We enjoy working with Lion Roofing & Gutters! They make our jobs a lot easier! Their communication is excellent and have learned a lot working with this amazing company! Overall very content with everyone in the company!!!

After a recent hailstorm, my cousin asked for a recommendation. Having used Lion before, I recommended Lion Roofing & Gutters. They came out and provided a thorough review of my cousins roof and gutter system. Thank god she doesn’t have hail, but based on their expertise, I could confidently say my cousin would have moved forward with them!!

Very happy with the prompness of your team. Justin first put a rubber patch ( thank God cause it rained hard that weekend). Following Monday project was finished by your two kind gentlemen who finished the patching job and selected shingles that almost matched its surroundings. Thank you again for your professionalism .

I have never gotten to say this before about a roofing company - but Lion Roofing and Gutters are fabulous! Damage from a year-old hailstorm and a large corporate insurance company - I was sure the claim was gonna have issues - but Ted and the whole team over at Lion were very transparent in their pricing, were incredibly well-versed in the local building codes, talented and speedy with estimate updates AND the install itself, and the insurance claim went smoothly as a result! They were also pleasant and upstanding in navigating some (very) minor issues encountered during the work - which was refreshing. The new roof looks great, is warrantied (at no additional cost), and was not only transparently covered by insurance, but even received a discount on insurance going forward. 5 stars.

The Lion Roofing representatives were very professional and prompt. They made a small repair to my roof without any problem. I would not hesitate to use them again.

He came back the next day to tarp the roof to avoid further damage until the work would be completed. Their crew showed up on time and the foreman went over the job with me before they started. Honest review with the good and the bad.

A couple of years ago I had Lion Roofing come out to replace the underlayment on my tile roof. I was gone during the installation on a business trip. When I arrived home the roof was partially covered with snow so I couldn't tell if everything was alright, but I assumed it was. After the snow melted I got up on the roof and discovered that although it was structurally sound, the roofers were sloppy. Very sloppy. Vents that were not aligned when screwed back in, using mismatched color tiles on the back of the roof where you could not see it from the front, poor quality (i.e. thin) tiles in spots, and paper was hanging out from various locations around the house. It looked like an amateur repaired the roof. Suffice it to say I was not happy.

I called Lion Roofing back and shared my displeasure. Kudos to them for coming out and spending an entire day making it right for me. Because they made it right, and now understood my expectations as a customer, I decided to use them again. The second time around they replaced the remaining underlayment that was not done the first time. They did an excellent job and made sure things were cleaned up at the end.

Here I am about 6 months later and one of the tiles on my roof cracked after it was hit by a golf ball. I asked them to come out to see how much it would be to replace. I was told they can no longer do any jobs that are under $600 as it's not profitable for the company. From a business perspective, I kind of understand this. From a customer perspective, I was disappointed.

Conclusion? First, I believe Lion Roofing would do a good job on your roof but they need to be monitored throughout the job. Second, I'm left with the impression after they have their money they won't be coming out again for minor patches should you need one. I'm now in the process of trying to find a roofing company that is willing to come out for a small job; replacing a tile or two.

When the work was completed it ended up satisfactory; Not perfect, but it’s functional. We were told the metal roof would take a week to install - it took almost 5 months. Multiple managers left Lion on our project and we would be in a communication void for weeks. Then, a crew would just show up for a day or two and leave with no communication.

* Tools and scrap metal were left on the roof and property for the entirety of the project. Multiple items were blown off the roof causing a safety concern for our family.
* A crew member removed a vent cap and stuck a rag down the b-vent for weeks. This ruined our hvac system which Lion had to replace.
* the project was supposed to be done prior to winter, but with the long project duration the decking and underlayment were exposed to the winter. Multiple times I had to tarp my own roof for the big storms.

It became clear that Lion went too aggressive in their bid and our home became the project that no one wanted to finish. We didn’t go through insurance so paying for a whole roof out of pocket only to watch a company not care enough to follow their word was the hardest part. I’m glad it’s done but, due to the absolute nightmare this project was, I won’t be using any Lion services again.

We had an excellent experience with Lion. They found replacement clay roof tiles to match our 25 year old roof. Amazing work by Justin and the team! I'd recommend using them for sure.

Lion roofing & gutters are amazing. They explain and educate. I felt they are truly there to help you and they’re honest that I had no damage. Highly recommend!

Justin came to help me with my roof in Ft Collins. He did a great job with the repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t try to push upgrades or unnecessary fixes. I’ll definitely call Justin the next time my roof or gutters need attention!

When we replaced our gutters Ted came out and gave us a very thorough estimate and explained everything in detail. The installation had a few hiccups but they were promptly fixed and we were left with a very nice job! Would use again without hesitation.

We had Lion Roofing out to our new home. Our inspector, Justin Regner, did an amazing inspection. He was crystal clear on the areas that were ok and the areas he recommended for improvement. All of this was backed up with pictures and explanations of why the issues were occurring. Would recommend contacting Lion for your Colorado roofing needs.

I wholeheartedly recommend Lion Roofing & Gutters as they did a phenomenal job installing new gutters on our mountain property. The installation was done in April when there still plenty of snow on the ground, which was impressive by itself, and the job was done very quickly and professionally and they even matched our paint color. Kudos on a job very well done.

Lion iinstalled ny gutters. Workers were friendly, the gutters were installed a few months ago and are working. They did not leave a mess when they finnished, and they were able to make some slight changes once work started. I recommend them.

We hired Lion Roofing to repair our gutters and install gutter guards on the back, high side of our house. Justin came out quickly to give us a quote and 3 days later the job is done! The price was fair and the work was excellent. Very happy.

I recently met with Justin to install new gutter extensions on 6 of my downspouts. The communication and service were excellent. He had creative solutions to our downspouts that were not in ideal locations. I thought I’d have to paint them after but they offer many color choices and sure enough, one matched the color I needed. All done within a week at a reasonable price. I plan to meet with him to rework the gutters at our rental property as well!

Added new gutter arms when French drains became unusable . Matt f chef color as close and as possible and made sure I was happy with the angle of drainage

We had several companies bid the job to install gutters on our home. and barn, Lion was the best price and we were very satisfied with their quality and workmanship. We recommend that you call them .

We used Lion Roofing to replace our roof after our area got hit with many hail storms in spring 2023. Our neighbor had recommended Lion several times for various projects and was happy. Lion did a good job on the roof, but we ended up with a leaky gutter. We believe they had to hire additional contractors during that time and the team that did our gutters was not top notch. The end of the gutter is just over our where our trash cans sit and it still leaks to this day. It was hard to identify since Denver area does not get a lot of rain. We noticed it most after snow and ice in the gutter melts.

Lion roofing and gutters installed gutter guards on our house and garage. What a convenience not having to clean our gutters every year. I would highly recommend this service. Lion did a great job!!!

Great to work with! They took care of a lot of the communication with the insurance company, stayed in communication and got everything figured out.

Replaced roof and gutters on house and detached garage. They also replaced facia boards and soffit wood on the garage. They added metal to the front of the house since the facia boards there were extremely weathered. Work was done quickly and coordinated so that the repairs could all be done with the roof and gutter work. Ricardo was very responsive to any special requests or specific questions I had.

Although we didn’t move forward with roofing due to difference in insurance coverage and high out of pocket, I will definitely call them for any roofing needs in the future.

We had a long section of gutter replaced so that I could reach the downspout to unclog it. They did a great job on most of it, and were able to pitch the long section from the center down toward both ends. The only problem was the last section wasn't completely finished, but when I called to report this, someone came out and finished it to my satisfaction. So, sometimes things happen, but they made it right. No complaints.

Ted did a great job walking me through my roofing inspection on a new construction home. Debris was left in my gutters from construction of which he cleaned and resolved core concerns of water pooling in areas of gutters not pitched correctly. Scott R. and team did a nice job with my gutter project. They helped re-route some downspouts, increased gutter size, and downspout size to handle more water flow. They had some equipment issues early in the project that didn't allow them to finish on Day 1, but they quickly communicated with me and set a reasonable expectation on when they'd come back to wrap-up. Overall happy with the outcome and working with Lion.

Ted is our representative working with us right now and he's phenomenal!! He tries to keep us in the loop about everything going on which is important to us since we work long hours! We did have some poor communication when he went out of town and a coworker of his took over.... but it was taken care of. We're currently still waiting on other work to be done but everything else they have completed looks phenomenal!!! Would recommend for sure!!!

Marcus provided us with an estimate and said Lion could complete the work by the following Tuesday which was key due to other projects going on after that day. Marcus delivered and had people on the job Tuesday and were able to complete the work that day. Matthew (gutter) and Dustin (roofing) were very professional and courteous and work diligently to complete the work on time and in a workmanlike manner. We highly recommend Lion roofing and gutter of Fort Collins as well as Marcus, Matthew, Dustin.

I had Ricardo come out to look at an issue I had with a soffit. He did a thorough check and found that my roof had hail damage, I had a leak above that soffit and that my gutters were drastically under sized and i did not have enough down spouts. They helped me with the insurance process and were able to help me get double from my insurance company and force them to pay for code upgrades.

They sent out a fantastic crew that completed the roof in one day and the best part is they spent time to clean up any mess they left, I was worried about nails being left behind, but that was not something I worried about after they spent 2 hours cleaning up from the side of my house all the way into the street.

Then they sent out a great crew to take care of the gutters. They look fantastic.

Then they sent out a specialist to fix the soffit.

The whole process was great. They addressed any concerns I had with in a day or faster.

I now have no worries about the roof and gutters from the next 20 years of my home.

Dustin at lion Roofing and gutters did an excellent job of getting several house improvements done quickly and efficiently. He was on top of it at all times checking to see if the work was being done and efficiently. He made himself available for any questions and was pleasant to work with.

Ted was very professional explain the benefits and did everything. He said he was going to do. I was especially appreciative of him going the extra mile for me considering I had hired another company before that did nothing that they promised and Ted Bertrand made sure they did everything that was promised. Very very good service I highly recommend them.

The gutters were cleaned and guards put in very professionally. The workers were tidy and cleaned up nicely after the work was done. It was a fine job and we are pleased. Dustin was easy to work with and very attentive to details.

I live in New Mexico so had to tell Ted want I wanted over the phone. He sent me pictures with the modifications drawn in so it was absolutely clear what needed to be changed.

New gutter and downspout estimate and installation were completed in a timely and professional manner. We were also alerted to the marginal condition of our roof, which we will address in the near future.

Mario and team fixed an age-old drainage issue by rerouting gutter downspouts. I had a question an about a leaky area and they were out the next day. Turns out leaves were the culprit, but they took care of the problem for me. Amazing! Next stop will be leaf guards, and I know they will do a great job!

I had a great experience working with Ted Bertrand after a massive hail storm. The whole neighborhood was pounded with 1 inch hail and alas, I was stuck in a waiting period while materials were backordered. Ted was very communicative, easy to work with and made me feel appreciated as a customer and as a human. He really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable going through the process. I had previously had a really negative experience with another company (Aspen) and was really nervous going back into another roofing project. Ted really went the extra mile to quell my anxiety and meet my needs. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and highly recommend this company.

Quick shout out to Lion Roofing and Gutters….. Drake came over yesterday provide a fast FRIENDLY and very professional quote and THEN had a crew at our house within 90 minutes to fix our skylight. We woke up to rain this morning but NO leaking!!!! I NEVER pull the trigger on a repair project unless I have 2 quotes minimum - but I trusted Drake and am so glad I did. We recently had our roof and gutters replaced with Lion Roofing and Gutters. Marcus talked us through the whole process and offered great comparable selections when our shingle choice was out of stock. They were easy and transparent to work with and their company took care of almost everything insurance related. We were scheduled quickly, once materials arrived, and the whole project was done in a single day! I would definitely recommend them.

I am impressed with a young man named Marcus. He kept up with all work. He came over and inspected what needed to be done. Kept me updated on the progress of supplies and labor. I appreciate his hard work and determination. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Update: Lion has really turned over a new leaf. After seeing my review they offered to come make it right. Justin came out and looked over all of the roof and checked attic. He offered to fix a few leftover problems and send out a guy to repair the damaged drywall. Every one did a great job, it's raining right now but not inside my house. I am so grateful for Justin and their new team. I think they deserve a second chance since they have worked hard to fix themselves hence the new stars. Thanks Lion!

I kept the original review to be honest with what I experienced however those employees are all gone.
This company left my roof half-finished for a week because they didn't purchase enough shingles. In that week we got a heavy down pour, and my attic was wet. Next, they put the skylight on, and it was not centered over the opening, and I had to ask them repetitively to fix it. They don't reconnect your vents, so that's on you to do, but then they make it impossible. I asked them to fix it multiple times, but they did nothing and then gave me attitude and did a hack job to "fix" it. But don't take my word here is what other roofers have said. "Yeah that’s a crap job. I’ll stick up for my fellow roofers but that’s poor workmanship." "That's a shoddy cobbled mess. I guess they figured you wouldn't check it?" "That’s also the wrong kind of vent. That’s for air ventilation. There needs to be a direct seal. My brand new roof is leaking.... please heed my warning
