I had extensive old termite damage and dry rot to the mudsill of an old balloon framed house. Many contractors were scared to take on this job and we were getting desperate to find someone who could fit us in before winter snow storms. Lithic had some availability between jobs and helped me out. Mike Jerrell and his team were professional, quick, and also very calming to what was a nerve-wrecking situation for a homeowner. They did a fantastic job replacing the deteriorated structural parts of my house. The final invoice also came under their estimated fee. HIGHLY recommend Lithic Construction and especially Mike Jarrell.

Haven't had any construction done (yet ) but someone from the company just helped me load something heavy into my car at Lowe's in Ruckersville. I didn't ask for help, he just showed up and offered with a smile and kindness. I will definitely remember him and call here first for an estimate if I ever need work done!
