Leo and his crew came to our cabin and installed a French drain and sump pump in the furnished basement. They also reinforced the foundation and crawlspace and installed an auxiliary drain outside to run water away from the house. They were very fast, efficient, thorough, and fair. Very nice guys. Would highly recommend.

Lionel and his crew did more work than originally quoted but the price did not change. Who does that? I highly recommend Lionel and his crew they did several different drainage jobs here at my property. Altogether about three weeks worth of work and I couldn’t be more pleased. all work was done in a timely manner, crew showed up exactly when they said they would and it exactly what they promised. The cleanup after the jobs were completed was amazing.(Could hardly tell they were on the property afterwards) Most definitely a five star company.

Lionel just finished waterproofing our basement. I am very impressed! Our basement has been leaking for years and I am so happy to see the work that he has done. His pricing was definitely fair and his work is top-notch. We are actually purchasing a rental property in the fall and the basement leaks. I will be using him again!

After finding surface mold in my attic Lionel Waterproofing made quick work of getting the roof decking cleaned and looking brand new again. He worked diligently with another team of contractors to get all the work completed in a timely manner. Thank you for your hard work!

Lionel Water Proofing is an honest, amazing, business. Leo and his team did a beautiful job in water proofing my basement in Versailles, KY. Leo is respectful of his customers and their homes. His work site is clean, organized, and well kept. He and his workers cleaned up very nicely after the work was completed. Leo is fair, responsible, and has an exceptional work ethic. I wholeheartedly recommend Lionel Water Proofing!
