I could not be happier with having chosen Pete and Lifetime Exteriors to do the plethora of projects at my house this summer (2 new exterior doors, cascading stairs, new covered deck, renovated garage with new covered patio area, and new siding all around). Pete's communication was always on point, clear, quick, and genuine. I didn't feel like I was in a sales pitch early on. The bid turnaround and tweaks to it were fast and easy to work through. The work crews got so much done so quickly. Everything done is very high quality. Any concerns I had along the way were always addressed. I will absolutely work with them again for future projects. Long overdue review for Pete and Lifetime Exteriors. We just had our siding done by Lifetime and couldn't be any happier. Pete and his crew were absolutely awesome! They completed our project in a timely manner, came back out promptly to touch up some areas, and the craftmanship was great!

I have worked with lifetime on 2 separate properties. We had siding done on one property. On our other property we replaced the roof. Othe experiences were great. I highly recommend them, and we plan to use them on a few more upcoming projects!

We just finished a residing project with Lifetime Exteriors and wanted to share our experience. We wanted to use James Hardie siding so we only got estimates for the job from companies that were certified on the James Hardie website. Michael (project manager) did a great job from the start to the finish of the job. He explained everything that they would be doing from removal of the old siding to replacing with the new. The one thing I liked about Michael was that he never talked bad about the other companies that were bidding on the job, he only talked about what they could do and how they would get it done. He estimated the job to last about a week and was right on the money with the estimate. When the crew showed up the first day I knew that this was going to be a good experience. They were on time, very polite and professional. Each member of the team knew what he should be doing and got right to work. If anyone is thinking of using Lifetime for a job you may want to see if Jesse, Noe, Noe and Caleb are available because I would highly recommend these guys when siding a house. Thank again Lifetime for a great job.

Lifetime exteriors was the best thing we have done with upgrading our exterior of our home. We now have had it about 5 years and it still looks brand new, The quality of their work is the best. The crew who did the work was informative and knew what they were doing. Was able to answer all our questions. The clean up work was the best I have seen for having work done on our home. From the beginning meeting Steve and going through the pricing and picking the type of exterior product we wanted was seamless. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a look for the exterior or any other work they do. We still after these years get people stop and give compliments on our exterior. Lifetime Exteriors replaced siding and trim, and repaired some dry rot on three townhomes that I own. They were respectful to my tenants, the jobsite was always clean, and the work was top notch. I would highly recommend Lifetime exteriors weather your job is large or small, you won't be disappointed with the quality of the work and their professionalism, all the way from the office staff, to the estimators, to the craftsmen that perform the work!

Bottom line, this was a very positive experience. While no one wish's for a major home repair, our experience with Lifetime Exterior from the quote to the final clean up day was hassle free. They weren't the cheapest quote, but we've seen the work and experience others had getting follow up from the cheapest guys. LE Team was very detailed, thorough, responsive to questions, on time, and best of all the work was done right. Our objective was a fair price, and the work done right. The Team we had delivered.

I received 4-5 bids for exterior work and settled on Lifetime Exteriors. It was an excellent decision on my part. Full new siding, windows throughout, gutters , framed in upper gable window and paint. Everyone at this place was courteous, professional, and answered my questions with patience. I felt they were always looking for for my best interest. The crew who did the actual work were great. They were on time-very friendly and professional. The painters-Those guys were super nice and did a great job! I will look them up for other paint needs as they arise.

I had all the trim, siding, gutters & downspouts replaced on my 1921 bungalow house. The took great care to protect window, plantings, and my yard when executing their work.

I've worked with Lifetime Exteriors on several different projects over the past 5 years. They communicate the scope of work and timeline very efficiently. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years and am still impressed with Lifetime's work and their professionalism every time we start a new project. They also stand behind their work, if something isn't right they will not stop until the customer is happy!

Robert and I had Lifetime Exteriors replace one exterior dormer wall and also do some finish trim around our log home. The crew was great from start to finish. I found them online, sent an email for a quote, was called back that afternoon and was met within 2 days for a walk around quote. They provided a scheduled time for our project; but since our project was smaller than usual, they were able to fit our project in between bigger ones without compromising customer appointment dates.

Lifetime Exteriors just completed a siding replacement and painting project on our Portland house we purchased last year. Jake Giste supervised the project. Jake and the crew did a great job and we are very satisfied with the result. The crew worked extremely hard and were very pleasant to have around, even when it was cold and raining. Their attention to detail was excellent. We felt that the price was fair and that the communication was great. Thank you!

I had a great experience on my siding and windows project with Lifetime Exteriors. I did my homework on Angie's list and received quotes for 5 top rated siding contractors in the Portland metro area. Not only were Lifetime's prices reasonable (one company quoted me 3x more for equivalent work, which adds up to a lot on a complicated 3000 ft2 house), the quality and professionalism was top notch. We had hardy siding installed, 9 windows replaced and a new paint job. House looks like new. Big upgrade to our recently bought house that had the original beat up siding from when it was built in the late 60's. There were numerous issues that were uncovered when the old siding was removed, but Lifetime easily resolved them without some exorbitant change order. They also accommodated my suggested tweaks to the project along the way, Jake Giste was our project manager and he was fantastic to work with. I would recommend Lifetime Exteriors to anyone.

I am a real estate agent involved in the industry and recently experienced incredible customer service from Jake Giste and the entire team at LifeTime Exteriors. Jake and his crew evaluated an issue at a clients home that was work LifeTime Exteriors performed 8 years prior. Jake owned the mistake, remedied the problem, and did so all while jumping through some unfair timelines that I had to put on him. 6 out of 5 stars. Incredibly impressed.

We recently had our home's siding and two windows replaced by Lifetime Exteriors. From our initial meeting with their sales rep, to the project manager and each and every worker who was at our place we were met with nothing but professionalism, and really kind people.
We received prompt replies to our questions, they work crews took time to let us admire the work and progress they made, and answer our questions about what was being done.
The project could have been more expensive, but we were given solutions that benefited our budget not Lifetime Exteriors. There were also several little things that they took care of as part of our quote, things that I wouldn't have, didn't, assume they'd take care of, and they did.
I would recommend them in an instant and, should I need more work done, I will give them my business again.

I'm a professional color consultant and have collaborated with Lifetime Exteriors on dozens of jobs- from single family to entire HOA neighborhoods. Their construction knowledge is vast and thorough. They don't cut corners and are clean and respectful on the job site. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right!

Life time exteriors is simply the best. The water proofing standards are out front of everyone else! The crew was excellent to work with! The crew was very professional, showed up when they said they would, got it done when they said they would, left a clean work area at the end of each day. At the end of the job Jesse went out of his way to clean and dust around the door and windows, ensuring the outside area was swept and picked up. Jake came by afterwards to ensure everything was ship shape, took away excess materials and the dump trailer, and had the port-potty removed the next morning. It's a pleasure to work with a professional company, and I will use them again when I side the rest of my house.

We reviewed and personally met with a number of exterior contracting companies from the Portland/Vancouver area before choosing Lifetime Exteriors. Lifetime's initial evaluation of the exterior of our home was thorough and professional. Jay pointed out a number of issues we could face during the project that the other contractors apparently missed or decided not to mention, during their walk-around. Lifetime Exteriors promised a smooth and high quality job while keeping us informed and up-to-date with the project. Along with these promises, they set a number of other lofty goals for themselves. Lifetime Exteriors met every one of those goals and surpassed them by finding problems during the project, informing us of the problem and then rectifying the issue. They also did a number of "little extras" (on their dime), such as adding extra blocking and flashing, upgrading fasteners, applying extra trim and caulking in areas simply to enhance aesthetics. Lifetime Exteriors did a great job in keeping us "in-the-loop" during the whole project with photos, phone calls and messages during every step of the project.
I can say without doubt, that we chose the right company for our home exterior needs. They are professional and experts in the field. Above all, from owners to laborers, a great group of folks to trust your home to!

Lifetime Exteriors did great work repairing the damage from construction defects to our home that was built (poorly) in 2006. We had to rebuild a deck, replace siding, and add flashing. Throughout the whole experience they were very communicative, professional, and efficient.

My husband and I recently had Lifetime Exteriors replace our windows and doors. This was our first time going through this process and we truly appreciate that Lifetime Exteriors did a great job leading us through the process from start to finish. Everything made us feel comfortable with inviting Lifetime Exteriors staff and contractors into our house.

Our initial meeting with Jay was made so easy. The appointment started out with a confirmation email the day before the appointment (very professional). Jay knew we were getting quotes from other companies and didn't want to pressure us. He quoted us but then set another appointment up with us a week later (after the other quotes were to happen)to go through any questions we had. Well, the other quotes didn't happen. The other companies either kept calling us by the wrong names or didn't show up at all. Lifetime Exteriors was the only company that really seemed to care and want our business. They treated our relatively small project just like we were one of their large projects. They worked with our schedule and found one of their crews to work on our time off on the weekends.

Alex's crew was one of a kind, they were amazing!! The crew that did the work was respectful, hard working and treated everything with great care. They were very careful to not track dirt into our house (some of them took their shoes off each time they came in even though I told them it was ok not too)and took extra care making sure that our kids and dog were safe. They made sure to quickly seal up any opening in our house and all gates (child gates inside & outside gates) were closed at all times. Alex went over and above to be sure all of our work was done quickly and properly and went over it carefully, if he saw something he didn't like he fixed it immediately. Alex answered all questions we had for him quickly as he checked in on us on a regular basis.

Patrick worked hard in the office getting our loan approved and then making sure that all work was done in a timely manner so that our loan didn't fall through. At the end of the project we were presented a very nice book of all of the before and after pictures and our warranty information. We were even contacted several weeks after our project was completed to be sure that we were 100% pleased with the work and to be sure we had no further questions.

This was a great experience and we will return for future projects. Everything you look for in a good business was there, professionalism, good price, quality work and terrific follow up.

I am the HOA president for a condo association. After experiencing water intrusion issues and having an inspection done, we determined that extensive water damage repairs needed to be completed. Lifetime won the bid over two other companies and we were very happy with the results. The project took four months to complete but Jay and his crew were always very professional, thorough and addressed all of our concerns when they came up. We feel very secure now and our property looks brand new. I think it makes a difference when a company specializes in this type of repair and myself and the other owners couldn't be happier that we chose Lifetime.

My supervisors and crew were great. Excellent job, organized, cleaned up jobsite everyday.

I have used Lifetime on two occasions to fix defects from the original builder of our home. Lifetime knows their stuff! They fixed the problems and their Team communicated during every step of the repair work, showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after every work day. I recommend them without reservation!

The whole team at Lifetime was professional and super friendly. The siding crew was on time every day, always willing to answer questions, and easy to work with. The painting crew went beyond what I asked for and finished quickly. The whole project was completed in a timely way. The project manager and the office staff were quick to answer all questions. Overall, it was a really great experience.

Great work and were 99 percent satisfied with everything about the project. The only issue was a lack of communication with some of the painters and some nails were left in our driveway from taking off the old siding.

We've had several positive comments about our house and the great look. The quality of the work was far above other similar work I've seen and 100 percent better than the last contractor did on our home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We used Lifetime Exteriors in the Spring of 2013 for a huge exterior home project. We redid our roof, siding, had a patio installed, and had a fence finished. The experience was wonderful. We dealt with their owner, Jay (Jeremy) and loved him. He personally met with us on a number of occasions prior to the project started, worked within our price constraints, followed up personally a number of times throughout the project, and his team did excellent work. We are currently starting our second large project with them (full siding replacement at our rental property) and again they came in right where we hoped on price and have been very responsive throughout the bid process. We start work in a couple weeks and I have no doubt it will go great. Their work is outstanding and their customer service is top notch. Highly recommended.
