Just had a very large flat rubber roof replaced by LINC. They did a great job communicating, showed up when agreed, and did a fantastic job. Provided a bunch of pictures at completion. Would 100% recommend.

LINC replaced our porch roofing and gutters. We're very happy with the work they did. The new roof looks great, they worked quickly and efficiently, they were communicative throughout the process. When it rained for the first time and we noticed some water pooling in the gutters, they came out the same day and adjusted the angle so that everything works properly. Really excellent work and customer service.

Excellent experience all the way around with LINC Roofing. I experienced water damage even prior to the large windstorm that hit Pittsburgh and was told by many companies they were 'booking 8 to 16 weeks out' which is not helpful at all. LINC were able to squeeze me in only a few days after I called. The storm hit before the came, and had to push me by a day given all the other people who were in far worse shape. The communication was excellent and very proactive. When they came to do the original repairs planned, they discovered additional damage from the storm that I hadn't even noticed, and fixed it for a nominal fee. Excellent service all the way around. After the recent wind storm, I noticed some shingles on the grass that blew off my roof. When I looked up at the roof, an air vent cover was blown up, resulting in a foot wide hole. I was very worried as rain is expected every day for the next week which would seep through the hole right into my home. I called LINC yesterday around 8PM and a roofer showed up this morning around 9AM. He fixed the vent cover within minutes and for a very reasonable price. I can't thank this company enough for giving me peace of mind especially during a very busy time for them after a storm.

They are organized and professional — I receive a detailed report with photos before the work starts, and another one with after-photos when it's completed. Highly recommended!

When I saw the work LINC had done on my neighbors home, I reached out to Dean to look at the skylight windows in our home. He came on time, thoroughly reviewed our windows, was totally honest about what needed to be replaced and offered reasonable pricing. Our skylight windows had to be specialty ordered from another country and LINC handled it all. Prior to the order, Catherine sent us a detailed, online proposal with a break down of costs and payment schedule. Throughout the process, I received just the right amount of texts and emails with status updates and I never had to initiate anything. Once the window arrived, I received an automatic appointment update with explanation. On the day of installation, Dean arrived early and his crew was right on time. Dean explained what was going to happen throughout the day and the expected time range. The members of his crew were all personable and took excellent care to insure everything was properly covered and protected while they were working. Not only was the work excellent, you could tell they each enjoyed and took pride in their work.

Contacted LINC contracting for a quote, had the quote within 48 hours! Called, booked and they were on my roof within a week! Fantastic job on the roof and cleaning of the surrounding area. Talked with the owner who was on site, which is always an awesome scene! They were fair priced, great warranty, and they were pleasant to work with.

LINC Roofing did an incredible job with our new roof. The owner was the first to arrive, before the scheduled start time, and walked me thru what would happen and answered any questions. The crew were fast and courteous. Stripping the old off, replacing the bad and putting on the new. All in one day. I swear the entire property looks better after their clean up!

LINC Roofing was able to come out and quickly diagnose a roof leak that left other contractors confused due to their knowledge of the community and products used on the initial build that caused the same issue for other units. I would not consider this company. I asked for an estimated 10 days ago. The initial appointment was canceled and rescheduled by the company. A roofer went out 2 days later and after 10 days I haven't received an estimate. I text the company, 'sorry if I'm bothering you but where is the estimate from 10 days ago'?
The reply was, 'please resend you're email '.

I chose them to complete a siding project on my Mother’s home. I am thrilled with the end result and so is my Mother. Believe me that is not an easy task. LINC Roofing came out for me and took care of two roofs for me in the same day! I was thrilled with their performance, professionalism, and pricing. I had made several calls to several different roofing contractors and honestly half of them never called me back. Of the half that called me back only about half of them showed up to write a quote and only about half of them actually provided a quote. This was not the experience I had with LINC. They answered the phone for me, showed up promptly and began work immediately.

I had probably about a dozen estimates for my roof and chose Linc out of all of them. I felt Dean would be the best fit for my roof. It's rare an owner comes out for the estimate and also stays on site throughout the job. He is really knowledgeable, and his crew was all professional. I also had them silicone line my box gutters, fix a couple drop tubes in the gutters, 2 gutters and install vents on my roof for my dryer/bathroom. They paid attention to the details and only did what was necessary. Catherine brought me shingle samples when I was trying to pick out the color and was easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend

Wow .. Probably the best Contractor I’ve ever had. Reasonably priced .. On time and the Crew worked from sunup till sundown. Had them replace our Soffit and facia gutters and downspouts Cleaned up each day and the work was outstanding … Dean and his Wife Catherine were so professional. You cant find a better Contractor .. don’t hesitate to give them a call

Relined my box gutters beautifully, leveled and repaired the sagging wood, fixed up the under wood rot, and also had them shingle and fix up my back porch roof. Did everything the estimate required and did the work in a timely manner. Extremely polite and friendly workers who left the area cleaner than it was before they started. Not afraid to fix up box gutters, other guys wanted to rip them out and replace with regular gutters. I will be using them again in the future.

Dean and his crew repaired and resealed our box gutters at a very reasonable price. He was honest & didn't try to get us to completely rebuild them. Dean has also done some minor slate roof repair and installed roof vents for our bathroom exhaust fan. Linc Roofing is fairly priced, quick to respond, and doesn't try to talk you into more than you need done. We'll continue to use them for all of our roofing needs.

Dean and his crew are top knotch roofers at an affordable price. I connected with them because I was looking for GACO certified installer for a flat roof. They were quick on the estimate and very reasonably priced. We saved a lot of money by getting our flat roof coated instead of replaced. We have used them on several shingle roofs now as well. The job is done quickly and professionally. I recommend LINC ROOFING to everyone.

I used LINC Roofing to side my home and replace gutters. After talking with and getting quotes from 8 contractors I decided that LINC was the best choice for our needs. Dean and Catherine were very punctual, professional, knowledgeable in their field. They answered my phone calls quickly and communicated great. The siding and gutters they installed look awesome, were installed in just a few days, but had quality I expect from a larger company. Pricing was more then fair and the work was quality I was happy with.

In addition, I ended up having a roof leak that was pouring water into my bedroom, I called LINC and they came out immediately, in the rain, and helped me fix the issue.

Any other roofing, siding, or gutter needs I won't even shop around in the future. I'll go straight to calling Dean ans Catherine for the work. I promise you will not be disappointed.
