Trail City 4x4

Place is joke. Customer service is very poor. Told me I was wrong on the way my axle is supposed to sit on my jeep. (They gave it back to me and axle was sitting crooked) argued with me on the phone. Ended up taking to another shop to get my alignment and they got it squared away for me. Been hung up on multiple times since, trying to call to talk to owner about a refund and to show proof of how bad the alignment was. I wouldn’t take my bicycle there.

You want a honest place to go this is it Chris and the crew are great they will give a price before and call if they find more wrong. They are honest and quality of work is great.

Straight and honest people and the customer service was awesome. You don't see that very much these days.. They helped me out pretty fast and explained things in detail. I will definitely be going here in the future for any of my off road needs. Thank you guys for the work.

Chris and his team are awesome! They have worked on my Jeep twice now and they will be my first call if I need anything else repaired/fixed in the future. They were friendly, helpful, quick and charged fair prices. Highly recommend.

I had a new lift kit installed on my 98 Dodge ram 1500. Chris was very knowledgeable about what I needed and Jeremy is a great mechanic. My truck has never driven better.

Good experience. Seemed to make my installs efficiently and took care to box or package old parts and hardware as I had requested. Satisfied with the work performed on my 2023 Wrangler.

Called and requested a quote on some wheels. Lady who answered the phone sounded inconvenienced by me calling. She stated she would call me back within a few minutes with the quote I requested. Ongoing several weeks now and haven’t heard anything. Take your business elsewhere, where they actually value you.

Upon first encounter with Trail City they seemed pretty knowledgeable and decent, that’s where it ends. After they get ya hooked you realize prices are high, they sell a lot of China made junk without giving American made alternatives. I would’ve bought tires there but the main owner said most all tires and wheels are made in china and essentially sorry bout your luck. So I went else where for wheels and tires to find American made. Too top that all off I took my Jeep out for the first decent off roading experience with it and it broke and left me stuck due to negligence on their part, which the owner wanted to blame on me and say no other customers had issues with his lift jobs and he had done way more 4 wheelin than me and that he should know. All’s it comes down too is sometimes the customer might be right, and if a small business can’t go out of their way to be patriotic than who will. I won’t recommend
this place to any buddies because the owner is a bit arrogant and all knowing! He can feel free to call me anytime to further discuss, number is in the system but he doesn’t seem like the type to rectify his/their wrong doing! Once more it’s a small detail but when they replaced the rear shocks the couldn’t even use matching bolts. A reputable place might’ve payed attention to that small detail.

Jeep Gladiator steering issue and alignment problem. Excellent diagnosis, recommended repair exceeded expectations . Prices for tires and labor are reasonable.

Have had Trail City install rain guards on the side windows of each of my vehicles since 2005. They always do a good job, plus, they are friendly and efficient.
They also switch out my studded snow tires for regular tires in April.

Chris and Becky have been awesome to work with. After I personally installed my own lift kit, I started having the jeep death wobble. Chris was quick to help and diagnose what was wrong. He took the time to show me and educate me which was super awesome as I am a noob to wranglers. Several times they fit me in without an appointment to look at things. Because of their awesome customer service, I will take my Jeep there from now on for any issues and upgrades. I purchased new rims and tires there and they look AWESOME! You couldn't find a cheaper price online for what I purchased, they beat it by a long shot. If you have a Wrangler and want to upgrade anything, work with TC first! Great group of friendly folks who know what they are doing and don't price gouge you!

The whole staff is awesome. The owner, Chris, is a really good guy. He is knowledgeable, fair, and honest. They do great work! I am happy to make the hour long drive, going past several other shops, to have the crew at Trail City work on my Ram 2500.

I have been to trail city several of times, but this time was not good at all. Wednesday the 17th I scheduled an appointment for my exhaust system to be installed and I talked to Becky and she said I could come in Tuesday the 23rd. So I took my truck in at 8am then I went to school I called around 1:00pm to see if my truck was going to be done around 2:00 because that’s when I was able to pick it up. I called Trail City and talked to Becky and she asked my name and phone number and I gave it to her. Keep this in mind I called them a couple of times since the day I scheduled my appointment. But Becky told me to wait a few minutes, 7 minutes later Chris got on the phone with me and said that I was not on the schedule today and they did not have my name or phone number in their system. I talked to them like three times since Wednesday the 17th leading up to the 23rd, and when I get there I’m not on the schedule. Chris did apologize but it is very odd that I was not on the schedule after talking to them 3 times since my appointment was made. I drove 25 minutes to mount vernon at 8am for nothing.

Chris- Becky and Jeremy know their stuff when it comes to any truck. I had a great experience yesterday in my 2011 Ram, had me done in and out super fast and very professional.

I was told by competitor that it couldn’t be done, well Trail City came out above and beyond and proved them wrong.

I will be back for all my truck needs - I refuse to go anywhere else. I also live a hour and a half away and it’s worth the drive.

I've used them on a couple occasions and they always have done well. Went today for advise on new tires and wheels for my jeep. Nice guys.

I had a vision in my head of what I wanted my truck to look like...Chris and his crew nailed it!!! Deciding lift, tires, stance etc etc is a nerve wracking experience but we talked about options over the phone and I’ll be honest it’s like having a new truck again...Thanks fellas!!

Poor service and priced way out of reason. Highly disappointed. I called a couple different times a few weeks ago for parts and they made it seem like I was bothering them by asking questions. Also, the outrageous pricing left me shocked. I decided to drive over an hour to another store to buy my rims and a lift kit. I live 12 minutes from this "store" and won't be back. Don't waste your time with this place.

Very helpful and patient. I wasn't sure what I needed for my vehicle and they found it for me, ordered it, and set me an appointment according to my schedule with no problems whatsoever. Also very reasonable prices and friendly staff. Great place.

I had a leveling kit done here on my brand new Tundra. 5 months later I noticed my front tires with 15k miles on them we're balding on the outside so the camber wasn't set right. When I called, they said they only guarantee the alignment for 3 months. Now I'm stuck with bad tires and need to get alignment done........

Guys were awesome no joke new exactly the idea I had and helped me achieve it!!!!!! Friendly and to the point. Prices are great and work time awesome!!!!! Gonna be my one stop shop for everything. *3.5 inch zone lift with shocks and upper control a arms* installed

Small group of folks who are passionate about trucks. Good work at reasonable prices. They are a must see when thinking of lifting or customizing your truck in any way.

Bought a tonneau cover and talked about a lift kit and rims/tires with the front desk guy. Very knowledgeable and friendly; will definitely be going back soon for everything else.

Had Trail City put on 20" rims and a 2" in lift to my Excursion. They had to add a wheel spacer. Price is very reasonable and the service was great. I highly recommend you spend the money and send it to the professionals.
