John at Lincoln Roofing was a pleasure to work with on discussing my needs. Once it was decided to do a full replacement, including plywood, his material arrived promptly. As far as the material, based on his recommendations, we decided to go with the highest quality shingles, edges, underlayment and the like. The roof was stripped, replaced all boards, and shingles attached in one day, which was the agreed upon time frame. Clean-up was efficient and quick, with John on-site to go over all the goings-on. I highly recommend Lincoln Roofing & Remodeling for what ever project you may be considering.

We had our bathrooms completely gutted and remodeled. From start to finish our experience was nothing less than exceptional! John Zervas was amazing helping us with every detail and I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone more meticulous in his skill and attention to detail. His crew was very professional and respectful of our home. The best part is knowing that John fully stands behind his work and is always available whenever necessary. I would not consider anyone else for any future projects.

John and his team did an excellent job working on our house. We had tree damage and the experience was made much easier because of John. John, the owner, is extremely professional, pleasant and is a great communicator! He explained everything that was being down and even took pictures of the repairs for me of the two vents. To cap it off, his prices are extremely reasonable and beat my other two estimates by a good amount. Would highly suggest doing business with Lincoln Roofing. A++
