Lifetimecoating did our nailite vinyl siding that had faded and oxidized and wood trim that had cracked and peeled with a modern pretty gray color to match the stone facade wall on the front porch. All our trim and gutters are a bright white now. The porch wood door and sidelight trim was sanded perfectly smooth and coated so thick you can’t see where it cracked and peeled. Our home looks some much better with the work they did! I highly recommend them!

We were really impressed with lifetime coating and their long term follow up on our vinyl siding and trim. They stop by every few yrs and check on us Torr and his crew did our house with spray on siding 12 years ago along with a lot of repairs on our wood trim, and a nice faux stone slate wall around the garage door It had held up great. We Havnt had any pressure washing maintenance green mold like we use to get every other yr. We highly recommend them to all our neighbors!

Our experience with Lifetime Coatings Specialists was great. We would definely recommend this upgrade over the double more expensive option of residing a whole home. We got to pick a color (from hundreds of options) that we wanted, and had them paint the brand new shutters they also installed to match our front door that is being upgraded next. We also opted for an additional accent of stone facade and it brought our curb appeal to a higher end level. Torr the owner was very willing to work with us on any minor or big concern we had and came up with solutions that worked for our house and budget. He also factored in new gutters for us and worked closely with that crew to make sure that the water was all going where it is supposed to based on the size, pitch etc of our roof in order to prevent any further water issues we previously had. Looking forward to less upkeep now that things are sealed up and layered on with a warranty. Now everything looks so good and will work better for the weather too. The before pics show dingy beige with dusty blue trim to the after pic with cool gray-blue "Uncertain Gray" and white trim.

Lifetime Coating Specialities repainted the trim and doors on our 30+ year old brick home. Before the paint job we had issues with mold, mildew and general wear and tear with wood in this region. After the job, whole home looks newer, cleaner, and more resistant to molds and mildews (looking forward to less pressure washing and maintenance). Overall, happy with outcome and would recommend this service and company.

Lifetime Coatings helped us modernize our log cabin siding and saved us significant cost over other products we were considering. The spray on siding and urethane sealants filled the cracks in the logs making them look much nicer. They coated all our trim and gutters to match. We are delighted with the transformation of our home's appearance from a very rustic and old looking log cabin to a sharp, modern looking, lakeside log cabin home. As a septuagenarian, I was particularly concerned about doing anything that would require regular maintenance, so the 30 years guarantee had a great deal of appeal! The stone wall facades and foundation they installed really helped give the house a refined and modern feel. The house looks 30 years newer!

Lifetimecoating remodeled our exterior with a new modern color in spray on siding. Replaced and repaired vinyl siding that was damaged. They installed a new stone accent wall on the garage and front porch wall. It made the house look so much more new and solid.

Three years ago we bought this house on a private lake and it was our first we have ever purchased. We have loved it so much but have made a few modifications along the way. From the yard in the back to the entire exterior of the home itself. We love how it has come out. Here is a look at how it came out. Thank you Lifetime Coating for your remarkable expertise and professionalism. Your team was second to none and made it look too easy. We would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality finish product that will last for years. Thank you Lifetime Coating for helping us in making our home ours.

My Lifetime Coating Review - Lake Christopher

*****Overall Rating, 5-Stars*****
The basis for my overall rating is the final product on the house which I am pleased with and consider to be a 5-Star finish.  The testimony below is based on my singular experience with Lifetime Coating at my home.

The Details:
- The project lead and business owner, Torr, was very pleasant to work with and it is very clear that he is in possession of a deep experience and technical knowledge of the various practices required to successfully install the spray-on vinyl product.  You'll find that Torr is a very articulate and impressive ambassador for his business.
- Torr's willingness to put in the extra effort to ensure a happy customer by the end of the project is genuine.  Torr and his team spent a lot more time and effort on the project as compared to their original schedule forecast in order to prepare the bare exterior to a better uniformity for the final product.  A few troublesome areas of the house received multiple days worth of labor for this purpose alone.
- Through the course of the project we tried to regularly monitor the progress, manage next-step expectations with Torr and the team, and perform our own quality control review of the work.  Whenever we raised any concerns or perceived issues, Torr and the team were responsive and generally resolved our concerns to satisfaction.

Recommendation:
- Based on our research and on acquiring the spray-on vinyl product for my house, we genuinely believe that the product and service offered by Lifetime Coating is a far superior option as compared to traditional paint, and with the 30-year warranty and business track record, it is the wise long term solution.  We recommend Lifetime Coating to the responsible homeowner, and only suggest for said homeowner to be involved in the daily progress of the project.

Lifetimecoating sprayed our siding and windows in 2003 and has come back to check on the job every few years. They asked us to update how well the spray on siding has done. It’s been great. No more chipping and peeling fading and mildew. I wish we would have done this in 1992 when we bought the house. It immediately Lowered the energy cost of the house after it was coated and windows were caulked properly. No more airleaks in windows. Highly recommend Their coatings and sealant’s.

We had lifetime coating do our siding and brick 18 yrs ago in a nice newer color It still looks great. It has help up fantastic Torr and his crew have come back every few years checking in on the job. We had a roofer install a roof 15 yrs later. They did flashing incorrectly that caused water to get behind a cedar wood wall on the east side of house This caused water damage to the siding The roofer never returned my calls. Lifetimecoating replaced all the wood and resprayed the wall for free. Even though it was not their products fault. That’s true customer service. We highly recommend Torr and Lifetimecoating.

Service questions

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
