Hi there! I had this service done a few weeks ago at my home. To say the least it was very subpar. I was fine with the service even though it was minimum. A few weeks later I am on a tik tik social app and I notice a video of one of the employees here, harassing a girl in the comments of her videos. It is a curly dark blonde haired, taller thin guy with glasses. Genuinely will not be returning service and telling all over socials not to support this place. A shame !

We recently had Spotless Chimney out to restore our chimney and install a pellet stove, and we could not be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, this company was professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable.

The team that came out was prompt, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work. They walked us through each step of the process and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. The chimney restoration came out beautifully, and the new pellet stove was installed flawlessly—everything looks and works better than we ever expected

What really set this experience apart, though, was the kindness and patience the team showed when our young kids came home mid-job. Not only did they take the time to greet them, but they also answered every curious little question our kids had without hesitation. It meant so much to us as parents to see workers who not only do great work, but who are also friendly and warm with children.

I contacted them last week Friday for a quote on my chimney top not looking right. They came out to inspect on the same day and
started working on taking the whole chimney down and rebuilt with new bricks on Tuesday of the next week. They work through a heat wave and finished the job by Thursday of the same week. They cleaned up everything to what it look like before they arrived. Cannot praise them enough for the quality work.

Spotless Chimney submitted a very fair price to rebuild my church’s chimney, replace the interior flue etc- they quoted 4 days to complete the job and completed the job in 4 days. They started work immediately after a down payment - their crew was polite, answered my questions and cleaned up the area after construction without an issue.

They did a great job and I’m usually reluctant to use the wort great.

Unless your chimney is brand new, don’t schedule a cleaning. They will look for any and every reason to say your entire chimney needs to be replaced. Any small wear and tear will fail the inspection and they won’t clean your chimney. What they will do is make you cry, tell you you need major repairs and quote you $45,000 even though all you wanted was your chimney cleaned! Please please save yourself the stress and 3-4 hours of scare tactics and lengthy sales pitch.

Bevin and his team did an amazing job changing the lining in our chimney and rebuilding a new chimney. It was far from the easiest job but they worked together very efficiently for an entire day and a half and the results are beautiful. They were courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

The technician, Andy, was knowledgeable and very personable. He provided us with a detailed report with photos and recommendations on options for us to consider. No hard sell. The whole experience was excellent and well worth the $225 inspection fee. Highly recommend Spotless Chimney.

I contacted Spotless Chimney wanting a gas fireplace cleaning and annual service. They explained the service came with an inspection which I happily accepted. Unfortunately, the inspection deemed my fireplace (<10 years old and serviced annually by another company) unfit to service because my chimney showed signs of wear via their inside camera. Their solution: an $8500 replacement system. On the positive side they sent a very professional, credible rep out. On the negative, my home in Glastonbury is kept up meticulously and I walked away from the experience feeling taken advantage of, at best. I paid over $200 to get an $8500 quote, no cleaning (not even the insert itself- had nothing to do with the chimney). Essentially throwing away the money with zero service to show for it. I do feel this was a scam.

Abdur was friendly and professional and is an incredible asset to his company. I would recommend him unreservedly. Our exterior chimney work looks great and his diligence to all facets of the job were remarkable.

Excellent experience with customer support. Front office was very supportive with scheduling, billing and providing photos of crowns, flashing and shoulders on my chimneys. Technician Andy came to house and expertly utilized drone for all inspections. Very impressive! He explained everything very well. From moment #1 with this company, we have been completely impressed. The first representative from the company we encountered, a young man named Andrew, provided us with confidence that this was a good group. We had hired Spotless to clean our chimeny and as part of that undertaking, they first do an inspection with a camera. That survey revealed significant cracks in our chimeny so bad that the camera got stuck outside of the flue!! Andrew was calm and cool and shared his findings with us - not great news but delivered candidly so at least we knew what the deal was. We then met with Tom to review a quote on replacing all four flues as the one that was compromised would likely knock out the others too. He assured us that the work would take about three days. Once we gave them the go-ahead, Joe and his crew arrived on scene and knocked it out of the park with quite the project. They needed to take our chimney off and completely rebuild it and then line it with four new flues. Joe and friends were able to mirror pretty much what we had and made sure our fireplaces were buttoned up tightly by resetting some loose brick, too. They layed drop cloths and really tried to get the work done as fast as possible. Joe is a young person and takes pride in his work. So grateful that he shared with us details on what he found and what he was doing. Very happy with the professionalism of the employees at Spotless Chimney!

Abdur and his team were absolutely phenomenal! He explained every step of the repair and kept me updated on their progress several times a day. On the day of completion of the project, they paid special attention to the final cleanup and leaving the property as they found it (better, actually).

Finally, before departing, Abdur gave me an estimated timeframe for a final visit to install the new chimney cap (on order), waterproof the structure and acid wash the new firebox and the blue stone hearth.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had from professionals. Steven was a complete liar and used fear tactics to manipulate us into spending over 15,000 dollars. Steven told us that we were actively leaking CO and needed immediate remediation. I had just bought the house 4 weeks prior to this….I wish I had read the reviews prior because it seems as if this has happened quite often to customers. Through a combination of shoddy workmanship, smoke coming back in the house multiple times and incorrectly installed heat shielding. Failed inspection twice by town. They never checked the wood stove properly with the first fire and unfortunately when we did our first fire smoke came back into the house. Never received a manual to my wood stove. It was not only promised by Mark, the town inspector also reiterated to Mark that it is a MUST. To this day still no manual and that was over two months ago since this started. Fire department out twice to assess due to the smoke coming back in. Lied to from management on multiple things. Techs came to my house 11 times because so many things were not done correctly. It was a complete nightmare. Had to miss 11 days of work because of incompetency and negligence. Mark and Tom “managers” were completely useless. Gracie also refused to give the owners name. We were completely disgusted by this company. We spent 15,000 on something we probably didn’t need and are fearful of even using it. There are more topics to discuss but too much to write. DO NOT use this company. GO elsewhere!!!!

I just had my Chimney redone today from the roof up along with a new liner. The Chimney was damaged & not up to code. The Spotless Chimney Crew showed up bright & early prepared for a long day ahead.
With Hunter as their Lead Man the disassembly began. The Crew was Very Efficient & Professional during their 10 hours of work! I was Amazed everything was disassembled & built to code within one day!

I spoke with Tommy, what a great guy. He helped in emergency our chimney liner was destroyed and they rebuilt the whole chimney in a day. I thought it was going to take weeks. I also financed!! I was approved and the monthly payment fit my budget.

We are extremely pleased with the finished product. Mr. Mason arrived at 9:00 with his crew. They worked non-stop until 9:00 PM, a full 12 hours. They rebuilt our chimney, made repairs to the chimney wall, installed stainless steel sleeves and connected venting to our furnace. All staff were very neat and polite. Mr. Mason, in particular was extremely pleasant and informative. Overall excellent staff and experience. We strongly recommend Spotless Chimney.

Abder came with his team to fix a leak in that allowed heat protectant lining to come out. They identified the problem and were able to fix it. At first, our experience with spotless chimney was positive. To give credit where credit is due, I must say they have a couple really great techs working for them. Specifically Andrew and Thomas. We initially had a wood burning fireplace insert installed along with a stainless steel chimney liner. The insert they had installed was the napoleon s20i. Upon first installation, the door on the unit was never aligned properly. Their techs came out numerous times to try and adjust/align it. The adjustments would last a week or so and then the door would sag and not retain its alignment position. It was a constant monitoring job, checking to make sure the door gasket completely sealed around the unit for safety etc. At that time, we also had a full rebuild of the chimney done. We continued dealing with the door issues on the insert. After a month or two of them communicating with napoleon, we were finally sent a replacement. The exact same model napoleon s20i. When it was replaced, I was able to oversee the removal process. The top of the unit was covered in broken brick and debris due to the rebuild of the exterior of our chimney. After the new unit was installed, things seemingly were fine. We had burned 2 or 3 small fires in it and the door started shifting doing the exact same thing. The most upsetting part about the whole process was the attitude of the office staff and how a manufacturer defect was suddenly our problem. I had one technician flat out tell me they received so many complaints with this unit that they switched their supplier to regency. This time around, I have done all the leg work reaching out to napoleon and opening a second claim. I have an email chain from Christina @ Napoleon stating they have authorized a full removal of the unit as well as a full credit. I specifically remember a time where spotless chimney had a “ quality control “ person tell my mom that it would be acceptable to crack the door and continue burning open with a full firebox of wood. I would like to make it abundantly clear that not only did we read the operators manual but I have a moisture meter for every split of wood that enters that unit as well as 2 separate temperature gauges one on the unit and a handheld infrared one. They conveniently tried pawning off the blame onto me saying that it was operator error. This is a manufacturer defect, period. I will provide as many videos and photos as needed. We have been dealing with this for years and lost another season of heating with this insert. Everytime we call, we are met with an attitude and no returned call. They have taken advantage of our kindness and patience.

The guys from Spotless Chimney did a incredible job taking down and rebuilding my field stone chimney on my roof. Prepared their work area, covered everything, told me step by step of what they were doing and what was next. Finish the job on time, cleaned everything up and were on their way. New chimney looks great! Entire crew was excellent, and Joe was a great project manager. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a chimney rebuilt and ask for Joe to lead the project!

Overpriced and dishonest. $300 for an inspection. Some young boy with a drone showed up who I can guarantee you has no idea how to work on a chimney drops a quote on us for $50k. The wood stove part itself was quoted at +$5k but I could order the same exact one online with free delivery for $1,500.

If you like wasting your money hire them!
