The staff at Lewis Walker roofing was very nice, professional, and prompt. I Called one day for a quote and he was out the next day with a quote in my emails that afternoon, not to mention it was also the most reasonable compared to the other quote we already had. The promptness meant a-lot as we are on a time sensitive schedule with this project. Lewis the owner also done a follow up call to ask how my process was going so far. As a business owner myself I appreciated that and am looking forward to them doing my roofing project. Once that’s done I’ll come back and give that review.

Lewis Walker did a great job on our roof. Worked hard, finished our 2400sq foot house in less than 2 days. Easy to communicate with. Good price too. Would recommend and use them again.

The salesman returned all calls timely, and answered all our questions. The office staff was pleasant, communication went well in person and over the phone. The field foreman Dillon explained onsite work process at start of morning. The crew was punctual every day, and courteous. The crew observed safety and protected our property from unnecessary damage. The re-roofing crew on our house managed the entire job in under 3 days, and worked each day from sun up to sundown. The end result for us is absolutely beautiful! Every step went smoothly and timely, even the dumpster drop-off and pick-up. LWR did an awesome job on our large, very complicated roof. The workers were prompt each morning, and worked continuously all day. Each day they cleaned up all the debris before they left. Communication with the job supervisor and the office staff was always easy. They always responded timely to my many questions. Their price was competitive. I highly recommend LWR!

They checked all the boxes. I did some research/comparing and even though they had the best price by far they also had the warranty and quick responses to go with it. 1st ones out to estimate, hand written estimate and didn’t offer to “go back to their supervisor to see if they could get me a better price” like a car dealership would do….

Excellent service, they installed a new Metal roof last week and it looks Amazing. They clean up after and kept me informed all the way. I'm happy with my new roof. Thanks to the Crew and office staff.

They took 2 months longer than originally quoted after collecting half my money up front for a chimney reflash and changed the install date several times. This was their idea of their “color match” of my shingles. My insurance agent asked “which friend of mine did the roof” and couldn’t believe this was a licensed company.

UPDATE: After 1.5 years the flashing is leaking again. According to the roofer who came to inspect, the wrong silicone was used to caulk above.

They ensured they spoke to me when there were questions about things. My husband and I are VERY pleased with their work. Having a metal roof is also quite awesome. Can barely hear the water coming down. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks! Thanks everyone!!!

Highly recommend them! Had our roof inspected and Lewis was very professional and honest. Although it wasn’t anything that he could find wrong with our roof, he still gave us an idea of what could be causing our issues and recommended we call our A.C. technician. Saved us a lot of time because he was right! Truly a great family owned company, who gives back endlessly to our community.

LWR was absolutely fantastic! We got multiple quotes for a roof for new construction, and they were the lowest and offered the best warranty.

Jake and Dylan were both extremely responsive and professional. Working with them was easy, they have a very organized process before the job. They were very flexible with us when our timeframe adjusted, and when it was time for work, they showed when they said they would and gave us a great quality job.

The guys they had come out did a very good job cleaned up very well after the job was over. Had our metal roof done last Easter . The gentleman that come out and gave us our estimate was named Jake And my mother run into him the other day and he actually remembered her call called her by name and asked her how everything was going and if she was still happy with it . Would Highly recommend using them using them good local company .

we had two major leaks in our commercial build. They came out and inspected our issues and got us scheduled in a timely manner.

This family owned company is like NO other! Their commitment to Christ and quality is evident in ALL they do!

Do not use Lewis Walker Roofing. I contracted with them for a roof installation that cost over $22,000. They knew a rainstorm was coming, but did not quit until a Fl thunderstorm hit that left my roof with water pouring in. Their response was don’t worry it will dry out when it quits raining. They removed 2 vents and threw them in the trash. Once again their response was we use the best ridge vents so there is no need for them. The dumpster company got the dumpster stuck in my yard I had to pay $300 to get the 3 feet depressions smoothed over. Their response was you signed a legal waiver for damages so we will not fix it. When questioned if they would talk about reducing the costs of my roof due to these issues their response was you owe the remainder of the contract and we do not reduce costs. I have 2 other homes that need roofs so for a feel good reduction refusal of $100 on their part they will never get any more of my business. Use this as a warning.
They laughed all the way to the bank.

I guess the work is good, not leaking so that's what bumps them up to a 2 Star. There was a question about supplies that were needed, not sure why since we had a hole cut in our roof and that was the only reason we called them. We were charged for a board of OSB that should have been on our supply list to begin with and an extra hour of labor. When Julie called to ask how the work was, I asked about the extra $80. She said she would find out and get right back to me. No call. She emailed my husband instead who had no knowledge of our conversation. I've tried to call her 3 times in a couple of weeks now, no call back. My time is valuable too. I can't recommend this company strictly on the lack of customer service we have received after they have been paid.

Awesome company to work with. The personnel in the office were very friendly and the workers were very diligent. They did a wonderful job and there was absolutely no debris left on the ground from all the debris falling off the roof as they worked. I definitely recommend this company as I have had two roofs now installed by them and I’ve never had a problem. They are very quick to answer any problems that you may have and come out promptly.

Absolutely blown away by how amazing this company has been & even more by the roofing crew! They worked long and hard to finish our roof in a timely manor and made sure our entire yard front and back were cleaned up. They kept me updated through the whole process and worked very hard!

I have no gripe ! Lewis Walker Roofing had the best of the three companies in principle consideration. The new roof looks stunning and amazing. LWR was thousands of dollars below Covenant and still lower than Reed Roofing. Reed was a few hundred higher than LWR. I got a brand new roof with LWR during the time I would still be waiting for Reed to start. Who advised it would be a month or more for them to start after we "pay" 50% deposit. With Lewis Walker Roofing I got a new roof within a week of paying the 50% deposit. Hooray for Lewis Walker Roofing. The place to get a roof for Smart Money folks.

Lewis Walker installed my 30 year guaranteed roof in 2007. Part of the flashing was not installed and had to be re-paired 4 years later when leaks appeared. Now, 2021, the same leaks have reappeared and the owner (Lewis Walker) determined he had no responsibility for the leaks. I have ceiling damage and it is all from faulty workmanship - on THE SAME SPOT. YOU BE THE JUDGE.

Horrible, Horrible Experience. Paid to have my roof done on my home and small detached building. Paid my deposit on Nov 18 and was told by the rep that it should be done around the first week in December. Received a loan approval with electric company which expired mid Jan. Finally had to ask for my deposit back on Jan 12 because they couldn't get anyone out to do the work and the loan will expire so will have to reapply or find another means of payment. They are keeping the money for the permit and an admin fee ($150.00) for the pleasure of wasting 7 weeks of my time.

Pro's - Had a small section of my roof to repair due to a roof leak. From start to finish the company was very professional. Staff in the office and field were very friendly and knowledgeable. Repair work was done in a day and field crew offered to help me fold up my big tarp and move the blocks. Repair work was professional and they explained what all was being done step by step. Was informed if I had any issue to give them a call back and they would come right out.
Con's - Informed right at the start that it would be at least 4 wks or so before the repair work could be done due to current jobs on schedule. This was understandable and they kept to their word.

We had an amazing experience with LWR. The team that was onsite doing our roof was professional and kept the entire work area clean. They even had someone walking around with a large magnet grabbing nails in the yard throughout the 2-3 days they were there. The service we had during sales was prompt and professional. Another company came in lower than LWR's original bid and because LWR had been recommended to us by a friend we asked them to price match the other quote and they did. Overall I couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with LWR's residential re-roofing job has been entirely positive. The company's selection of GAF products and system is very broad and has given us a beautiful new roof. The crew was big enough to complete the job professionally and in 2 days. The only "issue" (some minor gutter damage) was quickly recognized and resolved. I would use LWR again and recommend the company to friends and family.

I have hired them twice, each time they were professional, didn't leave anything laying around, cleaned up after themselves.... They did a really good job.......

When trying to get my roof replaced Lewis Walker Roofing was the only company that called me back followed up and were very courteous. The men that did the work or polite and they cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased.

Worker left my home looking a mess mail all over my yard driveway even in my account unit. Had to get 3 tire s replace from nail damage..had to supervise cause I continue trying to cut corner with the install. They damage my window cut my alarm system wire and Savage my camera system.. Horrible experience

They should stick to roofing. Our siding project was purchased through Lowe's and this was the contractor they sent out - a roofing contractor. The siding was installed a total of three times, twice not passing inspection. First install was done so poorly we didn't even get to inspection, we demanded they do it again . . . Inspections failed for improper fasteners and installation method (they used sheetrock screws and screwed tight to the house). Each install was worst than the first, some seams did not overlap at all, the siding is wavy and cuts are not done well, so around outlets there are gaps. After three tries we said we were done with this company, the owner did not care enough to come out and look at the poor quality of this work so obviously they don't care, just collect the money and move on. Workers were extremely rude, inexperienced, and left a terrible mess each time. We also found out that the siding was the lowest quality on the market and Lowe's let's the installer provide the materials which was not the way this was presented to us by the sales representative from Lowe's. We thought we were getting a Lowe's product. Naturally the installer will bring the cheapest material so they have more profit. This job will need to be redone, we just hate it.

Had to wait about 6 weeks but I was told that in advance. The crew did a great job and cleaned up better than it was before they started! My metal roof looks fabulous and I will definitely refer them.

Not a good experience. Weather delayed the project which meant I had construction materials on my property for 2 weeks. We had two layers of roofing to take off, so I knew it would be a little extra time, but it was over a week for them to complete the project. I was assured it would be done on a Friday, but it was not, so another weekend with the dumpster in my driveway. Maybe if the workers showed up on time and worked a full day, it would've been completed on schedule. My car was damaged by the workers and it has been over 2 weeks, and I am still waiting for an estimator to call me, even though I already submitted an estimate.

They were prompt and professional. The roofers who came out worked extremely hard. They were early each day, and didn't leave until the sun went down. The only issue is until we mentioned it, they were throwing debris and nails off the roof onto our A/C unit. However when we said something, they immediately fixed the issue. Overall great service.

Praise Christian Assembly in Graham, FL chose Lewis Walker Roofing because of being competitively priced and personal interaction with Mr. Walker. They recently completed our church roof which was around approximately 6100 sg. ft. of roof. We are very satisfied and the crew that worked on our roof was very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend LWR for any project and can attest to the crew that was used for our church as good workers and experienced.
