Living Structures Construction LLC

This is the third job we've had done by Living Structures because they do such an excellent job for a reasonable price. They are detail-oriented, diligent, prompt, fun and easy to work with and consistently produce excellent results. They have excellent communication skills; they explain options clearly and really listen to our preferences. We will absolutely continue to work with Living Structures for all our future home repair projects.

Casey was very thorough in doing an estimation of reconstructing a front and back deck of our house in Pukalani. He was very efficient in returning my calls/text sin responding to my needs. His work was very neat and well managed. His crew worked efficiently, and were very nice to the neighbors. They also made sure that the construction area was cleaned! Great contractor with quality work. We had a very large project remodeling an entire house. Casey and his crew worked very fast and efficiently to get the job done in 4 months. Casey and his crew did a fantastic job at my home in Paia. I did a full yard/lanai renovation and they did deck building, custom fences, masonry supervision, installation of steel spiral staircase, as well as structural repair where it was needed. Hard workers and quality work. I highly recommend them.
