Lionstar Roofing and Exteriors

Very happy with the end result of my project. We had storm damage and insurance approved a new roof and siding. Josh and Sean were rock stars every step of the way. They made dealing with insurance seamless and were exceptionally helpful along the way. I CAN NOT over state how incredible their customer service was. That's not to say the work itself didn't have some "hiccups" along the way and, full transparency, we did have issues that required fixing certain pieces of siding and fascia, but I understand that things happen and when it came down to it, it was clear that their only concern was getting the job done right and they made sure that was the end result. End of the day, I absolutley love how things turned out. Well done.

My experience with Troy w/ Lionstar is "deliverance" and i'm not talking about the movie! If he says he's gonna get something approved, he absolutely does that! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I didn’t know what to expect when they first knocked my door, but I am glad that Lionstar showed me and my insurance company that we had significant hail damage, my new roof was covered and the crew did an excellent job cleaning up the yard when they were all done, thanks Lionstar and my estimator Troy!

He was definitely my advocate for the entirety of the project and making sure everything ran smoothly despite lots of speed bumps with State Farm. I’m so grateful for that. I can truly say that in all my years Ive never worked with a group of people that have even come close to the high quality type of people Im blessed to work with everday at LionStar Roofing and exteriors. Josh worked with us and the insurance company to get reimbursement for a new roof. Even after the project was finished he was with us every step of the way. Customer service at its finest! The team tore off and replaced a 40 square roof in only 2 days.

I didn't know I had hail damage to my roof. Josh came over & flew a drone to photograph all the damage from a storm last September. He filed the claim, met the adjuster & was able to get a new roof approved with my insurance company. The crew came out after a rain delay and got the job done. The clean-up crew did an awesome job of getting the nails & debris out of the yard. Communication with Josh, Sean & Troy was great. Between emails, texts and stops by the house, it couldn't have been better! Would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service. Josh really made everything so easy working with our insurance, answering our questions, and pick out the singles that'd best fit our house and budget. Everything looks great and they finished so quickly. Will definitely be recommending to our neighbors.

Took a chance on a newer company that had no reviews but good BBB rating. Talked a good game, with we’ll get you a new roof no problem. I got a guy that all he does is talks to insurance companies. I told them right away a previous claim had been made on roof. They said it was ok and wouldn’t be a problem. The “guy” they have that works with insurance companies turns around and basically tells me it’s my fault insurance company won’t pay and should have gotten full coverage and new roof off of first claim.
