My parents meet Roger at Denver Home show in March. They wasn't sure to choose him to build our 10 x 22 patio cover on the side of the house with tiles roof to match the house roof. Rodger and his team were fantastic! They were prompt and professional when they were working. Our pergola is built to perfection and the care they took while doing the project was better than other companies we’ve worked with on other projects in the past. We have a little one and they made sure to clean up everyday when they were done so we didn’t have any injuries on loose nails or splinters of wood.

Our experience with Roger and his team at LNK Decks was AMAZING!!! We had both our main deck and our upper deck (off the master bedroom) completely replaced and even enlarged with a new composite deck - and they are beautiful!! We are so pleased with them!! Roger's communication was consistent (which means a lot to my husband), and his outstanding team showed up every single day, and even worked into the late afternoon, as well as the weekend at certain points in the process. The guys were great - super hard-working! It was a small but mighty team, tearing down the old deck in a day, and getting busy with the new one right away! They even finished it earlier than expected - just a little over 2 weeks!! We had received quotes from several different companies, and the timeline was much greater (as was the price, in many cases), but Roger's team arrived and got to work! A couple of things we really appreciated was that we didn't have to live with a dumpster in our driveway during the process - Roger brought a trailer that they loaded up and then took with them when it was full. The other thing for which we were grateful was that we changed our mind on exactly what we wanted SEVERAL times, and Roger just made it all happen, and with a smile! We wouldn't hesitate hiring LNK Decks again to come out and do any work we need completed. And, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for any project you might need done! If it was possible to give him more than 5 stars, we would!

We are extremely happy with the professionalism of the installation of our new TREX deck and FORTRESS railing. The team from LNK Decks provided an outstanding job of removing our old wood deck and rebuilding it in a timely manner. I was delighted with their efficiency and attention to detail! Roger and his crew did an amazing job on our basement. There were a few communication snafus but other than that we are very pleased with the outcome and reasonability of his pricing. I would most definitely recommend Roger for all home renovations.

LNK built our patio cover and they were awesome! They worked hard and fast but had excellent attention to detail. They also walked us through the permitting process which can be really annoying in Denver. Great communication, great value. We are super happy!

The contractors I met, before LNK, all said I did not need a building permit because my deck was off a ranch home. I was concerned because when I checked with the building dept of Aurora they said a large deck such as mine at 400 sq ft even if only 2 ft off the ground would need a permit. Roger was the only contractor who said we should get a permit for my 20' x 20' deck with a 10' x 20' pergola. The other contractors all said I would need 6 posts to hold up the pergola but Roger was able to avoid the middle posts by using 2 large 20' glulam beams. My deck and pergola came out beautifully and exactly how I envisioned. Roger's crew, Juan, Irwin and Soilo, worked incredibly hard putting in 10 plus hour days to finish the project in just 7 days. They picked up all the construction debris daily and left my yard immaculate. LNK was professional, experienced and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Roger!
