We began our kitchen remodel in May 2023 with expected completion by July 2023. Unfortunately, the final completion did not occur until late Nov/early Dec. All of the subcontractors were good including Aaron for the plumbing and Rich and his crew for lighting and electrical. The team from L3 was good as well but there were several unfortunate delays in the project. These were due to several time delays in having to re-order more than once for a particular door and cabinet that was part of our appliance garage system. Adam and his crew (Dustin and Rocco) were sympathetic and apologized several times for these delays. They were also prompt in arriving, respectful, answered all of our question and leaving the work area and our home clean. We were expecting to have the courtesy of a final walk-through at completion, but this never occurred. We also had to inquire about the warranty information. We do love the transformation of our kitchen after all is said and done.

Beautiful transformation. On schedule, attention to detail and quality, enjoyed the crew. “You get what you pay for” defines the experience.

L3 Construction delivered exactly what we were looking for in a kitchen remodeler. We wanted a company that wasn't pretentious and provided good value with quality befitting our home (nice but not a mansion for sure). The schedule was followed almost exactly in large part due to our project manager, Adam, who is the BEST (you want this guy on your team). All of the tradespeople were on-time and professional, a far cry from the nightmare scenarios you hear about. Although going through a kitchen remodel is never fun, L3 and team made it as easy and smooth as possible. We are very happy with our results and can recommend L3 without hesitation.

We had L3 repair water damage from a poor drinking water install done by anther contractor. During the kitchen repairs, Chip had a great idea on moving a couple walls around that added a ton more usable space. Our Kitchen turned out amazing. They did terrific work and were awesome to deal with. We would recommend them to anyone. thanks again guys!

L3 & Chip were amazing from the start! We worked with Chip for a while before committing to doing our kitchen/upstairs/entryway remodel. He was helpful from the start with the layout, design, colors, all the above. During the remodel there was a lot of communication about what was going on. We did our remodel during the time when supplies were in short supply, he made sure we started so we wouldn't run in too many issues. Our remodel was done in a timely fashion & looks beautiful!! The craftsmanship is amazing, we are in love with it all!! :)

We had an amazing experience with Chip and L3. They finished our basement and built out a deck and patio. They were on time, highly communicative and did what they said they were going to do. Very happy with results and have already recommended them to friends and family.

L3 Construction was a LIFE SAVER for me a few weeks ago. I had purchased a new patio door from Renewal by Anderson and when they came to install, rot was found the door. They stopped all work immediately and told me I needed to find a contractor to fix it prior to finishing the installation. The said they would give me list of contractors that they have worked with in the past, but I went on my own and contacted L3 Construction to see if they might have any time over the next few weeks (fully understanding how busy all contractors are this summer). I was so happy to hear that they had someone that could come and look at my situation that day! The next day they had a team onsite and had the issue resolved that evening. Their craftsmanship is top notch and the area was left in perfect shape for the installer from Renewal by Anderson. I was able to get my patio door installed later that week. Without their quick response, I would have been left with a patio door boarded up for several week. I can not say enough about their work, their response time, and the attitude of their employees.

Chip and his crew, including subcontractors he hired were awesome! They finished a basement for us and everything was very professional and organized. Quality of work was top notch and pricing was on point and fair. We’re very happy with the work and look forward to hiring L3 again for our bathroom projects next year.

I was looking to replace my old deck with a new maintenance free deck. I was referred to Chip. Very professional, good quality, best value, and they new what they were doing. I can not believe how beautiful my deck turned out! He made sure everything was done to the highest standards, I would definitely recommend L3 Construction !

L3 Construction remodeled our kitchen as well in re-designing the layout with our ideas as well as their ideas. The re-design opened the kitchen up giving us more room.

L3 built a schedule that was adhered to and worked with us. Allowing us to do some portions of the remodel ourselves.

We are very happy with both the quality of the cabinets as well as the detail that was paid attention to during the install of the cabinets along with the trim

We would recommend to consider using L3 as well in any future remodeling we would not hesitate to call

Our kitchen turned out great! Chip went above and beyond to help us get it done. Great communication. Some minor issues with the attention to detail from the guys that painted the ceiling, but aside from that everything was great. Chip came and personally cleaned the over-spray off of our brick fireplace when the painters screwed up, he also came and personally solved another minor hardware problem we had. Over-all very impressed with Chip's attention to detail and quality of service, he is a genuinely good person and that comes across in his business practices. Thanks Chip! Months later and we still love it!

We hired Chip to install our maintenance free deck and were absolutely thrilled with the results. We met with and received quotes from 10 companies before making our final decision, and definitely feel that we made the right choice. We chose Chip because he demonstrated the best combination of professionalism, quality of work, and price. Chip was punctual, reliable, and we feel like he delivered real value with his end product.

We hired L3 last fall for a "kitchen +" remodel: full gut of our early 1980s kitchen, plus new LVP flooring for living, dining & kitchen & a hallway, new ceiling texture (goodbye popcorn ceiling!), new paint and a couple replacement closet doors. Chip was not only easy to work with, but also offered great suggestions on how to maximize storage space in a small kitchen. The custom cabinets he installed are not only beautiful (if you like natural wood grain, hickory is a stunning choice!), but incredibly functional. His crew was friendly and cleaned up after their work daily, which was greatly appreciated. If we had a question, Chip was only a text away. We look forward to working with him when we're ready to remodel our bathroom.

Working with L 3 Construction on our bathroom renovation was a great experience. I would choose to do future projects with them. The estimate was on point. Great craftsmanship. They were very cleanly during the project. The project was completed timely. The team was polite and awesome to work with. Our bathroom is beautiful.

Chip and crew did such a great job with our kitchen renovation. Chip really helped us narrow down choices and helped us make decisions He has a wonderful eye for detail and design and it shows with the quality of work done. Would love to have them work on any of our future projects.

We had a water leak in our basement and weren’t sure of the cause. We just knew the basement floor and wall were wet and getting moldy. We called Chip and L3 construction. Chip came and assessed the damages and gave us a fair quote. He helped us work with our insurance company in and in the end the whole clean up, sheet rock and new flooring and paint was covered! Chip and his team were professional and helpful and great to work with. They far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use L3 construction in the future.

We were very happy with L3 Construction. We hired them to replace our current rotting deck with a new maintenance free material. They worked hard to get it completed within a timely manner, made sure all safety requirements were met and we ended up with an exceptional finished product. Would highly recommend L3 Construction.
