I have been working with Daniel and TJ for 2 big commercial roofs now and have had great experiences. The process has been smooth and Daniel has been very communicative each time and throughout the project until the end.

We needed to replace our roof prior to listing our home for sale. We got multiple bids and TJ worked really hard to win our business going back and forth quite a bit to ensure we had all the information to make an informed decision. While it’s fun when things go exactly as planned I believe that integrity shows up when everything doesn’t go perfectly smoothly and that was the case here. There was a slight miscommunication between us and the roofing team but when we reached out they stepped up and made things right. Overall I would definitely recommend them and I am glad I chose them. The roof looks amazing and we are very happy.

The roof install process was super quick. Took two days. No more leaky roof. The cost of the roof was reasonable compared to other quotes that I got from other companies. The only thing I would say is the communication on the project could have been a little better and keeping updated on things. Other than that, I highly recommend this company for your next roof replacement.

My house painting project is complete! I’m very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Pearl Painters! Here’s what I liked:
* They used a fungicide and low pressure water to clean the surface and remove mold without destroying things.
*They replaced missing and failed caulking (instead of just going over the sketchy cracked stuff).
* They listened to my desire to stretch my paint to closer to the 10-12 year mark, and willingly let me upgrade the quality of paint. After all, $225 for an extra 2-4 years is absolutely worth it!
* They left everything clean as promised.
* There was no sign of damaging overspray.
* They did an outstanding job of communicating the status of the project.
* They took care in working with the weather so the paint would apply and dry properly.

Our house had two small roof leaks that a different company blamed on the chimney, which they then replaced, badly. We also had poorly placed gutters that overflowed and needed to be fully rehung/replaced. The roof leaks were still there after the chimney replacement (plus our gas fireplace suddenly stopped working) so we got a second opinion from Living Hope and they recommended a roof replacement, also redoing our gutters, and coordinated with their masonry contact to check our chimney, which was confirmed needing to be fully redone a second time due to such a poor job by the previous company. The overall job was slightly delayed due to rain but we were impressed by the timeline, quality of work, and communication by all the employees. Now we have absolutely no roof leaks, gutters are no longer overflowing even in heavy rain, our chimney works perfectly (after an expensive clean due to the first company having horrible demolition practices), and I’m happy to recommend Living Hope to anyone needing a new roof or similar work done.

Great quality roof replacement at a fair price! We are sharing our great experience with our neighbors and other great contractors we have had work on our house. When you have lived in a house for 20 years it is time for some maintenance. With the cost of housing these days we are looking to protect our investment.

I like these guys. The company is small enough that the owner-operators are not jaded. They listen to and act on concerns. They did not treat me as though I didn't know what I was talking about because I am a woman. I had some special requests--putting plastic down in the attic so I didn't have to clean up the mess after a total tear-off. They did it and came back to remove it a few days later. They checked my vent connections because I was worried that they might come loose with all the shaking and pounding during the installation. The crew did a good job, I think. I would recommend them to anybody needing work on their roof.

Highly recommend Living Hope Roofing! My roof started leaking after the Christmas weekend inclement weather. After giving them a call, Daniel was out within two days for an inspection. I was sent a reasonably priced quote within a few hours. After agreeing to the quote, TJ and Caesar were working on the roof that same week. I had a tricky leaky, but TJ and his crew were able to solve the issue. I asked a lot of questions during the repair, and TJ was happy to walk me through everything. Communication was top notch, they were punctual, and clean. They were invested in fixing my roof and checked in periodically to make sure the job was done correctly. I'll be calling them again when I need a new roof!

Great team - got my 1k square foot roof job done in about 5 hours. Very thorough and informative crew.

We got to work with TJ and the team; and it was a great experience. They were quick and provided quality work. They even helped patch some roof rot, which was unexpected but they took care of it! We had a new, partial roof installed and some gutters installed on an out building. They also installed new flashing and vents. Highly recommend Living Hope for your roofing project. They weren’t the lowest bid we received for our fairly significant work (full multiple layer tear off) but they were pretty close. More importantly to us, TJ and Daniel were super responsive and helpful - explaining everything in plain language, quick to answer questions, transparent about price and potential overruns (there ended up being none), and able to schedule us very quickly. The crew was super efficient, professional, did a good job cleaning up, and the roof looks great.

I am extremely pleased with the results of a recent replacement that we had them do. Once we completed all of our bids, their’s came out the best with what was being offered. During the waiting period, Ethan and team kept us apprised of the time frame on when our project would start. The project manager began to call to provide us with a timeline of dates on when the would happen. Once the project started the replacement team replaced our roof in two days, during each day they constantly cleaned up after themselves ensuring no materials were left on the grounds. When the project was completed, the PM provided a visual report of the roof for us to review along with a follow up report for our records. He also solicited for feedback on how they could improve on the process, which is impressive. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience and would recommend them.
