We’ve had such a great experience with Lively! They did our roof, installed a new structural beam for our first floor, and now we’re having them come out to do our kitchen floors and install a vent! Can’t recommend them enough! Josh and Lindsey are very sweet and great to work with!

Josh, you were fantastic from beginning to end. You were responsive when I had questions, your advice on choosing the style and quality level of the shingles was on point, you did everything you said you would, the crew was fantastic, and the job was done right, as scheduled and for the price quoted. The roof looks GREAT! I couldn't be more pleased! The bathroom and kitchen are next....

I had Lively builders put a new roof on my house as well as enclose my front porch. Not only was the quote I was given spot on and the most affordable around, by a long shot, they even finished both jobs on time after running into some unexpected hiccups. Very professional and high quality work. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again for some more projects I have in mind.

Lively Builders was amazing. We had roof damage due to a fallen tree, and they came out the next day to create a plan. They were fast, reliable, friendly, and efficient. We ended up adding new gutters to the house, and they are worth every penny. 5 out of 5. 100% recommend. Will use them again.

Lively builders is excellent. I used them this past year to have a new roof put on and updated windows i will never go to anybody but them. They were on time responsive and helpful answering any and all questions i had no matter the time of day

Highly recommended!! 3 Story slate roof, did whole house, 2 porches and 3 car garage in one day. removed slate, laid down plywood and installed shingles. Clean up was remarkable. Would def hire again!!

Known Josh for many years. We decided we wanted a rather large patio put in & had them come check it out. Josh had the honesty anyone could look for in a business. The job appeared to be more than what they were used to & he told us so. Thanked us for thinking of the company. Haven't had any work done....but would still recommend.
