I’ve been using contractors in the pass for my many projects And always there is something that I’m not happy with. Sometimes they’re not on time with the scheduling that we agree or the price for the-project . Even when the price is agree before start any work

But my experience with lei as and Byron when a smooth as it can be, he came to my place. Give me an estimate finish the work on time without making a big mess like other contractors in the past and guess what he charged me what we agree from the beginning as a matter fact, they just add a little bit more on his side so I’m very happy with his work . He did an amazing job on my bathroom

Byron and his crew from Leivas Remodeling did a wonderful job remodeling the 2.5 bathrooms in my home. He was easy to work with, picked up all of the materials, and provided receipts for the extras needed to complete the job. He showed up each day prepared and ready for the day’s tasks. He is a hard worker and had no problem tackling this big job. Throughout the remodel he was neat & tidy and removed whatever construction dust/debris had accumulated by the end of the day. I recently hired Leiva’s Remodeling to build a new secondary entrance that leads into the garage and I am absolutely thrilled with the results.

We have used Leiva’s Remodeling LLC several times and recommended them to friends they do great work, they do it quickly, and they are affordable.

We recently needed work done on a condominium to get it ready for sale. The place was a disaster and the work done was fantastic. We had our front door replaced, kitchen flooring removed and new installed, kitchen cabinets removed and new installed, painting of the whole place, kitchen appliances installed, bathroom vanities/toilets/medicine cabinets installed, multiple doors replaced, flooring under the carpet repaired, locksets installed, kitchen countertops replaced and so many more things including cleaning of the whole unit when done. I can't say enough about the work, so good. It went from a disgusting mess which smelled so bad to a pristine apartment that was so good it sold for 10K over the asking price. They are so detail oriented and everything is done just the way we asked for. As for the price we were charged you could not ask for a more reasonable amount. If anyone is looking for any work to be done you should go with them as they can do anything from plumbing, carpentry, painting and so many more things. Thank you so much for what you did, it will always be appreciated.

I have known Byron for more than 10 years. It's all started with renovating our powder room and it still looks as nice as when he finished it. Over the years, Byron has worked to renovated our house extensively, from bathrooms, living room, front door, kitchen, flooring and most recently our garage. He transformed our garage into a clean and inviting look. Byron and his crews are always on time, courteous, clean and within budget. Byron and his crew performed great work on my home. They replaced the ceiling in my kitchen and dining room. They worked above and beyond by moving my china cabinet, removing and re-installing the light fixtures. The estimate was fair and the work was done on time. The quality was excellent. He was helpful in assisting me with suggestions of the correct materials to buy including picking them up from the store and explained the work to be done along the way. At the end of the work days, he left my space clean and spotless. This was a pleasant experience and I would definitely use them again for any handy work or remodeling project. As a business owner I know how hard it is to gain a clean and good reputation and the only way to do that is to provide quality work and good costumer service and Leiva’s Remodeling has both.
When it comes about prices well in my experience I rather pay a little more and feel happy with the end results then pay less and feel unhappy frustrated upset etc with the end results. Keep in mind peoples you get what you paid and can’t ask for anything more or less than that.
