Mike has been incredibly helpful and accommodating in the work I’ve requested of him. Because of his honesty I was actually able to save myself a huge job and a ton of money. He went out of his way to write my insurance company a letter explaining that the work was unnecessary. It is wonderful to know I will not be taken advantage of and I will definitely go to Mike for any of my roofing needs in the future.

Mike exemplifies all those qualities too sadly in short supply today --genuine professionalism, honesty, conscientiousness, and pride in a job well done. I first hired Mike to clean my gutters. After previously hired people to do this who did slipshod work and only partially cleared the gutters, unbeknownst to Mike, I snuck out to watch him work and was impressed with how diligently he was cleaning each small section. This gave me the confidence to hire him to prune some tree branches and to take down 3 dead trees in my backyard. Not only was his estimate more reasonable than any I had previously received, but his "can do" attitude was refreshing after I had been told by several tree companies that the fence around my yard and the hills in the backyard made taking the trees down both complicated and expensive. Mike got the trees down in record time and cleaned up and took away all the wood and debris. I was so pleased with his work that I've had no qualms about recommending him to friends and neighbors, one of whom has already had him complete a job for her and was equally pleased with his work. I am extremely thankful that I now have someone so trustworthy and skilled to call whenever I am in need of handyman services and can rest assured that I will be completely satisfied upon completion of the project. 100 thumbs up!!!

If you're looking for quality work at a reasonable price, look no further The first time I used Michael, he gave me what seemed like a reasonable estimate for the work to be done. On completion, he said the work turned out to be easier than he had anticipated and dropped the charges by 50%.
On a subsequent visit, I said some extensive work to be done. On seeing the problem, he suggested an alternative solution that would be far less expensice. The work required two trips to the house, and I would estimate that he saved me more than $1200.

The man does great work, he is absolutely responsive to your needs, and I would recommend him without reservation!

Firstly, Mike was awesome! He replaced all of the rail caps on my 550 sq ft deck as well as a number of the boards that had rotted. He called me within hours of contacting him via his website and came out that day to do the quote. His price was very reasonable, his work was very high quality, he communicated frequently during the process, he kept the work area clean and now the deck is solid and the project is done faster, better and cheaper than I imagined. Using him is a no brainer and I’ve already asked him to come back for another job. Great find. Just don’t book him up so much that I can’t book him for the next job.

I called On Demand Handyman and even though it seemed like it was a little beneath their skillset they quoted a fair price and banged it out for me the same week.
