Jason and Tyler are very hard workers! They were delayed in starting our project because of weather, but it was worth the wait. They re-roofed our entire house and garage and replaced four skylights. When removing the old shingles they discovered some issues with portions of the plywood sheathing. They replaced those areas efficiently. They cleaned up the yard and made sure the roof was "weathered in" before leaving each day. As Jason says "I want to treat your home as if it were my own" - and they did just that.
Honest, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. My husband John and I will definitely keep L&M Construction in mind for future projects.

Jason and Tyler just finished the roof on my house and did an incredible job. Their attention to detail is amazing, my yard was left neat and clean with all scraps picked up. I would not hesitate to hire them for another project again, their communication and craftsmanship is excellent!

L & M Construction has done multiple projects for us some big some smaller but all important. Jason and his crew attacked the jobs with high energy and a good plan to complete the work quickly and to a high standard.
His can do attitude always cast a positive light on each job ranging from roofing to flooring to salvage work after this summers floods. The personable Vermont style service makes us comfortable in recommending L & M and look forward to using them again in the future.
