I never get any return calls and I am always told that Rick is out and they can not help me.
We were not happy with our garage door color - they didn't match the sample in store.
They were supposed to be walnut and they had red in them.
They couldn't help us with two garage doors.
Most of the 2x6x10 are junk.

I was a huge advocate of Lezzer Lumber for years. I am building a house and was planning to buy all my supplies from Lezzer Lumber. I submitted a plan to their so called experts to help me determine a a material list and price quote on special trusses. I have emailed, stopped in, and called for the past couple of months for the information. I never get any return calls and I am always told that Rick is out and they can not help me. I am ready to build and I have nothing and prices continue to go up, costing me more as time passes. Needless to say, I am no longer a fan of Lezzer's or am I a loyal customer anymore. Quality customer service does not exist anymore!!

Our contractor purchased all building materials through Lezzer. Quality stuff, however, we were not happy with our garage door color - they didn't match the sample in store. The staff was friendly, but I do not feel as though they went above and beyond to help us resolve our issue - we were willing to exchange - ended up painting our doors. After giving them so much business through the building process, we are just disappointed they couldn't help us with two garage doors. Recommend Lowe's for special orders.

Very nice people that work there. Everything purchased from them was quality. Our contractor used them for everything during our build. Please be careful doing orders through them. We ended up hating our garage door color and they wouldn't let us exchange them. They were supposed to be walnut and they had red in them. We had to paint them. If you need to special order something, I recommend Lowe's - they will accept returns and exchanges.

Ordered railing on sale. The price was reasonable compared to other places I priced. Matt the sales rep was very helpful. The railing came from another store in two days. When the railing came in the order was missing two caps. The caps were mailed to me and I had them two days later. Overall, while not a perfect experience, Lezzer did everything they could to correct their error. I would go back again without hesitation.

This place and the folks who work there are the real deal. As a DIYer I really appreciate the professionalism these guys exude. I was expecting and was prepared for a condescending type attitude from the staff when I asked some naive questions and used some incorrect roofing terminology. What I got was the complete opposite. The salesman were extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and give them a try before you go to the big box stores for your building supplies and tools.

4.5 stars. Delivery was great. I asked for them to put it in the garage and no problem. Sales guy was great, even with me coming in right before closing (I had a list to make it easy). The only trouble was most of the 2x6x10 are junk. I bought 7, 2 are usable, 3 are half usable (I need 5 ft sections, so half usable) and 2 are unusable. Just lesson to pick out your own boards.
