Randy and Brittany were great communicators and a Joy to work with. Randy and his crew not only power washed the house, he lined our crawlspace, addressed the outside drainage problem, treated the mold in the crawlspace, and even installed a toilet for us! They landscaped around our house with river rock and it turned out beautiful! ( Don't question Randy about how much rock is needed...he knows what he's doing ). We appreciated all the recommendations and referrals for local businesses as well!! Moving here from NC, we feel Blessed that we found L&L Premier Washing!

L&L did a beautiful job transforming my house from its state of peeling, faded paint, orange stained brick and algae. It was a mess! The washing returned our brick to its original color and left our roof, gutters, and everything nice and clean! They also painted the whole exterior and did a phenomenal job. We are very happy with their work and really appreciated how they went above and beyond to help us improve our home. Randy and Brittany were great to work with as they communicated very well every step of the way and we could tell they really cared about the quality of their work.
