Legacy Roofing - Bountiful, UT

I called Legacy Roofing because I need a quote to fix a leak I had. I was pleasantly surprised they came out that very afternoon. Joshua Lee came and inspected my roof and found a hole in the “boot” around one of the vent pipes. He caulked it for me to temporarily fix the leak. He was very helpful and explained exactly what needs to be done to fix the leak permanently. I would definitely would recommend this company.

Legacy Roofing was great to work with. They were prompt in addressing my concerns. The roofers were friendly. We had the gutters, fascia, and roof done. It looks great!

Derek Burris, was very professional. He walked me through all the options available for what could fix my ceiling leak. He offered solutions, besides replacing the roof, such as replacing the rain gutters as this could possibly be the cause of the leak. He was fast to respond and made the whole experience, seamless and easy. He is a fantastic representative for the company.

I can't express enough gratitude for the exceptional service my grandmother received from Derek and Legacy. They not only did a fantastic job on her roof but also displayed remarkable patience and respect towards her and her home. I have had to have my entire 50k roof redone twice and have a gutter, installed by legacy, that is pouring water onto my porch. Today I was told I was “in queue”. I pay close to $500 a month and have yet to get the product I paid for.

Edit: since this last leak I have had another that was right next to my office desk. The supervisor that came out acted like he was doing me a favor. This roofed has leaked 4-5 times, they put my smoke stack in crooked and gutters on wrong and I had to have them come out multiple times to fix their own bad craftsmanship. The whole point of going with them was the warranty and their reputation based on reviews. Obviously I was mistaken.

We are closing on a a home and got the roof checked and inspected by Jesse and we were very pleased with how friendly and honest he is. Luckily we didn’t need a repair, but I know if we did we wouldn’t have hesitated going with Legacy Roofing. We will be referring him to anyone we know looking to get a roof inspected/repaired.

We lost a bunch of shingles in a windstorm. Jesse from Legacy Roofing was inspecting our neighbor's roof, so we asked if he could check ours out too. He was friendly and honest. We had our estimate and repair completed within about 10 days time, which I'm guessing would've been even quicker if it wasn't for weather delays. Super easy to work with. I would recommend.

We received new fascia coverings, fascia board replacement/repair, new soffits, new gutters. They were really nice to work with and did a great job. They were also quick and efficient. They were also very respectful on our property and cleaned up. I would definitely work with them again

I am SO impressed with Legacy Roofing and their crew. Everyone I worked with every step of the way was wonderful. The crew working on the roof was so respectful of the property and so efficient during the work day, and did such a great and thorough job in their cleanup afterward. The yard looked immaculate when they left and there was basically no trace they had even been there. And the roof looks incredible. I needed a full roof replacement. Legacy had the most competitive price, using the most highly rated materials, and were so kind and walked me through everything I needed to know about my roof and the options. Brett made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what they were doing and why, and about the different materials, which really made me feel confident i was making the best choice in choosing them. I was impatient waiting for permits before we could start but the project manager was so nice and understanding and tried to be as helpful as possible, and as soon as we saw that they got them, we scheduled it right away.

A roof is a lot of money and you want to know it will be done right and won’t be a terrible experience. I couldn’t have had a better experience! I recommend them to everyone! Thanks Legacy Roofing.

Had some issues with water leaking in basement wall and thought it might be the roof. Had Adrian come out and he inspected and found the roof in great condition but having an issue around the deck that caulking took care of. Legacy roofing was a great help when we had to replace our roof after the August 2020 wind storm. The team came in and got our old shingles removed and had the new roof installed within one week. Ryan Benitez and the rest of the team was great to work with, the roofing team was quick and efficient and by all accounts the roof is working as planned., and they arrived on time based on the timing they gave us. I will gladly use Legacy Roofing again when we have roof repairs.

Ryan and Team over here are excellent. I called and they schedule quickly, they were punctual and efficient. They are clean and meticulous. They focus on every detail and truly care about your business with them. I would recommend to every single neighbor.

The team at Legacy did a great job. From the sales person to the installation crew to the quality team. There were a few things that were agreed upon that the installation crew did not do. But after a short conversation with the project manager she sent the quality manager out to our house. The installers where back the next day or so and fixed all that wasn’t right. After the work was done, we had our final appointment and the rep shared pictures of our job that showed it was all done properly and also that they found an issue with the nails they were using. They were too short , so they pulled up the work and redid it with the correct nails. I was most impressed with the attention to detail and especially with the amount of time spent cleaning up and making sure they got as many nails and trash picked up as possible. The warranty offered, the workmanship, the attention to quality would make me use them again. Though with the life of the roof they just installed being decades I may never have to. The only real complaint is the communication of our start date. We had a voicemail one night and the dumpster showed up the next day. Some of this had extenuating circumstances with weather and their crew turnover. I believe we were an anomaly because everything else was communicated very well. Thanks Legacy!

Ryan came out to give us a quote after the wind storm damaged part of our roof. Because the damage was so small, he ended up referring us to another contractor to save us money and time. He was super helpful, very professional. I would absolutely call Ryan again for bigger roof repair work.
