I hired Lenny’s Power Washing to clean my roof, and within one hour of their service, my home had bleach stains running down all four sides. The damage was immediate and obvious. When I reached out to the company, they initially denied any responsibility. Thankfully, I have security cameras covering my home, and the footage clearly proved the damage occurred during their service.

Only after presenting this evidence did their insurance company step in and ultimately pay thousands of dollars to repair the damage. While I’m grateful the repairs were covered, no homeowner should have to go through that kind of stress and effort to prove what was clearly a serious mistake.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. A professional job shouldn’t come with this kind of risk or lack of accountability.

I have used Lenny's (Jeremy's) power washing 3 times to clean my deck and townhome. Every time they arrived on time...to the minute!, and did an amazing job while taking care to move items on my deck and replace them after cleaning, and doing an excellent job! I highly recommend them!

Great communication from the estimate til the job was done. House looks nice and clean. They also removed debris from gutter caps. Cleaned up after. I was pleased.

Excellent experience with Lenny's. On time and professional. Will use them again. Suggest you tape any doors or windows that might leak prior to a house wash. The spray might find a way in and could bleach carpets.

I was so happy to find a local business—Toana, VA (love Toano!) and the owner, Jeromy, who lives even nearer to me in West Point.
Jeromy called me back the same day I called and came by the following afternoon. He was professional and friendly and answered all of my questions/concerns. He emailed me an estimate the next day for power washing my stucco home and washing my windows. I had concerns about the product and pressure that would be used since you have to be very careful with stucco. I also wanted to ensure that my beautiful Japanese Maple and other plants would not be burned as they had been a few prior by another company. Ben showed up at 8:00 on the appointment day as scheduled and could not have been nicer. He was polite and professional and did an exemplary job. I could not be more satisfied with the whole thing! My house looks wonderful. I will definitely be calling them in two years, as Ben recommended, and I have already recommended them to my neighbor and will share their name with others. We had them power wash a long driveway that had been neglected for years. The end result was excellent. Even when there were spots that had been missed due to fading light, they came back promptly to ensure it was right.

My gutter and gutter covers and certain roof areas (valleys) were cleaned. No problem. I did some of the cleanup after the work was completed.

We used Lenny’s Power-washing on May 17th, 2023 and they did a fabulous job. Their crew is professional, thorough, polite, and explained the procedures and how their system worked. The house siding looks new again and their team took the needed time to ensure they cleaned all of the surfaces completely. We have already set up to have them come back every other year as their pricing is a great value and work is outstanding.

Update 2025 - We are repeat customers for Lenny's and have a bi-yearly schedule to continue with them for cleaning our homes' exterior. They did an excellent job again, and the house looks new after their soft/power-washing. This business has an excellent staff, fair pricing, and do what they say they will and it doesn't get better than that. Thanks!

Jeromy and his crew washed my house from the roof line to the ground and my deck and back stairs for a fair price. The estimate was done two days after sending the request at the website, and the job was scheduled less than two weeks after the estimate. After receiving the estimate, I requested that washing my front brick stairs and the railing around the front porch be added. Jeromy replied promptly, saying that this work was included in the house-washing. He and his crew were on-time, professional, and efficient, and their work was both thorough and of high quality. No wonder there are SO MANY 5-star reviews posted for this business! I plan to request regular services from Lenny's in the future.

Ordered their services online as a result of a recommendation of a good friend. Price was actually less than I was expecting. Although I never spoke to anyone, the order was processed, a quote given, the work scheduled, completed and wife was really impressed with how they acted around her and way they treated our home (and yes, they were on time) . When I got home, I was impressed with how great the work was!! I wouldn't thinkl of using anyone else!!

Edit! This year was the 3rd time using Lenny’s and again they were just as good as my previous reviews. They are still reasonably priced for a professional job. In the past I’ve had the “handy-man with a power washer” do a much cheaper job but not even close to this professional company. The house looks great and the young man that came was a great young man, doing a super job!

Another fine business in the Williamsburg area! Price was reasonable and the work was exceptional! Now I have no worries about the HOA doing their annual walk around, looking for dirt/mold and mildew! The 3 man crew was very professional and did NOT leave a mess. Even put the small amount of mulch that was disturbed back in to place and other than a clean house and a slight bleach scent… you wouldn’t know that they were here! My deck rails haven’t been so bright and white! The before and after speak volumes. The best thing was. My wife Who was home (I was not) said they were so very nice!

I called to get an estimate and they quickly went over to the house and sent me a follow-up message with a clear description of the work and prices. It was easy to schedule a time for them to come out and power wash the house and they showed up , on time and did an amazing job. I have used Lenny's for a few years and they are great. The gentlemen that came this time noticed the plants I have close to the house and mentioned they would spray them down afterwards. Lennys Power Washing did a fantastic job. They came out within 1 day of my initial call and I received an estimate later the same day. They worked with me to fit my house in earlier than scheduled due to a conflict with my landscaper. Scott and Charlie were prompt, courteous and professional and did a great job power washing the house as well as bleaching and sealing the deck.

Lenny's has been doing my house for several years since I found him. Also used him to clean my driveway ,they have an orbital machine which is the only way to clean a driveway comes out good as new bye bye black mold . Highly recommended!

In May of 2020, we contacted Lenny’s Power Washing for an estimate to wash our vinyl siding, windows, front porch, and back deck. We learned about Lenny’s business from the “Virginia Gazette’s Best of…” reviews. We requested an estimate online and received an estimate within the hour.
Compared to the business we had hired the previous year to wash our siding, the estimate was more reasonable and we were assured our plants would not be murdered.
