I’ve had such a great experience with Legacy. They have always been so helpful if I have questions, and when I noticed a ton of air getting through our front door they were so quick to respond and take care of it. They let me know if the HOA in my neighborhood ever sends out notices and have been quick to text back if I ever text them. Zero issues!
We loooveeeeee legacy! We’ve gone through a few management companies now and they definitely excel at communication. They are understanding and always show that they try to put us first. We really appreciate them!
Wonderful to work with. They are prompt with any questions or concerns we have and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone
I needed a new light installed and maintenance got it done quickly. As far as Legacy’s staff they are always quick to solve a problem. I could not ask for a better landlord
Just wanted to add maintenance has been amazing. They are so quick to get things fixed.
We have lived in an apartment run by legacy for the past 2 years and have had a wonderful experience. They were always so quick to help with any maintenance and super easy to work with if we had any issues arise. They always made sure that the surrounding apartment areas were upkept so that everything was clean and safe. The office staff, Celeste and Emily, were also always so kind when talking to them on the phone.
It is so nice working with Legacy Rental Management. They are so easy to communicate with and are so helpful!
Reliable, friendly, willing to go the extra mile because they are real people and treat you like real people too
Great people to work with when renting in Rexburg. They are willing to stand up to the landlord on behalf of the tenants.
As far as management I've had in Rexburg, this is one of the best experiences I've had. The property I moved into was not super clean, but other than that they've been easy to communicate with.
We lived in an apartment in Idaho Falls for two years managed by Legacy Rentals. Overall we were happy with them and all they did for us. When our bathroom sink stopped working they came out within a couple days and learned that the piping had been crossed with the unit above us, and they sent the builder right away to fix it. They were also helpful when we had issues with neighboring tenants.
There were time during winter months that our sidewalks were not shoveled and our parking lot not plowed, but I reached out to Legacy when it wasn’t done and they would contact the people in charge of that. Although it still wasn’t done consistently, I don’t blame management as I don’t think there was much else they could do for us.
Legacy seems to be a responsive, caring management company that I would definitely rent from again!
I moved into The Strawberry recently and wanted to highlight the exceptional service the management has provided me. First of all, the process of applying for the apartment went well and they were always ready to answer any questions they had. They were extremely transparent in-person and in the lease about possible fees and other details.
One thing that especially stuck out to me was when found our apartment had gotten dirty between us seeing it before signing and moving in. I brought this concern to the management and they kindly sent maintenence to patch it up and cleaners to tidy it.
We also had some difficulty with the internet and they were so patient when we were both trying to figure that out. Maintenence has been on top of the things that we've needed so far and communicate updates frequently. Again, just so pleased I thought I'd share.
They are really great, UNLESS you have a maintenance issue. We have now had 2 maintenance problems where it has taken an exorbitant amount of time to get ANYTHING done and NO ONE communicates with the tenants! They also treat you as the tenant as if you are the very bottom of the totem pole and like you don't mean anything.
Our washer went out and was leaking. Okay, not an issue. Except that the washer is right in the hallway next to our bedroom! So it flooded the entire hallway and they didn't clean the carpets before we moved in so the carpets smelled like cat pee! It took them at least 2 weeks for them to find a guy to fix it and then another week for it to get done.
This time it's November and we have no heat in the house. No hot water and no heated air! My husband and I are on day 4 of no shower and they say that the HVAC company they hired can't get the right part until Monday even though yesterday (friday) they said they fixed it! I trusted them and didn't find out we had no hot water until 10:30 last night and our thermostat said that it was 62° luckily its been able to maintain that temperature but this morning when I woke up it was 58° in our bedroom. How do we go 5 days with no shower?
The head maintenance man, Jace, called and was very rude over the phone this morning. He didn't apologize once for the problem. He dismissed all of my points that I brought up to him about the lack of communication, he was belligerent in his tone and was very argumentative.
Please do not rent through Legacy Rentals. They are the scum of the Earth. They do not care about your well-being. I have found mold in my shower head. They will also never call you back when you want to speak to a manager. The lady that answers the phone is rude and should never work in a costumer service job. Your washer and dryer are going to ruin your clothes and you will have to run the dryer at least 4 times of your clothes to be dry. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THEM THEY SUCK!!!
I love living here! The management is so amazing and so willing to work with you, especially Emily she is the sweetest person and Angelique! We had some problems moving in with the cleaners and they were very sweet about helping us with that problem and there was a misunderstanding with our utility situation and they were right on top of it. On top of that our town home is amazing and I couldn’t be happier living here! Since I’ve been married my husband and I have lived in 3 local places and this one by far is the best with management AND the living situation. I feel like you normally get one or the other or neither but this place is a win win. All the office people and maintenance guys deserve raises for their excellent service.
We have been renting with them for about 18 months now and two properties. They are always kinda and sincere I appreciate everyone at legacy and the mantainece Staff. I highly recommend them!
We had a couple of issues with Legacy Rental while renting a home managed by them. We often felt like we were an inconvenience anytime we had maintenance issues or questions. We had a flooding issue two months after moving in related to the plumbing and were treated like it must have been our fault despite the fact that we had only lived there for a little amount of time and hadn't misused anything connected with the water lines. It was also part of our lease to have them maintain the yard, but they only mowed once after I reached out to see if/when they would do any yard maintenance.
About 8 months into our lease they reached out to have us sign a form saying they had told us the home was built before 1970 and therefore could have lead paint. This form was supposed to be given to us before ever signing a lease and wasn't and there was chipped paint all over the home. We have a small kiddo and would have thought twice about moving into a place with lead paint if we had been informed of it at the appropriate time. Thankfully we had our kid tested and there was no lead in his system so it was all good, but what a thing to omit for 8 months.
During the move-out process, I was told they would not perform a move-out inspection with me present due to not having enough staff, but they used a significant portion of our deposit for "repairing nail holes". So either they didn't do the walkthrough due to low staff and kept part of our security deposit without actually viewing the home or they did the walkthrough and did not want us to attend for some reason. Either way, something doesn't seem quite right about that interaction. Also, I think it's part of most of their leases that part of your deposit will be used for carpet cleaning -- ours was about $250 so plan on that when signing with them. I should also mention that I had cleaned the carpet a couple of months prior to moving out.
If I were a landlord I wouldn't use them to manage my property, they don't seem to care about the homes under their care. And if I were a renter I wouldn't expect to be treated particularly well.
Unfortunately renting from legacy has not been what we had hoped it would be. I originally thought it was due to the maintenance crew, however it’s largely due to Legacy not communicating with the owners of some of their properties. We once went over a year with broken steps on our staircase because legacy refused to fix it or have the owners fix it. We have gone weeks without a hot water heater before because they didn’t want to believe that they needed to replace it. And we have also gone weeks without a dryer and were only met with “that’s what laundromats are for,” even though the lease agreement states that we are paying rent here with the dryer included.
I’m giving two stars solely because all of our experiences haven’t been horrible here, only when we’ve needed something.
I have rented from legacy for 2 years now and I love them. Sam from maintenance is an actual life saver. We have had many issues with our heat and hot water this year and he is always so timely and kind when he responds. He’s had to come late at night when the heat stopped working and he was so nice and understanding and fixed the problem right away! He also takes the time to explain what was wrong and how the problem was fixed. ( which I love and most people don’t do). Overall great people and managers.
Wanted to do a lease take over which they were fine with... however i needed a year lease as well... they will do a year lease with me... however not on a lease take over. So i am offering them a 16 month lease gaurenteed and they cant only because it is a lease take over... they get the same amount of time... the lease take over is 4 months, a new lease is 12 months... i just do not understand!!! Also they replied back to this review stating the owner wanted to raise the rent... they never mentioned that before it was made public.
Angel and Kaila have been amazing to work with, these ladies are very knowledgeable and make sure their owners and tenants are always taken care of.
Legacy rental management is amazing! I have lived in 2 different housing from them, and never had a problem! I lived in one by myself and then when I got married they were my first thought! When I asked if they had any availability, they sure did! Super patient and helped me apply! Any maintenance I would put in the app within 48 hours it would be fixed! And they would keep me up to date! Sure love the personality when you walk in their office! Thanks for all you do!
We leased an office unit for 6 months. We were not told there would be a lease initiation fee (at the end of our lease!) Deducted from our security deposit. In addition, they charged us for a bathroom cleaning fee when the bathrooms were dirty when we moved in! We cleaned them ourselves, as well as fix a noisy bathroom fan that they would never fix. We asked for proof that they had paid to have bathrooms cleaned when we moved in and when we moved out. They would not provide us proof that they had the bathrooms cleaned. Now they say they didn't tell us they would not provide us proof, but the representative told both my husband and I they would not. I find it odd that other reviews said they told other tenants things, but in Legacy's response they said they did not say those things. Hmmmmmm. I have a video showing the state the bathrooms were in when we moved in. They didn't care. This company just charges money but don't do the work they say they do!
In addition, we asked them several times to fix one of the heating units and they never did. In addition, the door locks never worked properly, even though we asked them to fix them on several occassions.
And we totally appreciate the Property Owner accommodating us for a 6 month lease. I do not believe that was you that approved that, but we are not positive on that.
I have nothing but praise for these people! They are so accomodating and helpful. Most friendly people in town. I'm SO glad we rent through them!
They provide great service and their stuff that come work on apartments are nice and not a bunch weird people.
We are about to leave after two awesome years of being Tenants with Legacy Rental Management. Maintenance has always been very quick to respond/resolve issues, as well as the office working with us when we had to move apartments unexpectedly. I would recommend legacy rental management to anyone!
We have had Legacy as our management company for over 3 years now and have been very happy with them! The maintenance team is great! Jace has always reached out in a timely manner when there has been an issue and resolved it as quickly as he could. We have also had Kade and a few others come out and have been happy with them! Angelique is one of the sweetest people you'll meet! She is a great office manager and has always helped us when we've had a question or problem (on our end...not theirs). I am happy to be renting with them as long as needed. They are all so helpful and kind! You're in good hands if you rent from them!
I have been renting an apartment through Legacy Rental Management since October of 2021. Since renting through this management company my life has been nothing but hard. I am unable to have high speed wifi for my at home job (which I have been fired from due to the issue). I am unable to have the high speed wifi because the owners to my building will not allow a Satellite to be installed on the roof. I brought up my situation multiple times to the ladies and manager in the legacy office and would get told “try another company” or “get on the highest speed available” or even “sorry there is nothing we can do”. The manager of Legacy completely told me that getting this types of messages regarding the wifi from multiple tenants is “a headache”. If I had known this was going to be my situation, I would have never signed a lease with them. I will not be renewing my lease when it’s over.
Extremely rude staff, not willing to help, lived with no wifi for almost 6 months now because they won't let us put anything on the roof, wife lost her at home job because Hotspot was not good enough for her work, no mobile Hotspot will reach us and will notblet us put satellite on the roof, anytime we tell them about our situation they tell us how annoying it is to hear this and they don't want to hear it and it's frustrating to them and we are being rude asking for wifi, amd they do not want to hear it from all the tenants and it's not fun to hear what we have to say about them making it impossible to live. Do not recommend would give them zero stars if possible everyone you talk to is extremely rude.
What an awsome management company. These guys are so prompt and maintain such a great repor with there tenants. Kudos to legacy
I have rented with Legacy for almost 3 years. They have been great! Maintenance is very fast and polite and I have had no trouble with them whatsoever.
Renting in rexburg is often an obstacle; however, Jenn at legacy is honest and does a good job at making sure you are taken care of and fairly treated. Legacy is pretty good at taking care of maintenance issues quickly and the maintenance folks are kind and do good work.
Love renting from these people great prices and just really beautiful homes and apartments would recommend them to any family.
At first I didn’t like Legacy because of an issue with the owner of our privately owned apartment and I realized it wasn’t Legacy’s fault at all it was the owner. With all respect Legacy is very nice and genuine with their renters. They sent us CRUMBL COOKIES because I had a misunderstanding with them that was resolved.
Here’s the story: We have been in our apartment for a year and planned on just 1 more year to finish college. Mid way through our contract, the ownership changed and was managed by Legacy. They couldn’t let us talk to the owner only managers like Jenn that then have to talk to the owner because of privacy policy. Anyway we asked why they wouldn’t allow us to renew our contract as good rent payers, and the private owner (going through Legacy) wouldn’t give a clear answer for months until we kept bugging them. The owner is moving in their daughter here in Continental Apts.
But after communicating with Legacy our misunderstanding was met. And they are willing to help us find a new place to live in the area since they manage over 900 places here. That made us feel more peace that we won’t go homeless. Thanks again Legacy. If you every have questions reach out to Legacy!
I DESPERATELY want to give these guys five stars because they were so good to us for three and a half years. But when we get our deposit back after never missing a payment or causing a problem, they've removed $250 from it. Why? Carpet cleaning, a "lease initiation fee" and generic "move out cleaning charge." See the attached photo of our place literally seconds before i locked the door for the last time. Did you even go into the house after we moved out? Super frustrating, and so so so disappointing that this is the last taste in our mouths after years of good experiences.
I'd recommend them 100%. They were easy to work with, kind, understanding, and kept a good neighborhood in the trailer park we were in, but just try and get them to do a walk through with you before you move to get your entire deposit back that you probably deserve.
Slow to communicate. Rude. We always paid rent and utilities on time, were respectful about our neighbors and the property, kept everything clean, but we got an ESA dog to help with my depression. They tried to evict us over it. When they couldn’t they had us move out as soon as our lease was up. They gave us 30 days to find somewhere new. We were almost homeless. They were rude, snarky, and made my depression and anxiety worse. Every time I got a message from them it gave me a panic attack because of the stressful situation they put us in. I never did anything wrong besides having a debilitating mental disorder. ♀️
This “rental management” company is a joke. We own a townhome and have been paying an HOA fee to them for over a year and I have no idea what it’s going towards. Certainly not grounds keeping as was anticipated. There is zero communication with tenants/owners about anything that is happening on the properties. I (& my neighbors) have called multiple times and spoken to receptionists who tell me they will call me back ASAP with answers - only to never hear back from them. The office manager will not reply to our text messages OR call us back when voicemails are left. There are far better options when it comes to property management.
We love Legacy Rental Management! They went above and beyond out of their way to help us. They were so kind and spent the time answering questions and helping us as we searched for a home to rent. You can’t find a better rental management company!
I wish I could give more stars. My parents moved back to Rexburg in 2019 and rented from Legacy until January 2021. They were quick to respond with repairs, empathetic as my father experienced significant health issues, and personable with my mom. I am so grateful for Jenn and this team.
Recently moved out of one of their apartments. I went to the office to let them know a month in advance (my lease was already up), and they said all I need to do was sign a form and give them my forwarding address. My wife and I cleaned the whole place really well, gave them our keys and waited for the deposit to come back. It turns out we were supposed to receive a move out packet with extra instructions of things to do (we did not receive one), so they kept most of our deposit. We called in to see if there was something we could do about it, and the woman on the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I enjoyed the place, but I wish there was some more communication as to what I was being asked to do as a tenant.
They've been wonderful in assisting our move in and have been forthright with all information. Best part so far has been, there responsiveness and willingness to work with our schedule all of the time!
6 months ago I submitted a review that was premature and influenced by an employee who no longer works for Legacy. As a tenant of 11 months my opinion is different. Legacy’s service, attitude, courtesy, communication, and personnel are
THE BEST‼️
I’m impressed with the front desk to maintenance. Jenn has been extremely helpful and definitely a
manager.
We rented a Silverwood apartment in Sugar City through Legacy and they have been our favorite management company to rent through by far. Jenn and Angel and the maintenance staff has been so helpful when we run into any issues. They are so transparent with policies and contracts. They don't hide anything and they really try to help you understand.
Working with Legacy rental has been a great experience, the people are amazing and and really care about their clients.
We have had nothing but good things to say about Legacy Rental Management. They are understanding and great to work with. Whenever we have had a maintenance request they have been really good to respond quickly and effectively. I have known Jenn Handy since December 2015 when she was with Rentmaster, and she has been nothing but the best for us since then. We have been renting our apartment with them since 2015 and now Legacy Rental Management. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to rent in the Rexburg area.
We have rented with Legacy, going on 3 years now with 3 different rentals, they have done everything to help us find exactly what we are looking for even if it ment we might have to switch rental companies. We had an issue with an owner of one rental property, Jenn & Angelique both went above and beyond for us and got us out of a sticky situation before the end of the week! We love Legacy and will stick with them for as long as they let us!
Legacy, especially Angelique, was super helpful in getting our rental lined up and posted on their site. They are very attentive and seem to balance the needs of their renters and their owners equally.
I wanted to wait until we were completely out of the apartment so I could give an honest review about the entire process with Legacy. My wife and I truly enjoyed staying at Silverwood in Sugar City. It was a fantastic apartment and Legacy was always helpful with any questions that we had, work orders that we needed processed, and making sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay in another Legacy Rental Management property again. The deposit was a little big, but in the end we got everything back (besides what they tell you they will take out which was $65 for carpet and $50 for something else). Overall they were easy to work with and I would highly suggest staying at one of their properties!
***Please read, I promise it’s worth it and is 100% the truth, no matter what Jenn might claim. You can’t make this stuff up.***
I am editing my previous 4-star rating due to our experience with Jenn when leaving Legacy Rental Management. Everything seemed great while we were renting from them, but I feel like Jenn showed her true colors once we decided to move. It feels as though she wants to be on your good side while you’re a tenant, but as soon as you’re ready to move on, she couldn’t care less about what you think of her or her company. It also feels like the only reason she does things for her tenants (or claims to do extra things for them) is so that she can use it against them later. (See her response to Anthony Porter’s review on their Facebook page - her claims of giving us special treatment are false, by the way). There was a miscommunication between us and Jenn concerning verbal vs. written 30-day notice. We were not locked in to an official 12-month lease and were paying month-to-month instead, which added to the confusion because we were not aware of any paperwork at our disposal to look back on. Long story short, you are financially liable for 30 days beginning AT THE TIME YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK rather than when you talk to the office about it verbally, which was not clearly explained to us. We understood that it was a miscommunication from both parties, so we agreed to pay prorated rent for half the month of April. The reason we were given by Ryan and Jenn for this fee was because they cannot list a property until after that 30-day period, regardless of if the previous tenant is moved out earlier than that. It made sense for us to pay since rent needs to be paid on the property during that 30 days, right? We moved out earlier than expected, about a week after signing the official WRITTEN 30-day notice. (We had given Jenn verbal notice over a month prior, hence the miscommunication.) Again, we were fine to pay the prorated rent because we understood that they wouldn’t have tenants there until after the 30-day period and needed money to cover it. They had rent-paying tenants moved in to the property 5 DAYS after we moved out. So much for not being able to list the property until after that 30 days, right? Jenn still charged us the prorated rent despite having rent-paying tenants in the apartment during the period we were paying for. Legal? Yes. Ethical? No. When my husband tried calling Jenn to discuss why we were still being charged, she only let him get half of his question out, yelled at him, and hung up the phone. He called back, and the same thing happened. On the third attempt, she didn’t answer at all. All we wanted to do was get some extra clarification and she wasn’t willing to let him get even 10 words in. In the first phone call, she told my husband that she could refund the prorated rent we were charged, but had decided not to because of “the way he handled things.” My husband was noticeably upset in his correspondence with Jenn, but was still professional and calm and did not cross any lines, unlike her. I corresponded with her via text after that, where she told me that we were not allowed to call their office anymore. She did explain some things, but did not answer when I asked about her comment to my husband and why it was necessary for them to receive rent from both us and the new tenants for that 30-day period. I legitimately just wanted some clarification on the why behind it all and made it very clear that that was what we were after. She is obviously taking that money from us out of spite rather than necessity, which is wrong, immature, and uncalled for. Had they not filled the property before that period was over, I wouldn’t be upset at all about paying the prorated rent. What Jenn did is legal, but I believe it to be shady, dishonest, and immature, and that reflects on who she is as a person. I used to recommend all my friends to Legacy, but after this experience and the way it was handled, I will no longer be recommending them.
In my opinion this is the WORST company to ever deal with. We hired them to manage our rental and they overlooked issues that needed addressed cause more issues! Not to mention our tenants deposit was lost ik the mail and they tried to charge us to replace. FINALLY received it and the deposit was short to which we were told it was for the lease ?! Hidden fees, lazy employees. DO NOT LET THEM RENT YOUR HOME!!!
Any time we have had an issue (which has been only like 2 or 3 times in the 2 years we have lived there), we have found someone available. They were very prompt in coming to our home and helping us out when needed. They are very kind. They are eager to help their tenants and we have loved renting with them.
Website and communications are pretty good so far. Maintenance guy isn't the best, but hey. We'll see how this goes when its time to move out and we need our deposit back..
Update: we did get our deposit back with no problem! These guys are fantastic and I hope that if we have to rent again, we can come back to one they manage. Thanks!
My husband and I have absolutely LOVED living in our apartments. We live in Waters Edge right now and hopefully will stay here for a while! The people that work at Legacy Rental helped our process go super fast and were very immediate in their communication (and super nice!). The online portal is super organized and the first online portal that is understandable. The maintenance guy also responds almost immediately and schedules times that work for you and for him to come by.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. They are extremely helpful and always willing to do the very best and go above and beyond to help a tenant.
When ever I have put in a maintenance request it is taken care of promptly and the maintenance man is personable and respectful.
Keep doing what you are doing Legacy Rental, you rock.
First day moving in, the apartment smelt strongly of mildew and mold. Upon searching the apartment, we found black mold growing in one of the corners of the bedrooms. The next morning, we went to discuss the issues and left feeling like they didn't take the discussion seriously. All they told us was that they would send someone over to look at it.
After about another week, we didn't hear anything. Finally, we put in a maintenance request, he came by and said he needed to contact the carpet company. Long story short, after about a month of moving in, the carpet was taken care of.
Since that experience, we have had better customer service from Legacy, but, we have put a lot of time and money into cleaning up our apartment and do not feel very comfortable going to management about issues.
Great management company. Not everything is perfect but they are very timely in fixing any wrongs and they are understanding of the tenants. We had issues with our dryer when we first moved in and they sent maintenance to fix it the next morning and we had it working soon after. We also had a baby recently and forgot to pay rent on time with all the changes in our lives and they were understanding of our circumstances.
We've rented with many property management companies over the last decade, but so far, Legacy has been the best. They are friendly, easy to work with, and ask for feedback.
We started renting with Legacy over a year ago when our original rental company went under. That was quite a frustrating experience but Legacy made the transition 100% smoother.
When we need a question answered anyone in the office is happy to answer and help us.
The best service we have gotten from them is helping us with allowing our dog, our apartment allows ESA dogs. But our complex is with HOA which isn’t the friendliest when it comes to pets. Jen has defended us with no question! She has informed us of HOA concerns but did not allow those concerns to concern us. It’s been so great.
One thing that is bothersome is when we call for maintenance, it seems to not get fixed with greatest efforts. Jace responses very quickly which is nice, but our issue are still issues after he comes. It makes it not worth bothering with requesting maintenance. (Probably more of a personal issue than anything.) Of course if the issue isn’t damaging to apartment.
Other than that I recommend friends to Legacy to find an apartment before going anywhere else.
Whenever there is a problem legacy has been good at sending help. However, ever since the large rent increase at out apartment (green gables) I feel that there are way nicer apartments for around the same cost. It's kinda BS that the newly built apartments across from us pay the same amount monthly as i do for our old well used building. These apartments suffer heavily from mold in the winter, the dryer vents have never been cleared out so it gets insanely muggy inside when dryer is running and the stairs up to the apartments are constantly loose among other problems. I was fine dealing with these issues for $615/month but for $750 were currently looking at other places and waiting for some openings.
We had really struggled with so many other apartments and apartment management companies and when I spoke to legacy they were nothing but helpful. When I finally found an apt and applied for it I heard from them within 10 minutes that they would love for us to have the apt.
Ive been later than I would like with 2 rent payments and they have been so accommodating and helpful with our circumstances.
All in all, its been the best experience in rexburg so far.
I have loved Legacy Rental! We have been with them from the start and they made the transition from Rentmaster to Legacy very smooth. They have been very kind and understand towards us, which I have appreciated!
It’s great working with Legacy Rental. If there was an issue with one of the appliances in the apartment, they were quick to fix it.
They are willing to work with you in finding a place that works for you.
The company is very helpful and understanding. They don't just want your money they want to help their tenants. Maintenance responds quickly.
I was nervous when our landlord hired a rental management company, because I have heard so many negative things about companies around town. I am glad he hired Legacy because they have been great and easy to work with. I appreciate that they are flexible and caring. I have not had a negative interaction with them yet.
We love living and working with Legacy Rentals! By far our best rental experience in Rexburg!! They helped us get approved so easily even when we lost our potential rental at the last minute. They took the liberty of finding us another rental that was perfect for us and easily better the same day all without any hassle whatsoever. That never happens. We know exactly what is expected of us, no hidden fees or agendas, management is always incredibly friendly, and they have taken such good care of us since we have been with them.
We have enjoyed it, LRM has answered all of our questions. They always check with us first before any visits or maintenance. Hey have happily and promptly helped us with anything we needed including an ESA. They have been good about sending out any notifications of change as well.
Honestly I love living at a place managed by Legacy Rental. They are so helpful and quick with maintenance requests! I never have to be afraid to ask for something because they truly care about their tenants. The apartment we live in is old and well lived in, but it's in pretty great shape! We love our first home and will be sad to move once I graduate.
Definitely the best company I have ever rented from. They actually care about their tenants and work hard to keep their properties running well. They're super friendly and easy to work with. If you have to rent from anyone, this is the company you should use!
Legacy Rental Management has been amazing! They are always so kind in corresponding with us and so helpful with any questions. Also, putting in a maintenance request is so easy and they are very prompt in responding and getting the issue fixed!
We have never had a hard time with property management until now, but dang it has been rough. Ryan is nice and will treat you with basic respect, but Jenn has yelled at me over the phone, talked over me, disrespected me not once but TWICE in the 2 months we have lived here. Jenn is nice if you do exactly what she wants, but as soon as you question anything she freaks out. I'm gonna leave it at this because I am not one to talk down on people, but PLEASE be careful. I would suggest Connextion property management as they treat their tenants with respect and kindness.
This company gave me (a single mom) a chance to rent, even though my credit wasn't the best. Angelique and Junior were super sweet and helpful. Although I am difficult to deal with, I appreciate you guys. Remember, we are all humans, and we make mistakes. Let's be kind when we review people. They were quick to repair stuff. I would recommend this company. Thank you again.
Legacy Rental Management is great about responding quickly. They are not as great about following through with things. The maintenance guys have been wonderful about getting things done as needed. In the office, the assistant (Junior) was very professional and helpful. The manager (Jen) was quite rude and unprofessional over the phone. I had a terrible experience with Legacy the week I was moving in, but since then things have been slightly better.
