Very positive experience . Having lived in Winchester, Va for over 23 years , I must say, we’ve had many horrific experiences with the local “workmanship”. Unreliable, unskilled and a general refusal to back up their poor quality work. This was NOT the case with Living Wells chimney. Professional, quality work and a crew that worked very well together. I got an inspection scheduled immediately. The inspectors at Living Wells Chimney were friendly and thorough. They took photos and went through all my different options for repairing my two flues and getting new liners. I have a much more in depth understanding of what this project will entail.

I called 5 or 6 chimney company’s on a Saturday morning for an emergency cleaning and the only company to return my call in general and within a couple hours was Living Wells! I was able to quickly get on their schedule, received a confirmation email with details of the appointment, and Angel & Randy arrived promptly on time between the hours I was scheduled for. They were kind, professional, cleanly, and knowledgeable. They really took the time to make sure my husband and I understood their findings and left us with a plan to discuss the issues at hand and how to resolve them. We felt they were honest with fair pricing. We would recommend using their services!

We found Living Wells Chimney Service responsive, professional and willing to provide information we needed to proceed with our chimney repair. The technicians were very careful in our home and did all they could to protect our home and furnishings, as well as explain all aspects of the repair. Gave us a 15% discount without asking, provided a simple yet efficient summary of the work to be conducted up front, a write-up of our chimney inspection results, and took the time to make sure I understood them. Wore masks to meet with me even though we were outdoors. Prices are good! Will definitely be calling them back in 2 years for our next inspection.

I was greatly appreciative of the professionalism and thoroughness that Living wells chimney services provided today. They wore masks and laid down drop cloths to keep house clean. They also took pictures of our chimney’s were there were some safety concerns. They were honest and explained everything so I could understand in layman’s term. I highly recommend this company.
