We talked to several different roofing companies, took multiple quotes. I found that I just felt comfortable with Lighthouse. Their pricing was as good and reasonable as you could expect from this day and age. I say that only because you never want to spend the kind of money it costs for a roof these days. But if I had to buy another one tomorrow I would be calling Luke from lighthouse group

House and Garage roof striped down and replaced. Excellent Job I would highly recommend!I had received 4 different quotes for my roof, I chose Lighthouse Roofing because of the way Luke communicated during the quote process. He spent the time to answer all my question and concerns. I also had a fair amount of rotted facia boards and old vents on the roof. I wanted to have everything repaired that was damaged. Luke took note of everything I had issues with. The dumpster and materials arrived on Thursday. Friday morning Luke and his team arrived it was extremely hot and it didn’t faze any of the workers at all. His team worked diligently. All were polite, courteous, and professional. The perimeter of the house was covered with tarps before they began ripping off the roof. The team worked on multiple tasks at the same time, some started the new roof while others repaired all the damaged facia boards, trim and added new plywood where needed. They replaced our old vents; one large roofing vent we had for the kitchen as well as two roofing vents we had for bathroom fans. The next day, another hot one I might add, they arrived to finish the roof. They did and excellent job of cleaning up the yard and taking time to get any nails that weren’t caught on the tarps. Luke took care of everything for beginning to end: quotes, materials, permits, it also came with roof and shingle guarantees. The roof looks amazing! Looks like I’ll have to paint the house…..

He also hooked me up with a plumber who is actually coming over this afternoon to help me take care of some issues for my 4 point inspection. I asked Davey if I could hire him to do the 4 pt inspection , and he said absolutely, and to just call him after I finish taking care of the things he pointed out that need attention; they weren't even on my radar... I've been focusing on other things that won't even play a part in passing my inspection. I don't even have the words to describe how much weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

Lucas was great to work with right from the start. We compiled several quotes,; many from more recognizable local companies. We initially had concerns because of how long Lighhouse has been conducting business in comparison to the more recognizable local companies. Don’t let this be a concern. Being more recognizable shouldn’t be an excuse for charging way more for the same product. Using Lighthouse was as easy an experienced as could be expected. Highly recommend them.

This guy is extremely dishonest. Do not trust him. He came by to inspect my roof for an insurance situation and was very nice and told me there were a couple of minor things that I should look at in the future but that roof was in great shape and agreed to write the letter. A whole week went by with many attempts made to contact him because I did not receive the letter. He waited till the last minute on Friday to finally answer my attempts to call him and then refused to do the letter! The deadline for the insurance company was the next day. Do not use this guy I wouldn't trust him and he doesn't seem experienced at all.

The job that I had done was a new roof on my house and garage in St. Augustine, Florida. There was no visible damage or problems with the existing roof, but it was just old enough that I thought a new roof would improve its appeal to buyers as we intend to sell the house.
I began my roofer search long distance, (I don't reside in St. Augustine) using Google, reading reviews, etc.
I had talked with several roofing companies before I spoke with Lucas at Lighthouse Roofing. It was the conversation with Lucas that convinced me to choose Lighthouse Roofing.
From the first phone call, Lucas was knowledgeable, helpful, and never used any hard sell tactics. He gave advice on shingle types, always a choice of pricing such as good, better, and best and the shingle website was easy to use with color photos of every shingle selection.
I was present onsite from the beginning of the job until the it was done. The Lighthouse Roofing crew were there early in the morning and worked continuously until almost dusk. They finished the job the next morning and meticulously cleaned up all debris.
During the entire process, Lucas visited multiple times to meet with his crew and he always checked with me to see if I had any concerns, etc.
He took the time to show me sample pieces of the old existing roof plywood when the job required replacement of some plywood panels.
All work was done to my satisfaction, on time, and for a fair price.
I highly recommend Lucas and Lighthouse Roofing to anyone in the St. Augustine area who needs roofing work.

The “Turn Key” experience on our beachside property re-shingle project gave us peace of mind. A Storm was tracked coming our way in less than 72 hours away and LH Roofing saved the day. Luke Bond(Owner) was very knowledgeable and was easy to work with and he personally came out to evaluate workers throughout the project. Lighthouse Roofing used a very impressive reverse flashing with a redundant flashing that will make our Widow’s Walk roofing 8x8 Post dried in for years to come.
