David is outstanding, he's done several projects (i.e. refinish stairwell, flooring as well as decking) and I've always been pleased with his craftsmanship. David is responsive and provides excellent service.

David and his crew are amazing! They added in an extra powder room, expanded our bedroom closets, and a couple of other jobs, all in matter of two weeks. Their work was neat, professional and done in a very timely manner, with reasonable pricing. We will absolutely be using them for more work!

As soon as David saw my old wooden deck he knew exactly what needed to be done. The guy really knows decks. In one week he demolished the old structure and created a beautiful Trex composite deck with contemporary tubular railings, a privacy fence and a code compliant stairway. He filed the permits and arranged the county inspections. The crew were conscientious and respectful. The price was very competitive. David was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Legion Home Services and will certainly use them again.

David was awesome! He and his team tore down and replaced our sunroom which was just an enclosed patio with A LOT of rot. He made it into actual living space, raised the floor and installed hardwood flooring. Always on time, professional, great work… and he did NOT speak to us like we were a nuisance or like he was doing us a favor every time we asked a question. Any delays we had were 100% related to our requests. This is our second “project” house and David is by far my favorite contractor. We definitely recommend him for any project you have.

We hired Legion Home services to build a new deck for our house. David was very professional, responsive, and finished the deck on time. He knew how to get the permit from New Castle County (NCC). He finished the deck within a week which includes building and NCC inspection. He gave the quote and built the deck within the quoted amount. He made sure that we are satisfied with his work before the final payment was made. I would highly recommend his company for deck related services.

Hard to find a good contractor these days but David Olechno was a pleasant surprise. All work was completed as described. Very professional in all aspects and the clean up was excellent. Will work with David again on future projects for sure. Already recommended his company to my neighbors.
