Completion date: 03-14-2024....Full roof tear off & install in 2 days with Certainteed Northgate Class 4 shingles. From the moment I met Luis, I knew without a doubt that he was going to be my final estimate. He took his time and never rushed me with my questions, had the shingles samples all laid out and explained to me the differences between them. He not only come out to give you an estimate, but he is side by side with his professional crew from the start to the projection completion. The precision and quality of materials combined far exceeded my expectations, even the cleanliness after everything was completed. I was so impressed that I referred a friend of mine to Luis who required a 3 day roof project. My friend shared the same first impression experience with Luis and will be having his roof replaced by Lion Roofing starting tomorrow 3-19-2024. My bathroom exhaust was improperly vented an the vent for the HVAC was improperly anchored. Luis knew immediately how to correct these problems. He was efficient and professional and was within his estimate. I will use him again and recommend him to my neighbors and relatives.

We just had our roof done. It was a four month process to get a settlement with Certainteed for shingles that had early degranulation from 2005. Luis was an incredible support with years of experience he knew which company was likely to have done the original roof based on location, and since he is well connected in the industry it really helped in getting all the information needed for the settlement application. Charged a reasonable rate for the roof and for removing the sample shingle and was always available and responsive to any questions.
