After posting this the owner reached out in an attempt to make things right, and we met yesterday to review the project again. I am going to see what they propose and will update the review one way or another

Wanted to like them, as they appear to have done lots of great work around town.

I reached out for help with some structural issues at my home. An employee from LG came by a few times, cut some holes in my walls and ceilings for investigation, then decided the job wasn't for them and left me hanging. Numerous phone calls and emails went ignored or responses delayed for weeks before he finally just went dark.

They never offered to repair any of the damage done, never offered any suggestions on what to do, just decided they didn't want the job after opening up walls.

I'm sure this is a great business and they do phenomenal work when they want to, but my experience was nowhere near this, regrettably.

We have worked with LG Flint on numerous projects in the past. Most recently, we partnered with them to renovate a leased space into our Sales Information Center. Matt Novak and Jerry Marrs and the team were a delight to work with! Their communication from start to finish was impeccable. Like with most projects, there were unplanned items that came up, but we worked through them with suggestions from their team. LG Flint recently built our custom home and we have been completely satisfied with the experience and the result. They offer high quality for great value and best-in-class customer service.

Flint was great to work with. They have highly skilled crews that have an attention to detail. Our project manager, Chris, and site foreman, Bo, were attentive to all our needs. They listened, communicated effectively, offered great solutions and worked collaboratively with us to remain within budget.

L.G Flint just completed a four seasons room on our home. They did an excellent job including design, project management And construction, we encountered several existing structural issues in which they were able to work through in a very professional manner. Their workmanship was superb. We have been spending almost every day in our room and couldn’t be More pleased. The project was completed in a timely fashion, and I highly recommend them.

Working with Amy at LG flint has been an amazing experience!! Amy is always available to answer questions and guide you through your project. No question is too small. The project went smoothly with her help!!

LG Flint recently performed an almost complete house renovation on our 1985 home near Lynchburg Virginia. This project included replacement of all windows, interior and exterior doors, removal of stiple (popcorn ceiling), complete interior paint for the house, installation of white oak flooring on the main level of the house and LVP throughout the finished basement. One wood burning fireplace was replaced with propane fireplace with new mantle and tile surround. The main level fireplace replaced a brick surround with a slate tile and new mantle. Some exterior brick work was replaced in some modifications to the windows. An entire kitchen was replaced with new cabinets, new appliances( some relocated to new positions in the kitchen), new quartz countertops and island and under counter LED lighting. Extensive electrical and plumbing work was performed. All new lighting fixtures installed with LED lights including outside post lamp. A suspension ceiling in the basement was removed and replaced with a raised drywall ceiling. All 3 bathrooms were gutted and tile floors installed with tile for the showers and bathtubs.

The worked performed by LG Flint and their subcontractors was outstanding. Project manager Chris Burris was very engaged throughout the entire project. He made hundreds of excellent recommendations throughout the renovation. He had an excellent rapport with the subcontractors but was not hesitant to demand the best craftwork. On site supervisor Rick Booth was superlative. He kept us advised of the daily status of work when we were often not able to visit the home for many weeks at a time. He was often our spokesman on the job and he also made hundreds of excellent recommendations. He also did a tremendous amount of work himself on the site and was always there coordinating work with and between the many subcontractors on scene whose work often depended on the rate of performance by subcontractors.

The project occurred during much of the COVID period which had a huge impact on the supply chain. Chris and Rick worked through all these problems, constantly adjusting schedules and work assignments and kept us advised at all times.

Once again, LG did an outstanding job. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company.

Overall outstanding; the whole project could not have gone better.

Matt was superb and spent a lot of time getting the plan correct and keeping us information. It could not have gone better.

Rick the Supervisor was skilled, always pleasant and helpful, full of experience and great suggestions, and extremely kind with my mother. It could not have gone better.

Loved the weekly updates, including pictures and billing/payment information.

Shady Grove Farm was renovated by LG Flint in 1988 and we are so glad we went with your company again. We have more work planned in the coming years and you will be our first call.

LG Flint did a phenomenal job on the construction of my new home. The process was smooth and the end result was perfect! The LG Flint team was professional and very easy to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

LG Flint does outstanding work on time and on budget. They transformed our basement into a beautiful bar and pool room with smart upgrades that incorporated our initial ideas but added designer flourishes liked repainted cabinets and premium vinyl tile. We used them to transform our basement in our last home and in this home nearly 9 years later! They are outstanding!

Chris Burriss of LG Flint came to inspect our joist, flooring, and siding damage. He gave us a detailed estimate, a line item for each integrated task, with labor and materials for each task. This was very useful in gaining an expectation of all the work involved in the overall project. We had to tear out damaged wood, flooring, and siding; then replace and splice load bearing structures; install new oak flooring; repair drywall; paint drywall to match; stain and finish the new floor to match.

The work was done professionally, beautifully, on time, without breaks or time between tasks, and the project was completed below budget of the estimate. This is the highest possible compliment and recommendation.

I have left the best possible review that I could come up with, which I hope begins to convey how grateful I am for your project management and contracting.

You were responsive to the unique needs that we had regarding tight timelines between the estate sale and subsequent listing on the MLS. Your estimate was clear, detailed, and informative. You got crews in to do the various jobs on time. You kept them coordinated without time lags between one task and the next. The finish work of new floors and room painting matched the other interior finishes beautifully. You completed the project on time and below the estimate budget. Your personal attention and responsiveness, added to the professionalism of your crews, made this project so much easier, smoother, and without headaches than I imagined.

LG Flint doubled the size of our kitchen by converting a sunroom and added a half bathroom. This was a massive project that took lots of subcontractors and engineering for support beam installation. LG Flint did it all flawlessly. They are very experienced, polite, timely, and open to feedback. I would not consider anyone else for this job. They built our small family a lovely kitchen and we now love our home. We were sad the project was finished because we felt like we were now friends with all of their employees.

I've built new homes before but working with LG Flint was my best experience with a custom homebuilder by far. The attention to detail and the craftsmanship are second to none.

We are so pleased with our new home and the experience we had with the Flint team. Everyone we worked with was great, especially Matt Novack, our Project Manager. Matt was patient, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the process. He handled changes and requests with ease and listened to our questions or concerns.

Amy and Lalo were amazing to work with. They turned an outdated kitchen and screened in porch into a functional beautiful space. We have gotten countless compliments on our new kitchen and sun room. Will be requesting to work with Amy and Lalo again on the next project.

Amy was an amazing project manager. She helped with all the details and kept everything on schedule. Lalo was wonderful to have as our job foreman. His attention to detail and fine craftsmanship are second to none. He refurbished an outdated piece of cedar furniture into a storage chest, shelving and coat rack for the entryway. We love the new kitchen and sunroom!

This is the fourth remodel that L G Flint has done for us. This time it was updating our master bath and a hallway bath. The team from Flint was professional and easy to work with . Chris and Bo were good at communicating with us and managing subcontractors. The work was top notch and we are very pleased with the end results.

LG Flint has remodeled my Kitchen/Screen Porch in 2015 and Master Bath in 2020. I'm completely satisfied with both remodels and the superb workmanship of the team. Their employees are courteous, professional, respectful, arrive to work on time and clean up at the end of each day. Chris Burriss was the Project Manager on the most recent project. Chris returned calls promptly and was always available to address any concerns. I highly recommend LG Flint and will use them on future projects.

We used Flynt to remodel the kitchen in our 1950s house and add a dry bar to our den, and they did an outstanding job of both! Amy Burczyk offered us a beautiful design and then, as overall project manager, assured that it unfold exactly as planned. She also offered design advice whenever we requested it and quickly responded to our questions and requests. Although we encountered a problem with one of the companies Flynt used, she dealt with it in a professional but very effective manner. Our carpenter, Bo White, was exceptional in his ability to design and build a banquette that looks exactly like our new cabinets, to build molding that hid the irregularities of our almost 70-year-old house, and to envision a door on the bottom of our dry bar that totally blended with the room's mahogany panelling. He even went online to find matching hinges. We could not be more pleased with our finished products, and we highly recommend L. G. Flynt for any construction projects.

Chris and his team were professional and knowledgeable for all phases of our bathroom remodel. We had tubs pulled in two bathrooms with updated showers in that space.
Chris directed us to a local source to choose the best tile and accessories. Their knowledge was essential for the best finished result in our 70's home spaces.
Chris resourced a perfect supplier for the glass doors. It was so easy to let Chris and his team go forward, knowing they have top notch experience.
During a time of supply-chain nightmares, Chris was able to navigate and get involved to offer a shower base alternative to keep our job on track, time wise.This was so important to us because we did have a deadline for completion.
Each contractor in our home was courteous and showed up when they said they would. The glass door installer went out of his way to complete our job on time.
I could go on, but will say that we had a good and well planned remodel.
Chris and his team kept us up to date throughout the project. It does pay to work with professionals like those at Flint.

LG Flint assisted with aspects pertaining to the layout/rough framing/door and window jambs installation of a basement remodel. The work they performed was exceptional and highly professional throughout the entire project. The project manager (Chris Burriss) was very easy to work with and communication remained quick/punctual from the moment the company was contacted to conclusion of the project. All costs were clearly detailed within the proposal and remained well within budget. All employees showed expert craftsmanship within their trade and were exceptionally meticulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a professional completion on any construction project.

LG Flint built our home 30 years ago and it was good to work with them again last year. We had several exterior projects including some wood siding repair and replacement as well as other smaller items that needed repair. The work was done in a very professional and timely manner with open lines of communication. We appreciate Chris’ management of the project and we were were very pleased with Jeremiah’s work ethic and quality of workmanship.

We had are kitchen remodeled a couple of years ago by LG Flint. Chris was the primary contact and Jeremiah was the contact on site. The small bumps in the road with a remodel were addressed quickly and professionally. We also had a standing water issue in the back yard which they graded and this has been perfect in moving the water away from the patio. The sliding door that was installed has had the weather stripping starting to wear. Texted Chris and he came out on the day agreed upon and are replacing the weather stripping. Cannot be more pleased with their work and would use them again.

Roger Keeliing and all the Flint team did a great job for us during supply chain challenges and the pandemic!

We hired LG Flint to do work on our deck early last year but with Covid and the surge in prices of materials/low inventory, we had postponed the job. After the initial assessment appointment, some structural issues were noted
due to the age (25 yrs) of our deck. Flint’s Amy Burczyk found a solution, (saving us a good deal of money), to make the deck safe until we can move forward with our plan to screen in the existing deck.
Very happy with this.
We also choose to work with Flint to replace many larger windows due to settling over the years. We were impressed with the quality and timeliness of their work and the consideration in making sure that our home and belongings remained clean and safe. Above all, everyone we encountered was courteous and respectful.
We look forward to working with LG Flint, and specifically Amy Burczyk again due to how comfortable the experience was. We highly recommend them to all!

We had the pleasure of working with LG Flint when two of the bathrooms in our 115 year old home needed replacement simultaneously. It was such a blessing and wonderful surprise to learn our project manager was Amy Burczyk with whom we had worked on a previous project. We needed some emergency plumbing even before the project could begin, and she had plumbers on site within two hours. Amy, an artist in her own right, was a fabulous designer, project manager and advocate throughout the entire process. The craftsmen from LG Flint were very experienced in the workings of historic homes, and were nonplussed by surprises in walls and under floors. They were incredibly respectful and professional- as were the subcontractors, and were prompt, efficient, and highly skilled.

I recommend LG Flint with no reservations whatsoever. I also highly recommend Amy, who made what could have been a very arduous renovation, a fun adventure with two incredibly beautiful rooms as the result.

LG Flint is greatly responsible for the renovation of the clinic where I work and they have excellent customer service! The quality of their work speaks for itself.

Needed a small project to shore up a sagging pool deck. The LG Flint team found creative, cost-effective solutions to make the deck rock solid and safe. The work was completed in a timely fashion and under budget!

In the midst of COVID 19 my husband and I hired LG Flint to renovate a newly purchased home that needed some updates. Specifically , the kitchen, bathroom, staircase, and fireplace surround. Despite the challenges that the pandemic continued to place before us, with shipping delays and lack of product- all completely out of control of LG Flint- they delivered a home, on time, that is STUNNING. I mean that our visitors walk in the door and stop almost instantly , look up and around and say "WOW"!
That is because the team of professionals that LG Flint assembled excel in their work and craft. Our team was lead by two AMAZING individuals: Amy Burczyk and Jeremiah Quarantotto! Amy is the epitome of professionalism. She listened to our thoughts and ideas, she presented a beautiful plan, helped us to stay at or below budget, answered all of our questions promptly , and was so open to changes and out of the box ideas. She has fantastic taste and is a gifted artist. We could not have had a better project manager. Jeremiah is such a gifted craftsman. My husband and I said frequently how blessed we were to have Jeremiah working so diligently and carefully in our home. He has such attention to detail and integrity in his work. A remarkable man!

L.G. Flint did an extensive remodel on our nearly 6,000 square foot office building. They guided us to our vision for the finished product, and attended to every detail of the job throughout the process. Flint contractors did a great job installing our new windows. The installation crew was extremely professional, hard working and did a great job with clean-up. We love the Harvey windows, they made our home virtually sound proof and they look great. This is my second set of Harvey windows installed by LG Flint and both cases they exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend both LG Flint and Harvey windows.

I've spoken with a number of builders, and these folks are truly the best. After a few minutes speaking with them, its obvious they truly care about those they work with, and their work speaks for itself.
