From our initial meeting and quote for a new roof through installation and cleanup, the Level Edge Construction Inc. crew were professional, friendly and efficient. Level Edge provided high quality workmanship and materials.

Great crew, they worked hard on a very hot day. Did a great job of Laying tarp down. Took 2 layers of shingles off and put on new roof. Looks great. Very fast. Did it all in one day! Great job of clean up. Would definitely hire for more projects in future!

Level Edge Construction and Roofing is an impressive company. They had quite a few people working on my roof getting shingles off. They replaced rotting wood. It was fascinating to see the boom truck move pallets of shingles to the roof. They are fast and efficient and completed my roof in one day. Their employees are very organized working as a team. I enjoyed watching them. It was magnificent. Hire these guys and be thoroughly impressed.

The team did a wonderful job. Started at 7:30am and finished up by 4:30pm that day. Everything was cleaned up and they even put new shingles on the dog house. I would definitely recommend Level Edge Construction!

Amazing experience with Level Edge. Our insurance forced us to redo our roof so we were both so worried about the process and Alex helped us navigate the situation with ease. From signing it took perhaps one week for them to come out and had the roof installed and redone within a day! We highly recommend Level Edge. Our house is very tall with difficult angles. Our roof was old and definitely had some issues. They did the whole thing in one day. Oscar kept in touch with us throughout the process and showed us pictures of anything they had to replace. I felt their price was very fair too.

Alex and Jose were very professional. Alex communicated very well in a timely manor when I needed to reschedule an inspection. He kept me up to date on the timing of their arrival. Alex and Jose were able to inspect our roof due to some water leaks which they were able to find and seal up that day. Both of them were able to answer my questions as I have never had to deal with a roof before. I asked for my peace of mind if they could go into the attic to see if there was moisture which there wasn't, but they did find some some daylight peaking in which is where the leaks were coming from. They were able to seal them up that day. I really appreciated they were able to do fix this as it is the end of January in Minnesota.

This company is extremely professional, speedy and prompt in any and all communication the crew went above and beyond into the dark of night to deal with previous issues which they handled quickly with extensive communication. Oscar came by promptly did an inspection. Moments later, he came back prepared with an exact estimate typed up and a potential contract. It was housed in a professional folder along with various samples to choose from. This was a stark contrast from others who came and gave us an undescriptive broad verbal estimate "guess" between 11k and 20k. Seriously? (Renner Roofing from Red Wing, not to name any names)
Level Edge is a family owned business and you can tell they care about the quality of work that is done with their name on it. So nice to still have professionalism, competency and integrity with a few contractors out there.

We had our roof done in fall of 2022. They were quick to call us back and gave us a great estimate. They came out and finished it in one day. They cleaned everything up when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job.

Level Edge Construction and Roofing did a fantastic job removing our skylights and replacing our home and garage roof and they did it quickly. Oscar answered all my many questions quickly and thoroughly. They were able to get us on the schedule in less than a week from signing the contract and finished both the house and garage in 1 day. They even trimmed back all the tree limbs touching the roofs.

Wow what can I say...Level Edge Construction and Roofing did an amazing job on my roof. it's nice and straight. I have a 1925 home, and the eves were a little tilted, when they re-decked and shingled my roof it its perfect. The crew cleaned up the lawn afterwards and I couldn't be happier. Now I don't have to worry about leaks anymore and I actually have a smile on my face. I want to thank Oscar Rodriguez and his crew for doing an amazing job. I would use them again and again.

Based on the 5 star reviews we were excited to work with them. We had issues with communication and clean up. They did clean up the majority of their work but there was still a lot of wood and metal pieces left around the property in addition to cigarette butts on our property.

Our biggest issue arose when they were cleaning up for the day. The roof and gutters were on but we didn’t see any gutter guards being installed. When we questioned them, we were told they didn’t have them. The order was dropped off at 0730 and all day they chose to not address the missing gutter guards. We asked when it would be finished the answers were very vague. We had to ask several times for a time. When they came to install them, the next day, they started to install the wrong product. They claimed we purchased a cheaper version of the gutter guard. We had to go back and forth before they believed that we bought an upgraded version. Again we were told they had to come back to fix the mistake. They finally fixed their mistake the same day.

For the cost of the roof every detail best be taken care of. Some of the work is sloppy. Maybe they were having an off day, or maybe we just knew more about what should be happening. Either way, we wouldn’t recommend them.

Can't say enough about Alex and Level Edge. Professional, honest, fast and neat. When it came time to pay for the job I gave him a combo of cash etc. Alex actually returned 50 dollars I mistakenly overpaid. He could have kept it and id never of known. Highly recommend these guys

A great big THANKS to Oscar and his team at Level Edge Construction for a job well done. I had quite a few estimates from other contractors but they were not communicating with me. I found Level Edge on Facebook and gave them a call. Oscar returned a call within a couple of hours and he came out that same week for an inspection. I was emailed an estimate and I accepted. The work was scheduled within one to two weeks. During teardown of the roof, he notified me that I needed updated decking to code. He contacted the insurance company the same day and got an approval. The team out for the job did a great job with clean up. Final inspections with the city were a breeze. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I will give them a call in the future for other projects.

Level Edge did our home roof with metal shingles and also our poleshed. They did an excellent job on both. Great communication thru the whole process. Cleaned up the yard daily. Called Alex at Level Edge construction regarding potentially getting a new roof out on before the weather changed. Alex was great to work with, he came to my house, provided a quote and walked me through the different color samples.

The Level Edge team came out two days later and started work on my roof. Level Edge uses their own team, which for me was a huge differentiator compared to other companies. You could see the team had been working together for a long time and were very good at what they did. Alex stopped out multiple times throughout the day to make sure everything was going well and checked in with me every time.

Just got a new roof put on one of my garages. They gave me a good quote. And were out working on it in less than a week after. Looks great and crew was great as well. The work area was cleaned up nice, even better than it was before.

Got gutters installed and was happy with everything. Until a few months later and we discovered an issue. When it rains, the water overflows in a section of gutter and comes straight down to our landscaping. I have been trying to reach them for over 6 months. phone. email. you name it. radio silent. They will do the work, but ghost you if there is an issue. Look elsewhere.

We had a second round of hail and incurred enough damage that our roof and gutters needed replacement again. Additionally, our 3 season porch screen was hit hard. Not happy with the previous contractor we had used so I called Level Edge who did my neighbors work which I admired. They were prompt and professional, meeting our adjuster when he came to evaluate the damage. Oscar and Roger both were very clear communicators, did exactly what they said they would, and did a fantastic job. I was pleased that the owner was on site most of the time to ensure his crew did exactly what they were supposed to do. He even led the effort to clean up every inch of my property. I’ve since referred them to a couple friends and they completed their work with glowing reviews as well. If you want a local contractor that has their own crew versus the roaming storm chasers from TX, these guys are a good one. Highly recommend!!

I can't recommend Level Edge and Caleb enough. Communication was excellent and the quality of work and materials high-end. They replaced some decking, added in some roof vents, and shingled the entire roof over 2 days of hard work and clean up. Pricing was straight forward and fair. I'm a happy camper.

Great experience working with Level Edge! They are a family business from quote through to the installers. Oscar arrived right at the appointment time to measure and quote for our roof replacement. Oscar's quote was competitive and the agreement complete with each roofing component specifically listed. Just a relatively small down-payment for Level Edge, vs the 25 to 50% down requested by other quotes I received. The great looking new roof was installed as scheduled and completed in one day. They use a large wheeled trailer, so no huge dumpster sitting in the driveway for days. I did contact Oscar a few days later for one item. Our old roof had a short rain diverter on the roof high above the front door. The new roof had a longer diverter installed. I asked that it be replaced with a shorter one as I had. The change was made within hours on that same day! Great service! Beautiful professionally installed roofing!

Oscar was easy to work with, responsive and timely with his communication and when responding to our questions. His team did a great job, I have a flower garden behind the garage and they were very careful. They did a great job cleaning up the yard when the work was complete.

Oscar was there from the beginning of the process of dealing with hail damage to roof and gutters until the job was finished. He worked with my insurance company to verify the damage and worked with me to put the replacment roof on the next year due to I also needed chimney work done and it was to late in the year to fix chimney. Roger and crew came on the the date and time Oscar had told me they would arrive, they put traps down and started working as soon as they put up the ladders. I was then told by Oscar that after crew removed the old roof they noticed something that was not up to code and I would need to replace the decking before they could put new roof on. I told Ocsar to do what we needed to do, so he call insurance company and told them what they had found. Within an hour Ocsar got it worked out with the insurance company and then he and crew had to get all the materials they needed. Even thought they needed to wait for a decsion on the decking they still finished the roof, gutters and clean-up in 1 day. I would recommend this company for anything you are looking to do.

What a great experience! Such a great family company!! We received a quote from Level Edge about a year ago, but unfortunately something came up and we were no longer able to go through with the contract. We’re new homeowners who had quite a bit of bad luck in our first year of ownership. One of which was a storm that tore shingles off our roof and left it leaking.

I found Level Edge by an ad on Facebook, and was connected with Alex right away. He worked hard in dealing with our insurance adjuster, had to come out for a second meeting because our adjuster changed, and worked with our insurance agent.

He also explained things to us about the insurance process such RCV and ACV (replacement cost value and actual cost value) that made our insurance/deductible payment process easy to understand.

The day of the install the guys arrived, put the roof on, and picked up a bit. Then the next day they picked up everything else. We had our roof replaced in the winter and they even shoveled our walk from the street to our house.

Top notch service from their carpenters and a genuine honest sales guy. My wife and I have worked with four contractors from separate trades in the one year we have owned. Level Edge Construction has been by far the best to work with. Thanks guys!

Had some hail damage from a storm last Spring which required the roof to be replaced. Caleb Morrison was able to help me answer all my questions, get everything arranged with my insurance and our replacement scheduled quickly. The Level Edge crew worked with us to get everything knocked out while we out of town. When we got back we were blown away with the look and happy to see not a piece of materials or trash was left behind.
