I needed a small repair on my roof where a few shingles got damaged. They had shifted out of place causing a leak. It was a small job that I could not do myself due to roof pitch. I called Level Up Roofing and they had someone come out the next day.
They were not like most companies you call for home repairs. I was expecting the first words to be “I can fix that BUT you need a new roof”, but I didn’t hear that.
Just like when calling for HVAC work instead of just fixing it you have to endure their preaching about needing a new system.
A technician came, fixed the roof, and that was it. Exactly what I needed.
The repair was done fast and right. The price was very reasonable.
So if you are looking for any roofing repair without a hassle, or it being too small for a company to come out for, I would recommend Level Up.

We had 4 companies say the would fix our ""small job" - none of them came through even after making foĺow up calls - thank goodness for LEVEL UP ROOFING" who not only fixed our problem but did it in the time table they gave us - it was a real blessing to not see any water on the inside of our house after ELSA came through? We had a skylight that had been worked on by another roofer twice and still leaked. Level up roofing sent Edgar who took the time to remove the incorrect material and to do 2 applications of the correct, waiting between applications. They (phone scheduler and the worker himself) all were prompt, polite, efficient, and repaired the leak. After many rains since, it no longer leaks! Yea!! And they gave us a written guarantee fir the work for one year.

We shopped around and went with Level Up Roofing. We got a much overdue complete architectural shingle roof replacement, replaced our old gutters, and opted for the gutter guards. They were professional and explained the entire process in detail. Frank addressed all our questions and concerns, and the process was seamless from day 1.
They are knowledgeable, professional, and their crew's workmanship is top-notch. Our neighbors have been complimenting how great our roof looks! We could not be happier.

I can't say enough positive things about this company. I have used them twice for two different roof repairs and both times the service has been amazing! They are quick, great communication and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

When a bad storm came through about a month ago, we had several shingles torn off our roof. I called a few different businesses but most either never returned my calls or took my call but never followed up with me for an appointment.

Level Up however answered promptly and courteously; the even had a team out the very same day to help with our repairs. Which was a huge relief given all the rain due in later that same week. Their work was top notch, their pricing was fair and most importantly their customer service was simply wonderful.

I know who I'll be contacting in the future for any repairs or work we need going forward.
