that we were signing a paper for the winning of the gift only and then they went ahead and ran our credit without our permission. When I called to State all this I was laughed at and told we're a car lot. Man. If you give us your signature, you're giving us permission to run your credit. We're trying to make sales here and then as he continued to laugh he said next time don't sign anything. I am reaching out to the better Business bureau Monday to report them and I will also be reaching out to the credit bureaus to get this removed. Long story short, if you go here, do not sign anything. Unless you're okay with them running your credit score without your permission. Personally, I think that is very unprofessional and very rude. When you're told not to run credit, you do not do it anyway

My mom went and looked at a crv they had and she lives on a budget. They worked with her on the crv and she was able to drive it off the lot a very happy customer!!! I want to give a big thanks to them they are great and really helpful. So if your lookin to buy a new or used car/ truck i would suggest gone and see them!!! Thank ya again!!!

I have had issues with my 2020 gladiator since June of 2023 . I purchased this vehicle from Ganley ! I took my vehicle to Ganley and they had my vehicle for 4 months and still never fixed it and even left parts off. I notified them immediately, I was given the run around for several months to no avail ! All of this was documented by emails !
Finally they quit responding to my emails . I then found out that they closed their business . After several months of no concrete solution I now see why they closed !
I finally got in contact with Brandon in the service department and he immediately scheduled my vehicle in . He introduced me to his supervisor Alysha and together they solved all my issues including but not limited to alignment, tail light alarm missing parts and looking into finding a missing lift box I didn’t receive.
Brandon and Alysha were very professional and transparent with what they may or may not be able to cover . I was very impressed with them and will continue to support their dealership

Paid 165 dollars for an alignment just for my vehicle to drive worse than it did before I brought it to them. I called them several times and got put on hold for 40 mins plus each time. I can't just show up any time because of my work schedule. I also found a pair of needle nose vise grips clamped to my outer tie rod a few days after. I do not own any matco tools so it definitely belonged to them. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy

The salesman during the big sale they had was good, but it took 4 hours to get a deal done and still having issues about getting a referral bonus for the past 3 weeks. Every time go on they either were on vacation or nobody there or somebody does not call you back. This will the last time I shop there

Be careful if you received this pull tab mailing from London CDJR. Everyone in my neighborhood who received this got matching symbols next the purple symbol which appears as if we all won free TV’s… even though they only say there’s 6 winners. If you read the fine print, you really most likely “won” $2 in lottery tickets as the odds are 39,990:40,000. If they need to mislead (borderline scam) you just to get you to walk through their doors, imagine how they’ll treat you when buying a car from them. Quite despicable business practices they have going on here…

Purchasing my vehicle from Ken Ganley was a great experience! Oliver was a great salesman. Took the truck in for its first oil change and tire rotation and it took 2 hours. In what world is it okay to take 2 hours to simply change oil and rotate tires. Will never waste my time with them again.

In December of 2020 I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from the former Ken Ganley dealership. With only 15,000 miles on the car and a year left on my warranty, I scheduled with Ganley's service department to have many issues addressed. My timing was poor as Ganley was in the process of being sold; making the timeliness of correcting my vehicle's issues seemingly unimportant to the exiting business. During the transition, and a lot of broken promises later, I still had none of my issues resolved. Every excuse was on repeat. Supply issues, personnel problems, etc. For 5 months my vehicle sat at the Ganley dealership...waiting, without so much as a single phone call to update me on the (lack of) progress.

Fast forward to the new owner, London CDJR and their new Service Manager Diane. With an honesty and a fervor about her, Diane proceeded to knock-out all of my vehicle's problems; including an onerous issue plaguing my convertible top. With the proper communication and scheduling (paperwork, parts, personnel, etc.), Diane was able to correct nearly all of my issues
IN A SINGLE DAY. She was also the blessing that changed my opinion on Jeep products, leading to the purchase of a Grand Wagoneer.

During the ownership transition I was fortunate to meet the new owner and the new General Manager. Both were exceedingly professional and a pleasure to befriend. Their passion for the direction of the new dealership was as evident as Diane's. Because of their collective reassurance, my trust is renewed. Loyalty to follow.

Stopped in over a year ago looking for a decently priced used vehicle. The salesman and finance guy really take well to sounding like robotic salesman! Very unwilling to work with people. They try to keep you there thinking it’s going to sway your decision. I told the salesman I was leaving and he just continued on, “ where you going to go? You’re here let’s make this work”. “How far off am I from the payment you had in mind”. I finally got up and said you’re 40 miles off and I’m going home. I ended up buying a vehicle from a dealer in Columbus that same day and the buying experience was very laid back. On a serious note though. Make sure you do your research before going to this place. Know what you’re in the market for and have an idea on payment, terms, interest rate. Don’t fall victim to their manipulative sales schemes!

I factory ordered a 2024 Wrangler in July 2023 and took delivery in February 2024. Although there were issues along the way, London CDJR has so far taken care of me well; I'd be happy to recommend them. My experience in short below:

London CDJR Experience - This dealership is an example of how a car buying experience aught to be. They were able to commit to no "typical" dealer stuff (nitrogen tires, undercoating, tint, floor mats, etc) on factory order, which I can't say about other Columbus dealerships. I paid for tax, title, loan origination, and a doc fee. Finance talked about extended warranties, I declined, and that was it. When signing, I was in and out in 2 hours. I can't speak for trying to haggle, but when paying Factory Wholesale Pricing minus two FCA incentives, everything was butter smooth.

Brian Conn, my salesperson - He has been incredibly helpful from day one. He is knowledgable and personable without any hint of sales pressure; he seems to be a very honest guy. He's worked with me to fix more than one issue post-purchase, which as far as I am concerned, is above and beyond compared to Brian's peers in the industry at large. If I buy another FCA product it will be from Brian.

Management, Evan and Brian - I was owed $1000 back from a refundable deposit with the previous owners (Ken Ganley Auto Group). It took a couple weeks and a few trips to the dealership but I eventually got this money back as they promised. I could see someone getting pretty frustrated with this wait but I do appreciate Brian reaching out to the old owners and Evan coordinating schedules to get me the check. I would have preferred if this deposit was rolled into my down payment, but I don't expect this to be an issue with future customers. Overall I think they handled it well for not knowing all the information at the get-go.

Dropped my truck (2020) off for a tailgate recall. Picked it up and the battery was dead. Asked the guy in the office for a jump box and he acted like it was the most difficult thing in the world to accomplish. Truck started up just fine after a jump, but when it did, now the engine light is on... How can a truck come in for a tailgate recall and be sent out with the check engine light one?

I purchased a Dodge Journey from Ken Ganley in January. The entire experience from start to finish was relatively quick and easy. The vehicle was posted on their website and I inquired about it through email. Drew responded quickly and a day and time was set, however upon arrival he was tied up in another sell so I was handed off to Brian. Easy going, easy to work with, had absolutely no issues. The vehicle was there and ready for me when I arrived. The price of the vehicle at the time of my inquiry was still guaranteed and given. My one and only complaint is I specifically asked to not be ran through different banks as the previous dealer resulted in 7 hard inquiries on my credit! I specifically requested my bank...turned out the rate was higher so to get me a lower monthly payment as needed they ran me through another bank, which I wasn't aware until signing. Not cool. Then sometime later I discovered yet another hard inquiry on my report from where they ran me through a third bank. A little more integrity would have went a long ways here. I understand they were wanting to make a sell, but you could have just said your banks rates are too high but we can try this other bank if you would like. I've worked very very hard on my credit the last SEVERAL years, I feel my concerns in that area should have been more validated. Other than that, coincidentally the check engine light came on right at the 90 day mark, but it was an easy fix. I'm very happy with my new vehicle and I feel I got a fair price but do feel I should have received more for my trade in. All in all, I do recommend.

Leasing my first vehicle from them was easy! They were so friendly and accommodating. Trying to lease my next vehicle has been painful. I am still waiting on the sales manager to return my call and I have to keep reaching out to the salesman to get a response. There’s no longer that eagerness to sell a car. Service department has been great though!

This is a great dealership. Only place I will buy a new car from. They also have a very great service department. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Whether it has been from taking my truck in for oil changes or factory recalls. They've dealt with any issue that I've had right away. Also who can beat a free car wash after an oil change.

We were looking for a 2023 Jeep Gladiator Mojave. My boyfriend wanted a specific color and package that was at another dealer. Sales Associate Brian Conn and the Sales Manager Sam tried to find him the same vehicle. They tried to help us more than we had asked. Unfortunately, that particular Jeep was only available way out of the area with another dealer that refused to let it go. We still haven't found the one my boyfriend wants but we are very grateful to Brian and Sam for trying. Even if we can not find the "one" through KG London, we will be buying from KG and Brian in the future when we need another vehicle. I felt zero pressure or dishonesty. They are so easy to deal with and really want the customer to find and get what they want.

Ram truck lease was nearing 2 1/2 years of 3 year lease. End of lease purchase payments were to high for me. Looked to lease again but no inventory around. Saw an ad to preorder a lease at Ken Ganley Cjdr in London with $600 off. Visited them, ordered exactly what I wanted. Here’s best part: I was expecting 30-60 days to delivery. Ordered-12 days later truck was on production-8 days later delivered to the dealer and me! Total 20 days! Plus other rebates and incentives.
