It really depends on who is helping you here.. They have some of the friendliest workers, but also some that don't want to help you at all. I try to work with Bill most of the time. Extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

Absolutely awesome customer service! Definitely heads and shoulders above the big blue building down the street. They sell quality lumber, and it was priced very competitively considering the exceptional quality. The real difference is the customer service. Josh, the store manager, was very prompt, professional and courteous, when I was a moron and couldn't find the proper loading bay he personally walked back to point me in the right direction and upon seeing the lot attendant was busy helping another customer, he loaded the truck to get me on my way. This place is a hidden gem in DuBois. I definitely will not default to the "big blue store down the street" anymore. Stop in and give this outfit a try. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again!
